Doll Island: Part 2.2

*Continuing after Odette and the everyone else who at the main campsite*

Everyone at the main campsite finished eating their 'snack' and talked about how they felt about the grubs and mushrooms.

"It was disgusting to think about eating a grub, but that wasn't enough for me."

"Mushrooms give me the shivers. They have a rubbery taste, not to mention they're fungi and related to mold, ugh."

"It wasn't that bad to be honest, I could go for seconds!"

While, everyone was talking about mushrooms or grubs, one guy got a coconut and tried cracking it to quench his thirst.

Before the guy could crack the coconut, Leon stopped him in his tracks and said, "Woah, there. Are you trying murder the coconut? I can tell that you're an amateur at opening a coconut. First of all, you're going to waste the coco water and make the meat be dirty if I didn't stop you. This is how you do it."

The guy was a bit sad, but understood that it was best if Leon cracked the coconut. He didn't want to waste the coconut and said, "Okay, Leon."

Everyone else noticed Leon and the guy's conversation about the coconut and continued watching what Leon was going to do. Leon grabbed the coconut and went to his backpack.

From there, Leon took his axe, pocket knife, a cup and a shirt from his backpack and went over to his rock cutting board. He places his shirt on the cutting board, so that the coconut wouldn't move too much.

Next, he places the coconut on top of the shirt and opens up his pocket knife to the screwdriver section. He use the screwdriver to feel for the coconut's softest eyes. After finding the softest eye, he places the screwdriver over to the coconut's eyes and punctures it.

Once, he couldn't opened the two other eyes, he used the axe's hammer side as a blunt to puncture the coconut's two eyes much easier.

Grabbing his cup, he turns over the coconut to drain it's water. The coconut's water could only give a regular person about four, maybe five, mouthfuls of water to drink.

Leon divides the coco water equally and gives it to four people who are dehydrated the most within the campsite. While the leftovers would be given to another person.

Leon smiled and continues working on getting the coconut's flesh outside. He breaks the coconut in the middle by using the axe as a blunt again.

With the flesh exposed to the outside world, Leon uses his pocket knife to scrape the coconut's flesh.

With the two halves, Leon cuts the coconut's flesh into eight equal pieces and gives it to eight people. Leon continued doing this for the rest of the coconuts. Though, there were two spoiled coconuts that they couldn't drink and eat-- there were still five edible coconuts, which is pretty good to them.

It only took Leon about twenty or so minutes to open, drain, and cut all seven coconuts. Still the five coconuts was enough to give twenty-two and a half mouthfuls of water and forty pieces of coconut flesh as a snack.

Everyone had a blissful smile on their faces and all of them thanked him for the refreshing drink and coconut's flesh.

Leon talks aloud to everyone, "Well, that's not enough for forty-one other people who need to drink and eat. Should we go back to the forest to gather some more resources?"

"Yeah, I think we should! We need the people who already gone to the forest to stay here, while the rest should to gather some more resources anyways," said Odette.

She whispered into Leon's ear and said, "Leon, I have a feeling something is not going to be right can you bring Omar's, Hugo, Theresa, Maya, Luis, yours, and my doll with you?"

Leon looks at Odette with a serious look and whispers back to her with a simple, "Okay."

Leon packs the dolls that Odette asked him to do. He did not forget to clean his axe and pocket knife and put back inside the backpack.

Everyone else, besides Odette, at the campsite notices Leon action of putting the dolls into his backpack. They either didn't talk, whispered to each other quietly, were quiet or had other thoughts.

Odette didn't stay back at the campsite and left to go back into the forest. While, Omar, Leon, Hugo, Theresa, Luis, and Maya did not stay either and left to catch up to Odette.

The two guys and three girls who haven't gone yet were reluctant to go. They even sighed and groaned that they had to work when others could've done the work for them.

The two guys and two girls followed after Omar and the rest followed Odette-- except a girl named Jessica who was biting her nails stayed behind.

