Side Story 7: Rip and Tear, Until it is Done

Ganyu gave Ein a look that pleaded him to explain what a date is to Shenhe and Cloud Retainer. "She's kind of your mom, go and explain like a filial daughter you are Ganyu, especially to your sister figure." He gave a smug smile while Shenhe and the crane adeptus looked at her.

She accepted her fate and started explaining. "Uhhh, you see... A date is 2 people hanging out together with the intent of knowing each other and hopefully getting into a romantic relationship." She blushed heavily from embarrassment.

"You would like that Ein? One does not understand why, but Shenhe is a beautiful woman in the eyes of humans." Shenhe was frozen on her seat. The gears in her head slowly turned, thinking of why such a grand personage would want to have a date with her.

"Right? And you do know that even though Shenhe is used here in the mountains, she's a human in the end." He sipped some tea and the crane nodded after thinking about it.

"One needs to tell you about why she is here in the 1st place. Ganyu, please leave for now. One will state Shenhe's secrets." Ganyu nodded and Ein pointed a finger on her. She then disappeared and rematerialized in a universe that had all kinds of edible plants.

"Okay then, why does she even need those bindings? It's probably doing more harm than good for her emotions." Shenhe quietly sat still and the crane sighed.

"One knows... One only stumbled onto her, she was but a little girl back then. But she was in mortal combat against the remnants of an evil god. Exhausted and injured, the little girl didn't give up. She defeated it and One reached out to her to tend her wounds. Even with her grievous injuries, she was still feisty and didn't trust this one." Shenhe started to get uncomfortable but was still silent.

"She was a sacrifice to bring back her deceased mother. The perpetrator? Her own father... It was revived by his rituals and the rest is history. One took her to the mountains, Shenhe is a special mortal. With immense talents for the adepti arts and a unique constitution. She lived as one, but the past haunted her. One's comrades were forced to bind her emotions with the red ropes, lest her homicidal tendencies rise up to the surface and she would kill humans." Shenhe looked down on the ground and her beautiful face was marred by a frown.

"Umu, then it's pretty simple what she needs then." Shenhe and Cloud Retainer looked at him with hope in their eyes, waiting for his next words. "The girl needs therapy obviously. And I think I know how to do it."

They looked at him, confusion on their faces. "Therapy? Is that a special procedure? One only knows of acupuncture, herbal medicines, and physical exercise to balance the yin and yang. And one already tried that." He face palmed, remembering that they lived in the mountains.

"I see. So that's the problem, she's a human remember? I'll handle it from here, I'll return Ganyu to this realm." He pointed at Ganyu's seat and she reappeared with a bowl of salad on her hands. Chewing on them with a smile, she then saw the others and dropped it on the ground. "I can explain!"

"Come on Shenhe, let's go and take those red ropes off of you then." He disappeared with her from who knows where and Cloud Retainer looked at Ganyu with a raised brow.

"One sees how he has taken your heart Ganyu. Ein indulges your eating habits." She shaked her head and was disappointed that her surrogate daughter was infatuated with someone because of food.

"No! He's kind, handsome, smart... And I know he can cook well, but that's not the only thing Cloud Retainer!" She realized that she confessed her feelings and the crane gave a smug smile.

"Ohhh? It seems you've finally grown up dear Ganyu. What a lucky girl you are in finding someone that is above and beyond others." She teased the qilin.

"Ein. Where are we?" Shenhe looked around and it looked like a hell scape. Lava flows all over the place while she heard the screams of the damned.

"This my lady, is hell. And this is the 1st step to unleash pent up aggression, if you want to kill something. Them simply kill anything you see." He snapped his fingers and the red ropes binding her suddenly disappeared, rage immediately took over her mind. Bloodlust fogging her psyche as she struggled to keep it at bay.

"You, you will be worse. Rip and tear until it done." He looked at her from a nearby cliff and played BFG 10000 in full blast, while demons started to appear in droves. Seeing a tasty female treat that's nice and plump.

"Hah. Hah..." Shenhe breathed deeply and was starting to lose it. She was sensitive to negative emotions due to her encounter with the evil god. And there were tons of it directed at her.

An imp threw a fireball and it flew in a parabola at her. She then twitched and before it could hit, froze it while in midair. Her eyes widened, pupils dilated and her vision went red.

"Argh! DIE DEMON SCUM!" Her mind went blank and started to rampage. Her unique physique that was blessed with immense strength tensed and flew like a bullet to the imp that threw the attack.

