In The Pond

She felt helpless not knowing what to do. She closed her eyes and thoroughly rubbed her hands together out of disappointment, wishing she could somehow get some water. She started feeling a burning sensation in her hands which gradually started to grow. She stopped rubbing her hands and looked at them. They were shining. A small ball of golden light was shining brightly in her hands. It gradually enlarged and she couldn't believe what she was holding a few seconds later. It was a golden container. It was glistening in the moonlight and the decorations all over it made it look priceless. She carefully observed the art which were embeded into the gold. They were very artistic pieces of work which were done quite neatly. The figures embeded in it were all dark themed and indicated scenes of various symbols of cruelty and murder. But Kett still loved them as they were quite eye-catching. Amongst all the creative designs her eyes caught something much more interesting. It was a golden symbol consisted of a fancy looking letter C with a tiara on it's top and a little tail with a tiny heart at it's end. It reminded her of the bloody symbol she saw at the Cottage of Barnia which also had an identical tail with a heart at it's edge. "These things really do have a connection." She thought while she was climbing over the statues of wolves. After catching a wide glimpse of the glistening pond she put her feet in the pond. She expected her legs to freeze but instead the blood felt warm and comforting. She was mesmerized by the sight of that pond filled with blood which made her wanna jump in. It looked so welcoming that she jumped into the pond of blood and started to swim through to the heart of the pond with a small dive. She was halfway through when she felt herself getting dragged into the water by some invisible force. Something in her mind wanted her to get dipped in the blood more and more than to struggle and get on to the surface. So she let herself to drawn. After a couple of seconds the blood started invading her making it hard for her to breath. Still she did not struggle to come out. It felt like she wanted the sensation of that bloody water over her life. When she almost released the final breath she had, a miracle happened. The blood which was around her face moved away creating room for her to breath. With this new comfort of having enough oxygen she got to the bottom of the pond. She set her feet on the deep end of the pond and started walking towards something magnificent which took her interest. It was shining brightly in cyan. She kept on walking towards it.
