Chapter 5

Aerion used the Alchemy knowledge to make some medicines and beauty potions while he completely left the knowledge regarding refining the human body and blood for alchemy untouched and as a taboo to use.

In his seventh year, Aerion was gifted the Blood Iron Sword, a weapon with a crimson blade allegedly forged from iron derived from human blood.

It possessed an extraordinary ability to absorb blood for healing and strengthening purposes similar to his blood sword art, Aerion refrained from probing the origins of such a weapon, opting instead to accept the gifts provided by the mysterious system without reservation.

Aerion had also refrained using this sword, as once used the other party, that is the enemy cut by the sword is sure to die.

Upon reaching his eighth year, Aerion was bestowed a remarkable Space Ring, boasting an internal dimension comparable to or surpassing that of a large hall. Within it, non-living entities could be stored and would remain unaffected by the passage of time.

His ninth year marked the emergence of an ability called Dragon Might, a remarkable spiritual ability. When invoked, it exerted an Dragonic aura of immense pressure and instilled fear in those with lesser mental fortitude than Aerion himself, asserting his dominance in any confrontation.

In his tenth year he gained a blueprint of a ship which was completely different and larger and stronger than those existing in this world. He had already built some ships using the blueprint and used them to trade across the seas.

In his eleventh year he gained the manufacturing formula of Romen cement, an extraordinary material that could change the way people construct structures, but he had yet to use them as he didn't have anything to build until now.

Finally in the twelfth year he was rewarded with the Memory Orb, a one-time consumption type reward that allowed him to inherit the memories from Rakesh.

Which allowed him to clearly understand how to and how well he can use his rewards for the better development of his kingdom and house.

As Aerion sat their for a moment as he pieced together the events of the past few years with the memories he had inherited recently, he gained a clear understanding of the world's current time it not too close nor too far from the civil war known as the dance of the dragons.

His adoptive mother had tragically passed away during the birth of his brother, who, after a few days, also succumbed and joined his mother. This series of unfortunate events strained the relationship between his father and elder sister.

Soon after, his uncle and sword mentor, Daemon Targaryen, was stripped of his would have been heir status, mostly due to his unlicensed mouth and his sister, Rhaenyra Targaryen, was declared the successor.

His father then remarried, taking Alicent Hightower, his sister's childhood friend, as his wife. This decision further deteriorated the relationship between father and daughter.

Adding to the family turmoil, his father and Alicent Hightower welcomed a son into the world, causing a stir both within and outside the family. Today marked the second name day of his new younger brother, Aegon Targaryen.

He knew all this was planned by the hightowers and with Aegon's birth The hightower had already started their secret actions and for some reason his father seemed to be completely blind to this, even though his uncle and Rhaenyra had understood the hightowers ambition.

As Aerion sat beneath the weirwood tree, engrossed in his thoughts, Rhaenyra Targaryen approached him quietly. "Aerion, you seem deep in thought. Won't you join the banquet?" she asked softly.

Aerion took in Rhaenyra's words, his mind seamlessly linking the present moment to the inherited memories, including the impending royal hunt and its participants.

Responding to her question with a gentle smile, Aerion asked, "What about you? As the heir to the iron throne of Westeros, don't you have some lords or noble sons to greet and daughters to meet?"

Rhaenyra's reply was surprisingly subdued. "The lords have come to greet the Prince and show little interest in a princess," she confessed with a heavy sigh, taking a seat beside Aerion.

Understanding his sister's inner conflict, Aerion took Rhaenyra's hands and looked into her eyes. "Sister I think many would be interested in my sister " he teased.

But Rhaenyra just sighed.

Aerion put away his teasing attitude " I understand your feelings sister, but if you yourself refuse to believe in yourself how will the world believe you, so first believe in yourself and strive hard the world will follow you." Aerion adviced.

Rhaenyra looked at her brother for second her confidence going up but soon her expression changed "But father,..."

"Whatever whispers you heard never doubt Father and presume he named you heir on a whim or would replace you with his son," he reassured her sincerely.

"He didn't appoint me heir, Aerion. He rejected Daemon, but now he has a better replacement to reject me as well," Rhaenyra admitted, her voice filled with sorrow.

"Sister Rhaenyra, look at me," Aerion said earnestly, his tone firm. "I know that words alone may not convince you, but hear me. Our father chose you not because he rejected our uncle, but because he sees your inner qualities in you while you are still but a child and very rebellious. He believes you will be a better Queen for Westeros than any king could ever hope to be and he is trying to make sure you can ascend the throne with ease."

After small silence he added"Not be cast aside by the lords like our Aunt, the Queen who never was."

Rhaenyra met Aerion's gaze for a moment before embracing him tightly. "Thank you," she whispered.

"Don't shed tears now, my Princess. The lords wouldn't expect the crowned heir to the Iron Throne to weep like a child," Aerion teased, a playful smile on his lips.

Pulling away from the hug, Rhaenyra playfully punched Aerion, retorting, "Who said I was crying?"

"Of course not, our Princess is far too strong for that," Aerion responded with feigned seriousness.

As Rhaenyra attempted another punch, Aerion skillfully dodged, and they continued to banter for a while longer before Rhaenyra stood up. "Aerion, you should rest as we will set off to king'swood for the royal hunt tomorrow ," she said, her tone turning serious.

"Of course, my Princess," Aerion replied, rising to his feet and performing an exaggerated bow.