She concocted a plan, rather than helping Odette and everyone else, she went to ask Bjorn for help.

Bjorn was just sleeping when Jessica arrived to his side. She kneeled down and gently shook him to wake him up from his slumber.

Bjorn's eyes twitched and opened abruptly. He looked at the person who tried to wake him up.

It was Jessica. A woman with ginger hair, somewhat of a dull jade color eyes, beautiful face, nice curvy body, and long legs that would make men crave for her in their dreams.

Bjorn asks, "Oh, it's you, Jessica. What do you want?"

"Bjorn, don't you feel tired of just sleeping and doing nothing? We're on an island, so you can do anything you want. There are no laws and people to stop you. I have a proposal for you," answered Jessica.

Bjorn smiled with a sh!t-eating grin, "Why should I listen to a b!tch like you? You do know that it comes with a price as well."

Bjorn ogles at Jessica's body from time-to-time, which made Jessica feel uncomfortable.

She calmed and thought to herself, 'It's fine you done this many times before.' She continues and tells her proposal to Bjorn.

Bjorn listened and smiled to Jessica's proposal. When Jessica finished speaking her part, Bjorn chuckled and said, "That's a sick mind you got there, but I'm not stupid ya know. I already know what to do and was waiting for the right opportunity as well. So, don't tell me what to do b!tch. My fun and pleasure is about to begin anyways."

[Slight R-18 below]

Jessica gulps down salvia to her throat and was about to turn and leave. Bjorn grabbed her hand and said, "Ah, I think you forgot something. Don't forget to give me some service too."

Bjorn took Jessica outside of the shelter, takes off his pants and reveals his weapon to Jessica. Jessica understood and nods at what Bjorn wanted. Jessica grabs ahold his long weapon and gives it a shiny coating.

Bjorn felt that it wasn't enough for him and strips Jessica of her clothing and teases her cave that holds her love nectar within.

Afterwards, heavy moans, hot sighs, grunts, and groans could be heard as things got a bit intense for about an hour or so.

Everyone on the beach didn't hear anything as they were still trying to enjoy their time on the beach. Neither did the nine people from the campsite heard the commotion as they were trying to head to the beach to enjoy themselves as well.

Not to mention, the dolls were left unattended, since the campsite watchers believed that it was safe and that no one would take the dolls.

***Back to Odette and the groups' POV***

Odette was a little bit farther ahead than the group behind her. She wanted to find more resources that could help everyone more. The twenty grubs and five coconuts weren't enough to sustain the other forty people's hunger who hasn't eaten yet.

Nonetheless, her other motive for going into the island's forest was that she was curious and wanted to search for other secrets this island holds. Many thoughts came to her mind, 'How did the dolls arrived at their campsite?', 'How did these dolls have some kind of magic that affects a person's body?', etc.

Odette's thoughts were interrupted when she heard Leon's voice calling out to her.

"O-odette. Odette! Wait for us!!"

Odette stops in her tracks and turns around as she waits for Leon and the group to catch up to her.

The usual people who always gone with her were there: Leon, Theresa, Omar, and Hugo. While, the rest were Luis, Maya and two new guys and two new girls who have not gone to the forest yet.

Odette closes and opens her eyes, and begins to talk to the group, "First, we are going to search for resources as usual. And second, we are going to see if we find any clues about this mysterious island. Is that okay with everyone?"

Leon, Theresa, Omar, and Hugo were completely fine hearing the second option as they were with Odette quite sometime now. She would express herself how she wanted to uncover the secrets of the island yesterday.

Nonetheless, Odette's curiosity also infected the group as well, which made them want to help Odette to find out more about the island they're on.

However, the newer people, except Luis and Mayax, within the group were hesitant and expressed their concerns about searching for any clues about this island.

"Can't we wait for help?"

"I don't think that's a good idea. I just want to live and go back home to sleep on my bed, okay!"

"We don't know if there is any civilization here on this island? Let alone a single clue. What if we do meet people but they're hostile?"

