Suddenly...

Irene's gaze was drawn to the tallest tree at the back of the house. She saw two floating dark figures there, hovering in the air for a brief moment. But when she blinked the two figures were no longer there.

Brent followed Irene's gaze. "What is it, sweetie?" he asked.

Irene shook her head. "Nothing, maybe I'm just imagining things," she replied.

"What exactly did you see with your eyes?" he inquired.

Irene looked at the tree again. "I thought I saw two floating figures hovering above that tree," she said, pointing her hand to the specific area where she saw the shadowy dark figures wearing cloaks.

Brent's brows furrowed. "Huh? You saw two dark floating figures above the tree?"

"Yes, but when I look again, I see no one," Irene answered.
