A/N -1.5k Words a little short

We had killing the undead that were surrounding Morita's house. It was a little tough since there were so many of them, moreover I had to keep an eye out on Saeko since, you know, her mental issues.

Thankfully there weren't any hiccups,

I was just finishing up the stragglers when the front door of the house opened with Morita stepping out with a baseball bat, that smashed into the nearest Zombie.

"oh wow! I finish up the majority then you come out huh" I spoke as I could see Morita smirk,

"Huh? I think I have killed more than you"

"I doubt that" I spoke as I could see a middle-aged man coming out of the house along with a red haired woman.

"Afternoon Uncle!" I spoke kicking an Undead before smashing its head in.

Morita's dad looked at me then at Saeko as we continued to kill the zombies, it was then the other three joined in killing the zombies.

We wrapped up everything soon,

"Get what you need we will need to leave and get there before sundown" I said as Morita kicked a dead zombie to the side, seems like he mutated to a certain extent on his own.

"On it!" He spoke running in,

"So you must be Takashi," I turned to the middle-aged man,

"Yes, uncle nice to meet you," I replied as I could see his eyes darting between me and the gun,

"So this Safe camp that you were talking about.." he asked as I could see Saeko approaching us,

"Yes, we are currently gathered at Takagi's house a few blocks away..." I told him the gist of it as he seemed to get it, as I focused on the red haired woman, I don't know why but something was bothering me like I was missing something.

"Uh...Have I seen you somewhere?" I asked as she pulled out a police badge,

"Detective Konomi Suzue, though I don't think it means much now." she replied as I blanked out.

Fucking hell, what the fuck was that loli thinking. As a man of culture how could I have not known who she was.

Wait if she is here then Yuko is also...Well fuck I will have to endure.

"Takashi....you ok?" I was broken out of the stupor by Saeko who was now standing beside me.

"Yeah, I was just thinking you should know Detective Miyamoto right?" I asked trying to look normal as Konomi nodded.

"Yes we worked together, but may I know why are you asking about him?"

"Well his daughter is with us, so just wanted to ask around" I replied as she nodded she was about to say something when the others came out, a green haired girl along with a few others then a middle aged woman whom I am assuming is Morita's mother. I looked at the sky, we still had some time so we could easily reach back to base.

"We should leave, we can talk after we get back to the compound" I spoke as the others nodded.

"Saeko you lead, I will be at the back Morita, you stick in the middle along with Suzue-san" I positioned them as I also added Morita and the others and as I expected they were already mutated.

We started moving as I cleared up the undead trying to follow us, as everything seemed to be proceeding normally and the more things seemed calm the more uneasy I got.

And I was right, as Saeko stopped mid swing but I knew this was going to happen better now than Later.

"Morita watch the back!" I shouted running forward as I was beside Saeko who had a small kid undead right in front of her, knew it.

I swung taking care of the undead, and the zombies that were here,

"T..Takashi...I..I w..." Saeko seemed to want to say something as I grabbed her wrist.

"We will talk back at the compound, We are moving faster!" I spoke as the others nodded and we went ahead.

15 minutes later

We crossed over the blockade as I looked at Saeko who still looked a little out of it, I sighed.

"Is everyone alright?" I asked as the others nodded, at least that was good.

"Morita, You know Takagi's house right?" I asked as he nodded, "Get there, I have to talk to Saeko about something alright" I spoke as he seemed a little hesitant but looking at me he nodded.

"Takashi I think you should let her have some time alone.." Konomi suggested as I looked at her.

"I know, but somethings have to be talked about.." I replied as she wanted to argue but I think my stare told her what she needed to as she also left along with the other I even spotted Yuu Momokino staring at me for sometime before she left with the others.

I looked at Saeko who seemed to be avoiding my eyes, I just I patted her head,

"You don't have to tell me anything, if you don't want to alright."

She looked at me, as she seemed really shaken right now.

"Do you really not want to know?" she spoke unsure as I shrugged.

"I would like to, but hey, I am an Idiot Trying to Survive till tomorrow. So I don't really care, except you would have gotten yourself killed." My reply seemed to ease her as she remained silent for a while,

"It probably wouldn't mean anything to you, but would you listen?" she spoke after a sometime.

"That's what I am here for," I replied as she started going over her sadist nature how she likes the violence, of course I knew all of it, as By the end of it she started going a little crazy.

"..I was just pretending to be a young innocent girl! This is me the real Saeko Bujishima!" She paused as she looked at me, I just smiled.

"Go on, you are just describing what any of us are now."

"But you changed after the Undead showed up, I was like this since before all the undead. I haven't changed maybe it's only gotten worse." She was still speaking

"So what?"

"So I am better off dead than be.." she was speaking as I grabbed her hand and pushed her against the wall.

"Then you think there is nothing left for you to live for?" I asked calmly.

"YES! Exactly nobody would want someone who takes pleasure in killing. Who would be mad..." She started speaking hysterically again.

"I would" my reply stopped her as she stared at me, as I smirked leaning forward and kissing her as she remained un reactive as I pulled her closer as my tongue finally went through into her mouth I kept holding her until I could feel her struggle to breathe as I pulled back to see a flushed Saeko Bujishima panting.

"You want a reason to live, very well then" I said lifting her chin with my free hand while holding her hands against the wall by the other,

"I will give you one. Be Mine, Saeko Bujishima become my blade. No matter what you did, or what you will do. I will always keep you by my side." I spoke staring directly at her as she opened her mouth then closed it, before I saw a flicker in her previously dead eyes, as her lips turned into a familiar smirk.

"Thank you, Takashi" she spoke as I smiled hearing the movement behind me.

"I think you know what to do? Don't you Saeko?" I spoke as she nodded, I released her and side stepped as the Viral that was getting up behind had it's neck cut off, as I could see the Pchycopathic look in her eyes.

So this is the unrestrained Saeko Bujishima, and I fricking love it.

"You won't chicken out now would you?" Saeko spoke as I smiled looking at the three undead climbing over as I cracked my neck.

"I will chicken out if aren't able to keep up." I spoke as I dashed straight at the zombie and I could feel Saeko going for the other one, seems like we are done here.

I finished two of them while Saeko dealt with the last one.

"Oh, and I forgot to tell you. You won't be the only one." I informed her as she looked at me.

"Is it Saya?"

"For now" I replied as she smiled,

"I kind off knew about you and Saya but didn't know your plans were this big."

"You upset"

"fufu~ unless you don't take responsibility." I just smiled at her reply.
