Precious or Fudge

Faith finally had a day for herself. To relax and clear her thoughts. Between the training with her mother in sensing animals and connecting with them to a deeper level, she also had knife throwing exercises and sword fighting with her father. It felt like they prepared her for something. But she didn't have a clue for what.

At the castle gates, two guards stood watch. A peculiar event, considering that they weren't even wearing the Springwood uniform. Instead, they had a large golden dragon embroidered on their chests.

Since they didn't flinch as she got past them, Faith shrugged and continued her stroll. She followed the road for a while, but the forest was more her thing. She strayed from the path and ventured into the woods under the green canopy.