"We're just wasting our time and energy searching nothing but air."

Odette palms her face that she had enough of their complaints. She raises her face from her palm and told them, "Shut up! Your complaints are going to give me a headache and high blood pressure."

"Did you even listened to my option? I said 'IF', we find any clues, okay!"

"If you don't want to search for clues, then I will! I'm willing to waste my time and energy. Our main focus is finding resources anyways."

Odette huffs and continues walking further into the forest as they already searched and depleted the surrounding area's resources.

Leon looks and laughs at the four newcomers and said, "OoOoo, you newcomers made Odette mad. Come on, we got some work to do. And don't forget to watch out for any animals you are working in your area. Who knows if one of you gets bitten by an animal?"

Leon starts walking to catch up to Odette once again.

Omar and Theresa shook their heads and followed suit with Leon. While, Hugo didn't wanted to be left behind either and follows Omar. The rest panicked a bit and left as well.

Roughly twenty to thirty minutes of walking, Odette arrived at a clearing that had many fallen tree trunks and grasses that shined like emeralds. There were also sounds of birds and other small critters that could be heard.

The others were just a little bit slower than Odette and saw the scenery as well. It was beautiful to see nature that is not destroyed by any human pollution nor destruction.

Well, except the destruction part, as it was essential for their survival. After they were done enjoying the gazing they got to work by gathering resources here and there.

Odette shows the newcomers that they were suppose to put the common resources that they have found in a pile. The uncommon resources such as mushrooms, grubs, or anything else they could find would be given to Leon. When they had enough resources they would bring back all the resources that they can carry into the campsite.

The group gathered and gathered for who knows how long. Maybe twenty or so minutes have passed, since they gathered resources.

All of a sudden, everyone heard a girl's scream and came to look at the commotion. They saw a girl with a guy with glasses on her lap. The guy was bleeding, sweating, and holding his privates.

Odette calms the girl down and asks her, "What did he get hurt by?"

The girl stammers, "H-he got b-bitten by a whitish-black snake. But I-I didn't get a clear view of how it looked like."

Leon came up to the guy to check the wound, but the guy didn't budge, kept holding his privates, and tries to gape for air.

"Hmm~ That's a fatal wound he's got there. Rip his future descendants though."

"Leon!" As Odette and the other girls yelled out his name.

Leon apologizes to the girls, "Sorry, sorry", and got back to the serious business. He realized another problem at hand.

He looks at the guy and said, "Uh, I don't know what's your name."

Everyone looked at Leon with a strange gaze. They all thought in their minds, 'Really?', 'Do you need to waste your time to ask for a patient's name?', 'Can't you do that in the end?', or 'Aren't you going to somewhat help the patient?'

The guy looked at Leon with red eyes, but couldn't speak a single word and died on the girl's lap.

Leon couldn't do anything to help and looks at the others, "Welp, I couldn't help him anyways. The venom was already in his bloodstream quite awhile."

The others looked him with disappointment and sadness.

"Hey, don't look at me like that-- I don't have any anti-venom to help him out either. I'm not that prepared, geez. Otherwise, it will be very easy to treat the venom inside of his system."

"I don't know about any of you people, but I bet the venom was a mixture of hemotoxin and neurotoxin. Plus, I always wanted to see a snake bite, but never got a chance in scouts. Here's my chance!"

Leon grabs the guy's head from the girl's lap and gently puts him on the ground. Then he closes glasses guy's eyes. He said to the girl, "I take him from here."

Leon opens his backpack to get gloves from his first aid kit. He tears the plastic wrapping and puts them on. He lifts the guy's bloody hand and unzips his jeans to look at the wound.

Leon whistled a bit, "Dang, would you look at that."

The guys and Theresa kept their curses to themselves as they were curious to see the guy's bite wound.

The balls were all bulged up and colored bluish-black. Looking at the bruised-like color even travelled all the way up to his heart and brain.

