Disfriended Best Friend
"What is wrong?" Jared asked Rachel, who looked like she was going to blow off the heads of anyone who dared approach her. He sat down beside her on the table where she had been sitting with her parents, but since her parents were busy with their boring socialization, it was just the two of them there.
"Did I say something was wrong?" She asked and tried to pick up a glass of wine, but Jared stopped her, saying, "You said you were a lightweight," Jared reminded her.
She pouted and folded her arms, eyeing him unpleasantly.
"I thought you liked Zach?" Jared asked, making her raise an eyebrow.
"Where is that coming from suddenly?"
"I don't know," he shrugged. "It just kind of seems like you have a crush on Noah and you're throwing a tantrum because of his sexca—"
"Buahahahah!" She laughed loudly, interrupting him.
"What's funny?"
"How could you think that? Jeez! Of course not!"