"BURN IN HELL DEMON!" She grasped it on the eye sockets and ripped it half, the blood sprayed like a waterfall and she bathed in it. The slaughter has just begun.

There was massive demon with a big head, intent on ramming her. Shenhe then catched it headon and twisted its neck like stalk of celery.

A ball of flesh with an eye on the middle opened its mouth, showing dagger like teeth. Wanting to chomp on her head. She punched it right on the obvious weak spot, the eye. Its upper half then exploded in a gory mess and Shenhe upped her speed.

Ripping the demons in half with her bare hands, taking off their legs and beating them to death with it. Pulling the horns and stabbing at their beady little eyes without mercy.

A baron of hell then jumped up high and slammed the ground with fiery energy. Its hands were burning blades that released waves of crescent energy. Slicing up even the other demons in the vicinity.

She did a flip and dived head first onto a pair of the energy blades that were parallel to each other. Missing her breasts by a mere millimeter. She then kicked it on the knee, bending the leg inwards and grasped on its blade arms. Stabbing it on its chest again and again while the proud baron of hell choked on its own blood.

Shenhe ripped off its arms and inserted her relatively small hands inside to create a pair of makeshift blades. Like a furious storm, she spun around and sliced up the demons with brutal efficiency.

"Ooh, that's nice. Go Shenhe, kill them all!" He egged her on and she quickly teared the demons apart limb from limb. She felt a rush, like an impending addict that got their 1st dose of drugs. She simply, felt good.

"Nice work! I knew you had it in you. The slayer would be proud of you Shenhe." He patted her head and she gained her wits. "Wha-what happened?" Looking at the blood, torn arms and legs, guts. She quickly came to a conclusion.

"I did all that, I can't return to human civilization. Please give the red ropes back Ein, this is what I am." She looked to be shameful of it. But Ein flicked her forehead and cleaned the gore all over Shenhe.

"Shut up! That was a good show, I even captured it in full HD. Can't you feel it? Feels good right? But now you're satisfied, that's what pent up aggression feels like." They then heard The only thing they fear is you from the distance.

"Ohhh, he's here. He's a swell guy, but he needs some alone time, you know? Usual guy stuff, so let's leave him alone for now." They then returned to Liyue and the crane saw Shenhe without the red ropes.

She gasped and Shenhe was fine and dandy. Looking a little chipper too. "Shenhe dear, did he really managed to take care of your problems?"

Shenhe nodded and gave a smile. "Un, he did. I was hesitant at 1st, but it was quite fun. Ein, let's do it again sometime." She pulled on his sleeve and Ganyu squinted her eyes at them.

"Oh yeah, for sure. I go there sometimes too, fun isn't it?" He gave a bright smile and Shenhe's face flushed. "Un, it was. I think I can go to Liyue, would you help control me if it returns?" She was elated that she didn't feel murderous, and Ein was strong enough to control her so she decided to go to Liyue harbor.

"Sure, Ganyu. We'll be roaming Liyue for a bit, want to come with us?" He didn't forget about the cute Qilin and she nodded enthusiastically. Glad that Shenhe looked to be more energetic.

"Un, let's go. I also know everything at Liyue, it's the city I've helped create after all." She unintentionally revealed her age which made Ein and Cloud retainer chuckle, while she pouted at them.

"Come on girls, I'll bring back Shenhe here after a few hours. And we'll probably go to Inazuma later as well, so I'll say it now Cloud Retainer." The crane nodded and didn't object.

"One is happy that Shenhe will get to experience what it is like to live a normal life. Go on, One gives permission." The 3 left and Cloud Retainer sighed. "They grow up so fast... Or it's because of him? One hopes for your happiness Ganyu, Shenhe."

The trio arrived at the harbor and was walking around. Shenhe looked at everything, all of it is new for her. Living on a mountain like an adeptus was quite different from the city life. "Do you like what you see?" Ganyu asked and she nodded shyly.

"Don't worry Shenhe, we've got the best tour guide in town. I think, when did you leave your office again Ganyu?" Shenhe laughed and Ganyu fumed.

"I know Liyue like the back of my hand Ein! I can still remember everything about it. Hmph." She sulked and Ein patted her head. "Okay, sweet rain. Sure, maybe a long time ago that is." They had fun while walking but a drunk stumbled on Shenhe.

"Wash where you're goin! Hmm? Hehe~ such a beautiful girl you are. I'll forgive you if you entertain me with that luscious body!" He eyed Shenhe disgustingly and Ganyu was about to intervene, but Ein held her off and smirked. "Look what'll happen, this is gonna be good."

