1 Chapter 1: Daemon & Rhea. 106 AC

In a brothel in the middle of King's Landing, Prince Daemon Targaryen was impaling a Lysian whore with a strong veracity. His body was all sweaty as the woman moaned like her life depended on it, but the look on Daemon's face shows frustration rather than enjoyment.

As the woman cummed on his 'sword', Daemon quickly pulled out, his white milk spread around the woman's ass cheeks. Instead of comforting the woman, Daemon quickly stood up, and he walked towards the nearby window, where he tried to catch some air as some cloth covered his loin.

The woman noticed the look on Daemon's face, the look of frustration, the look of anger, the look of annoyance.

"What's wrong?" said the Lysian woman, Mysaria.

Daemon only turned towards her for a second, before turning back towards the window. "Lord Corlys Velaryon wants me to join his war on the stepstones."

"So?" asked Mysaria, a bit confused at Daemon's frustration.

"I've accepted it." Daemon continued. "But I haven't got a bloody army to show him."

"Army? Daemon, you have a dragon." Mysaria pointed out.

"So do they." Daemon said. "Yet they're still losing."

"Mercenaries?"

"Not enough." Daemon answered. "Not enough force."

The woman quickly stood up from the bed and wore a loose gown that was only enough to cover her private parts. "There are always your wife's men."

"That bitch would sooner kill herself than give her men to me," he said. "It's easier to just burn Runestone to the ground rather than convince her to let her men sail to the stepstones."

"Then consummate your marriage with her, as her husband, you have a right to do it.." Mysaria suggested. "Besides, House Royce will get an heir, and you will get your men."

Daemon didn't speak for a whole minute, he leaned his head against the wall, seemingly in deep thought. And with no words, he stood up, wore his clothing, and bolted off of the brothel, leaving Mysaria alone.

[Runestone, The Vale]

Caraxes let out a bloody screech as he landed in front of the castle, scaring the wary soldiers that guard the walls of Runestone. Daemon Targaryen jumped off of Caraxes back, fully wearing the Targaryen red and black robe, with a quiet smirk on his face.

On the opposite side, a woman walked through the gate of Runestone, wearing a runed bronze armor. She had a displeased expression when she saw the dragon landed on the land, and an even darker face when she saw whose dragon it belonged to.

She stopped in front of the dragon. Caraxes growled at her as Daemon tried to calm the Blood Wyrm.

"What are you doing here, 'dear' husband?" said the woman, Rhea Royce, with a tone of mockery. "Did your brother banish you from King's Landing again? Or are you simply here because you miss the sheep?"

Daemon kept silent, but Caraxes cannot hide the true feelings of the rogue prince. The red dragon roared viciously at Rhea, the guards behind her unsheathed their swords and pulled their bow strings, seemingly ready for battle, yet Rhea looked calm, not disturbed by it at all.

Once again, Daemon calmed Caraxes down, and he turned towards Rhea with a smirk. "I want your men. We are losing the war on the stepstones, and I am planning on aiding Lord Corlys Velaryon."

Rhea raised her brow, surprised by what she heard. "And why would I do that?"

"You give me men, and I will give you freedom."

Rhea just sneered at Daemon's words. "You have tried that hundreds of times, yet here we are."

Daemon chuckled softly as he patted Caraxes's head. "Then you give me men, and I will give you an heir."

Rhea laughed even more loudly when she heard that. "You cannot even finish, yet you promised me an heir?"

Daemon's smile dropped when he heard it. He walks towards Rhea, the guards behind the lady grow more anxious as they see Daemon put his hand on the hilt of Dark Sister. When Daemon stood just right in front of Rhea, he grabbed her face, forcing her to stare at his violet eyes.

Rhea looked unimpressed, instead, she spat on Daemon, making him release the grip on his face. When he wiped the saliva on his face, he unsheathed dark sister, and pointed the valyrian sword at her.

The guards behind her are on high alert, but again, Rhea seemed unimpressed.

"You can't kill me, 'dear' husband." said Rhea, venom laced in her words.

Daemon looked at her up and down, seemingly checking her out. "Let us just consummate the marriage and be done with it. You give me your men, so they could join me and my mercenaries to the stepstones, and I will give you an heir, on that, you have my word."

"And what happens after the war?" asked Rhea, seemingly thinking about it.

"I will send your men back, or what's left of them anyways." Daemon murmured. "If you have a son, name him Maegor, he will keep the Targaryen name, and if you have a daughter… you can give her the Royce name, you can name her yourself."

"You sound confident that you will impregnate me." Rhea jabbed.

"Will you take it, or not?" Daemon said, getting impatient.

Rhea thought about it for a moment. "Fine. We are trapped in this relationship anyway, at least we need to get what we want in this. Let us try this again, and I just hope that you can finish as soon as you can."

Daemon stared at her eyes for a few seconds, before sheathing his Dark Sister. Rhea turned away from him, and Daemon followed suit, entering Runestone.

[7 months later]

Daemon now stood on the beach near Runestone, where many ships had been beached in preparation of the journey to the Stepstones. The banner of House Royce and House Targaryen waver in each of the ships, and the men of Runestone were stocking the ships with supplies and weapons.

Rhea looked at Daemon dead in the eyes as she caressed her bulging stomach, her face showing no expression whatsoever.

"I am honestly still surprised that you finished." jabbed Rhea as usual.

"I'm surprised myself." said Daemon. "Considering who I'm fucking."

Rhea didn't say anything at the retort, she just stared at the ships behind Daemon, her men walking through the beaches, and the banners that waved around on it. "You fulfilled your end of the deal, now it's time to do mine."

"We haven't discussed the child's line." Daemon pointed out.

"The child will bear the name of House Royce." Rhea answered.

"I am the child's father, he will bear my House name." Daemon insisted.

Rhea frowned. "You promised."

"I only promised if the child is a girl." Daemon said.

Rhea clenched her fist. "If it's a boy, once he succeeds me, he will bear the name of House Royce."

Daemon made a low chuckle as he turned his gaze towards the south, the direction of King's Landing. "Fine. but he will not get a dragon's egg besides his cradle."

"There are other methods of getting a dragon," said Rhea calmly.

Daemon looked at Rhea's bulging belly. "We will talk more about that once the war has been won."

Rhea raised her brow. "I thought you wouldn't come to Runestone anymore?"

"At the end of the day, the child's still mine, as much as it is yours." Daemon said, before Rhea could say anything, he turned around towards the ship, seemingly not wanting to talk to her any longer.

Rhea just clenched her fist tightly, looking at the ships that sailed away from the coast of Runestone, before turning around, walking towards the castle to rest.