Still the guys and even Theresa cringed at the sight. Theresa was the first to react to the wound.

"God damn! Just look at those puncture holes! It went straight through the balls and a part of his

d!ck, man. Even I, as girl, shuddered how painful it must have been for the guy"

One guy and Hugo talked aloud as well.

"Ugh! If that were to happen to me, I don't know what to say. Rip."

"I don't want to think about it, I don't want to think about it. I'm not listening~"

While, the other girls stayed back and whispered to themselves.

Leon continues talking about how the poison killed the guy and so forth.

On the other hand, Omar stops cringing and was looking around to see where the event happened. He found some footprints and followed back to its traces. After a little while, he found a nest with several eggs crushed.

Omar called to out to the others, "Hey, everyone! Look what I found, the answer to why the glasses guy died!"

Everyone went over to Omar's location. Well, except Leon-- who stayed behind a bit to zip up the dead glasses guy's pants back up-- before he went to where everyone was heading.

Odette talks aloud to everyone, "Poor little baby snakes."

"Well, he deserved it."

"Yeah, no wonder mama snake was mad! I would've been mad if my babies were crushed."

Leon got everyone's attention, "Well, we should go back, but who wants to carry glasses guy?"

[If glasses guy were there he would have said to them, 'I have a name you know'.]

Theresa volunteers herself, "I'll do it."

She takes off her shirt revealing that she wore a sports bra. That's not what she revealed either. Her muscles were well defined that it would bring Omar to shame.

She gives her shirt to one of the girls to hold and carries the glasses guy in a bridal carry. She begins walking back to camp.

Luis looks at her back mesmerized and mutters to himself, "I want to be carried like that..."

No one heard Luis's mutterings though.

Everyone else hurried back to work to bring the resources back to campsite.

Just as Odette was about to leave she heard a little girl's giggle. She turned around as quickly as she can just to see the little girl's hair disappear behind a tree.

She blinked her eyes and thought that she was just imagining it due to the lack of water and sleep.

Leon calls out to hear, "Odette are going to go back, yet?"

"Hmm, yeah. I was thought I was forgetting something, but it looks like I was mistaken."

The group walks slowly back to the campsite.

[Mini timeskip]

The group came back to the campsite with all the resources and everyone at the campsite were waiting for Odette's group to come back. Not to mention, they were starving to death and wanted some water as well.

Odette realizes that there was nothing wrong and thought to herself, 'Could I have been wrong...'

She still can't shake off this uneasiness amd whispers to Leon's ears, "Leon, remember to keep those dolls close to you, okay."

Leon got the message and acts as normal as he can by starting to make a little burial for glasses guy. Everyone asked how he died and Leon and the rest of the foragers explained to them what happened.

They got the gist and they were a bit disappointed in. No more they tried to be a little respectful with his corspe.

After all that was done, Leon 'washed' his hand with hand sanitizer and got Omar to help him just like what happened for lunch.

What was on the menu for dinner: a total of 3 big grubs and 1 small grub, 1 big handful of Chicken in the Woods mushroom, 4 coconuts, and 1 egg were found during their little foraging.

The big grubs were cut in half for six people in total. While the small grub was eaten by a single person.

Then, the mushrooms were given to the vegans in the group.

The coconuts were all okay and weren't spoiled. The cocknuts gave the group twenty-one mouthfuls of coco water.

The egg was left alone since Leon didn't want to waste too much water to just boil an egg. And cooking it in a fire will make it pop, thus wasting the egg.

Bjorn came up to Leon and pulled his shirt, "Hey, why didn't I, get any food yet? I'm starving as well you know."

The guys who haven't eaten yet also agreed and voiced out their opinions with Bjorn, too.

Leon keeps his cool and taps his arm, "There other people who need food more than you, Bjorn. Beside your body has enough food to feed itself."

Leon also looks at the other guys as well, "I didn't know that overgrown babies needed food every 2 hours? You have your own hands and feet, so why don't you go to work to find your own food, huh?"

