Looking at the mission notification, I quickly looked to my father and said,

"Let me go. My men are ready and well trained. We will go and release our ships and save our men."

My father looked at me pensively, "Alright. Be careful. Comeback if you are in danger. We can always resolve this matter by paying the ransom to those pirates."

"It should be them who should be careful father. And Vermithor is always by my side in case something happens." I said and continued, "We will leave after some preparations after the first break of light in the morrow."

He agreed. We discussed few minutes about the strategy and I left to make preparations. Soon I met with my 2 captains.

"Ser Harrion, Ser Ed. We are leaving in the morrow to rescue our ships and our men from the pirates who sent us a letter for ransom. Make the necessary preparations and tell our men to be ready for battle. It's time to show those pirates the strength of Velaryon Fleet."

""Yes, My lord."" They left soon after to get the men ready.

For the next part of the day I spent time with my sister and played some board games that I invented with reference to my previous world. I have an idea to make them popular, but that comes later.

Next day, 10 ships left the driftmark, Followed by Vermithor and silverwing and they soon disappeared into the clouds, But I summoned them back to sub-space. This time I want to have my men do the work, as a training also to increase the reputation of our fleet. After setting the course and letting the captains take charge of the voyage, I returned to my cabin and locked the door. I sat in my comfort chair, soon my eyes turned cloudy and my vision changed. I am now looking at vast sea and my fleet in aerial view. I am now warged into an albatross. The birds are commonly seen near the sea and would be much less conspicuous than a crow. Also albatross has a wonderful ability to fly for days without having to reach land.

After couple hours of flight, I can see 20 pirate vassals and 6 velaryon ships. Men were tied on the ships and I can see my third uncle sitting on a chair with his limbs tied and bruised face. After getting an understanding of the situation, I flew past those ships to see if there are any other ships ahead to lay an ambush. Making sure that there is no other pirate ships in ambush, I commanded the bird to find a safe place and I returned back to my body.

From the distance I measured, It would take around a week to reach there. I wanted to complete the mission as soon as possible. So, I used water magic and air magic to control the fleet to fasten the speed. With the current speed We would reach there by tomorrow morning.

Time passed and the next morning, I was able to sense the ships using scan. There were 1800 men in 20 pirate ships. After making sure of the number of enemies, I went out of my cabin.

"Prepare for the fight. We are about to reach the place agreed for ransom. Get the men ready, 200 of them will be set aside for archery, after we are near those ship we will jump into those pirate vassals and kill everyone of them. Our priority is to get our men to safe. Do not destroy the ships. We are going to take them away." I said to both my captains.

An hour later the ships were visible to naked eye. As we approached, I took the golden wood bow and knocked an arrow and shouted,"Archers, knock your arrows." All the archers knocked the arrows. "Pull and aim for the pirates on Velaryon ships" I shouted as I increased the speed of the ships using water control. The air began to pick up the pace. Once we reached 200m I shouted "Release."

Hundreds of arrows were released at the same time. I concentrated and used the air magic to increase their speed and spin. I directed those arrows towards the pirate's heads, so that it would be a one shot kill.

As intended, all the pirates visible on the Velaryon ships are killed at the same time. Using air magic I cut off the rope that was tied to the pirate ship's sail. When the ships got closer my men jumped and started hacking those pirates. I was staying on my ship and kept watch on the fights that were happening.

From the blind view of everyone, I pulled the pirates from the ships using water tendrils into the sea and killed them. Same is happening to the pirates within the ships that were hiding, They were killed by suffocation using Wind magic. There were also some pirates who tried to pose as dead to take the right moment to strike. But I made their act as reality using small wind blade invisible to eye and killed them.

The fight went on for one hour. I boarded a pirate ship where my men were holding a pirate with a mask. As I Approached them, one of my men said, "He is the one responsible for attacking our ships, My lord."

I nodded and said, "Good work, tell the men that any gold,silver or valuable gems on the pirate ships can be distributed among yourselves equally. The ships will now be part of Velaryon fleet after some changes."

"Thank you, My lord."

"Our prince, Craghas Drahar, will avenge us and make sure everyone of you are fed to the crabs." The pirate said menacingly. He knows that he would be killed and hope to rise fear in the enemy.

"You would have to live to see that day."*Swack* I removed his head from his neck as I said.
