Light Through Dark

She felt as if her heart had suddenly been striken with a bolt of thunder. "Emma said she would save me. Where is she now? Has she betrayed me?" Cold tears started to drop along her cheeks as she lost the last glimpse of hope she had. "Nobody is gonna help me. What will happen next? Will I be trapped like this forever?" She got trapped in a long loop of sudden feelings. "should I stay here anymore? what's the point of accompanying a body I can never get into?" She cried her lungs off. But was unable to produce a mere sound. "Oh yeah. I can't even cry any more. What has my life come to? I have a life but I don't have one either. I would have wished for my life but what's the point? Things are never gonna be like they used to be. There's no point in living even within a body if I wouldn't be able to control anything." She was stuck among her thoughts, wondering what to do next. Confused from the very beginning, she always left her life to flow dexterously, through all the roughs and smooths. She decided to continue her life that way. Not because she wanted to. But she had no other option. She wanted herself to leave her soul and quit her whole life. But she had no idea how. "Maybe I should wait. Maybe I will find some way to get this solved. Or maybe I will get to live this way forever but what if maybe I can just make it better? Maybe there are some other souls floating here just like me. Maybe I can shift myself into a whole new world?" She tried to find light through dark, representing her positive personality even if it was engulfed in so much of confusement. Slowly she apopted herself to the changes of the surroundings. But she didn't really require to. She heard short distant foot steps cutting off the silence.