Bjorn becomes a little bit red and tries to punch Leon in the face, but Odette, Omar, Theresa, Hugo, Luis, and Maya stops Bjorn in his tracks.

"Let him go Bjorn!" As Odette commands Bjorn to let Leon down.

Bjorn replies back, "Why should I listen to you a princess like you? Dont't forget that this is not your mansion, it's an island. There are no rules."

"Plus, you're a flower who lives inside of a green house should stay inside of a green house. Now go back to your daddy and marry a rich guy to make you happy! You're not cut out to be a leader anyways."

Odette could not utter a word and was looking down at the sand.

"Bjorn, leave Odette alone. Since, you said that there's no rules on this island; I think my fists can change that." Omar came up to Bjorn with an annoyed tone. He almost pinched his fingers together and said, "But you're testing my patience."

Bjorn doesn't back down and replies back to Omar, "What are you going to do about it, hmm~ Punch my face?"

Bjorn cackles out loud and lowers his face. As he was about to open his eyes, he saw that he was looking at the sky. In that short little moment, Omar threw a left uppercut to Bjorn's chin.

Bjorn was stunned as his brain was still rattling inside of his skull. After a few moments, Bjorn regains consciousness and looks at Omar. He curses out, "Why you b@stard!"

"Hey, you asked for it; so I did the right thing." As Omar shrugged his shoulders.

Bjorn punches Omar straight to the face, but Omar slips his punch and gives him a right hook to the ribs. That hook from Omar made Bjorn's ribs creak. While, Bjorn gapes for air and holds his right side in pain.

Before they can do anymore Theresa came into the middle to stop them both. "Come on you guys, you guys should stop making a scene."

"Tsk." Bjorn turns around and walks back to the shelter. While, Omar narrows his eyes and hmpfs at Bjorn's fleeting back.

The atmosphere was tense and the guys on Bjorn's side went back to the shelters, while majority of the girls went back to their shelters.

And the rest: Odette, Leon, Omar, Hugo, Theresa, Luis, Maya, a few guys, and a three other girls stayed behind in the main campsite.

Leon talks to lighten the mood, "It's okay everyone. We can still do this if we work together!"

But no one talked for a few minutes.

After a while, Odette begins to speak up, "Well, Bjorn is right. I'm not cut out for these types of things."

The rest tries to comfort Odette, but she kept on talking.

"I never got a chance to do anything normal. Like a normal person would do: going on adventures, eating out with friends, doing my own hobbies, and so on. The list could probably go on and on."

"My father would always prohibit me from doing those types of activities unless I asked permission."

"I can't forget about the supervision my dad places on me. My crew members or bodyguards would keep a close eye on me as well. I feel trapped as bird waiting to fly free from its cage."

"But yeah, that was when I reached eighteen years old. I was basically closed off from the entire world and everything seemed so foreign to me."

"Until now that is. I feel so free and I can explore this island for starters with all of my classmates. I also love a good mystery as well!"

"I know that I'm not a good leader, but I'll will try my best to live up to your expectations. Will all you help me? And I promise that help will come to this island!"

Everyone laughed a bit and said different forms of "no worries" to Odette.

She sighs in relief and thanked them all.

All of a sudden, they all heard a screams coming from both the guys and girls' shelters.

They came rushing to near the shelters, but what they saw was a mannequin grabbing ahold a guy and a girl by their faces. They tried to call and struggle for help, but they were slowly dragged into the forest until they were out of sight.

Theresa talks aloud, "What the f*ck just happened?!"

"There's no time for that we got to hurry to the shelters! The two that were taken away are a lost cause!" As Omar snaps them out of their state of shock and fear. They looked at each other in the eyes and had a tatic understanding of one another. They had to split up, even though the number one rule is 'never split up' on these types of situation.

Odette, Leon, Theresa, Luis, Maya, and the three girls head over to the girls' shelters. While Omar, Hugo, and the three guys head over to the guys' shelters.