He started to play meathook and like a switch, Shenhe's face became cold as ice. Her eyes trembling with rage. "Step right up folks, with just a hundred mora. You'll see this beautiful lady beat up that drunk!" He advertised the upcoming show and everybody started to crowd the place. Ganyu deadpanned at him and decided to wait.

"What'll ish be? I'm waiting." The drunk spoke and Shenhe walked up to him, he was elated that a gorgeous lady fell for it but she grasped his hair and lifted him up from the ground.

"She's gon' give it ta ya!" He looked at Ganyu. "What?" "Fuck waitin' for you to get it on your own, she's gon' deliver to ya." He looked at Ganyu again. "Uh?" Shenhe then slammed his face on the ground, but she fortunately held back or his brains would be all over the place.

Shenhe made the guy eat stone with his face multiple times. It was like a printing machine that tapped multiple times, making the crowd cringe. Ein then healed him until Shenhe stopped. "Ptui, that's what you deserve scum."

She spitted on the top of his head and stepped on it like trash. "Yo... You held back Shenhe, come here and have a cookie." He gave a thick cookie that was oozing with chocolate to her. She grasped it and looked at it with shining eyes. Shenhe then tasted it. "Hmmm~! Thanks Ein."

Ganyu looked at it enviously and he gave one to her as well. They then enjoyed the day without further incidents, the event spread like wildfire after all. A drunk offended an adeptus and he was pummeled to the ground like the garbage he is.

"Did you enjoy your day Shenhe?" He patted her head and stroked her silvery white hair. "Un. Thank you very much Ein, I believe that things would be better from here on out." She radiated happiness and was also excited for their trip to Inazuma that they talked about earlier.

"Take care Shenhe, say hi to Cloud Retainer for me when you get home." Ein then teleported Shenhe back to the mountains with lots of sweets and souvenirs. "She's still sensitive to ill intent on her, but at least she made great progress." He smiled and Ganyu was glad for her.

"File your leave for Inazuma Ganyu, don't worry about anyone declining. I'll make Rex Lapis work as their secretary for the entirety of the trip." He decided to give work to the guy, it was his responsibility in the 1st place.

"Ummm, is it really necessary? I think Rex Lapis isn't needed for that anymore because of your invention." He laughed and caressed her horns. Making her swoon, closing her eyes to enjoy the sensation that she hasn't felt for centuries.

"You won't calm down otherwise right? It'll be fine, just think of it as him paying for a favor." 'Technically he does owe me, he couldn't relieve his subordinate of his pain after all.'

"Un. I will, let me prepare for a few days 1st. I'll also tell Shenhe about it." He nodded and they said their goodbyes.

"Now, how about I visit my little spark knight and the zombie before we leave. Maybe even take Klee with me." He then disappeared and went to Mondstadt.

Sensing Klee, he went above the cathedral and he saw her reading a handbook, it read Knights of Favonius guide book.

"Hey little spark knight! Who's my cute little knight?" Klee remembered his voice and looked at him. "Ein-nii! Are you here to show me another amazing explosion? You promised after all!"

He laughed and they blew up a couple of mountains. The 2 then returned to Mondstadt and were eating popsicles on top of the windmill. "Look at the people Klee, they look like trash from up here."

Klee tilted her head and looked at him funny. "Ein-nii, you're such a joker! Now that we're here. I remember blowing this windmill up, Jean scolded and grounded me for a week!"

"Awww, poor you. I know my little knight, how about we blow up the headquarters! The evil knights must be punished for their crimes against the spark knight." Klee then started to get excited and they planted bombs all over the place. "Don't worry about Jean and the others Klee, they'll be fine." He put a barrier on them and she nodded excitedly.

The hq of the knights exploded into smithereens, blasting it to oblivion. Everyone was doing their own thing, and they even saw Kaeya squatting while his pants were down. Presumably taking a number 2.

"Yay! We blew up the headquarters Ein-nii!" He high fived Klee and they laughed, he even took pictures of Kaeya for blackmail. Smiling devilishly at the thought of spreading it all over Teyvat.

"Such transgressions against the knights of Favonius! Mark my words, vengeance will be mine!" They looked at the blue haired woman and Ein stared at her. (pic here)

"Uhh, Klee. Who's that lady over there?" Klee then saw Jean and the other knights glaring daggers at them. "Run away Ein-nii! The bad guys will be after us!" He picked her up and they started a wild goose chase in the city.
