'First let's check the talent ticket.'

I summoned the talent ticket out of inventory and tore it. There was no blinding light or anything. The ticket just crumbled away to dust and flew. After this I came to know the information of my talent.

[LIFE DRAIN(Black-Iron): This is a passive skill. Any person who is killed by you directly will provide you life points randomly based on the vitality he had before his death. Every 100 life points can be used to extend your life or heal from injuries.]

This is awesome in the battlefield, I could be like wolverine.

'Now the Platinum Item ticket.'

I summoned the platinum ticket and tore it. Similar to the talent ticket it crumbled to dust. And then nothing happened.

I looked at the inventory, only to see a new addition.

"This is just awesome. Should I use diamond enhancement ticket to enhance the herb? No, let's leave it like this. This herb as in itself is super awesome. If I get something good in the future that is low level, I could get that enhanced using the ticket."

I immediately consumed the herb. After few mins I felt heat and pain throughout the body. The body shape and height didn't change as it changed for super-soldier-serum. But after the pain & heat passed away my muscles felt more compact and stronger. Power was coursing through my body. My instincts are enhanced, its like I have watered down version of observation haki.

'I must test this more tomorrow to know how much I have enhanced myself. For now I need to sleep. All the pain has exhausted me.'

Next morning I woke up and had breakfast and rushed to the training yard of the manse. I find the knights, guards and squires were practicing. I walked up to Ser Elon Musk, who was in charge of my training for the past few years for me and my little brother Laenor. His family was saved by my father from pirates and since then Ser Elon was loyal to my Father and by extension our house.

"Good Morning Ser Elon. I was wondering if you would help me with the practice. I have a feeling I am going to win."

"Good morning Young Lord. Are you sure I can arrange for a squire to practice with you. "

"I am sure." I said with confidence.

"Alright." He said and gestured a guard to pad me up with armour and get the training swords.

A few minutes later in the clearing surrounded by my household guards me and Ser Elon were standing opposite each other. He made the first move. He swung the sword diagonally upwards, if it were me before I would have no choice but to use my sword to block it. But now with my enhanced reflexes I was able to avoid that easily.

Ser elon was surprised at first but continued his moves. Some times I used my sword to deflect and sometimes I avoided the sword by narrow margin. This went on for a while and then something happened I started to understand the sword better now and I know that I can end this fight quickly. So, I started my first attacked since the bout started.

I looked at the oncoming sword and hit the sword at the guard which made Ser Elon's sword slip from his hand. I quickly placed my training sword on his neck. Ser Elon stood there shocked for a second and then smiled.

"Congratulations young lord. It seems like you will be able to make a name for yourself in this coming tourney." Ser Elon said with a smile.

Nearby gaurds started clapping. I saw that my father and Laenor stood ther with a smile.

"That was an impressive display of skills Aethan. Come follow me to the study." He gestured to me with his head and then looked at Laenor and said "You will start your daily practice with Ser Elon.' To which Laenor just nodded deflatedly.

I smiled at him and rubbed his hair and then followed my father to study. We sat on the cushioned sofa and be began to speak.

"I am happy and impressed with the skill you displayed in the yard today Aethan. I can arrange for a Knighting ceremony immediately if you want."

I just shook my head and said"Not now father. A moon later I want to participate in the tourney and get recognition. Only then I would like to be Knighted."

Growing up I know how much my father of this life values his pride. So, being able to display my skills and getting recognition from everyone during the tourney will certainly make him happy.

"We shall proceed as you wish then." He said with even bigger smile and continued "Tell me what would you like to have for giving me this joy."

"I want a well forged Long sword and full armour. Also I want my horse armoured for the joust. If possible a good bow." I summarized.
