He turned his head and sensed the Grimm dragon, who was lying on the ground hundreds of meters away, waiting for its mistress' agent to command it and bring forth destruction and ruin

As for why no one noticed him?

It is a combination of Tensura shadow magic and his newly Acquired Psionics. With his memories of fiction and Rimuru's magic knowledge and skills as a base, [Great Sage] created many spells with her exceptional computation power and the sub-skill [All of creation]

The knowledge of these spells was directly transferred to him, along with the process [Great Sage] went through to create each spell

That alone wouldn't be enough to shield his presence from Grimm- as they can sense negative emotions. So he exuded a Psionic 'Notice me-not' aura, which was obviously inspired by Charles Xavier's 'Trust and believe everything I say' aura

Now, Adam was looking directly at the two women fighting, the pupil of his eyes transforming into red Octograms as he activated his Eyes of the Lord

CC's immortality is just that overpowered- even if his body was destroyed, he would still live given enough time. He also consumed the fountain of youth he obtained from the Gacha, which also theoretically makes one immortal, even though he didn't know if it is useful- given that he is already immortal

Although he doesn't know about EA... He could theoretically survive if he got hit by an Enuma Eilish, but he didn't dare gamble going against a weapon that was conceived even before the birth of the universe- something which existed even before the concept of 'sword' was created

Long story short, if Adam was by chance forced to go to the Nasuverse, he would try his best to avoid a certain golden-haired arrogant King

The Herschers of the honkai multiverse are overpowered, the only upper limit being energy, the vessel, and knowledge. If the protagonists were smart, they would have a lot less trouble dealing with tragedies

Just imagine God!Kiana from Guns Girl Z using the power of the Herscher of Sentince to steal all the knowledge of Dr. Mei and Otto.... or even Mobius and Vil-V

... Or corrupting all of the Internet, and implanting all the Internet's knowledge into her head- as he did, but the Herscher of the End could do that in one go, differently from how he has to do it in split parts to prevent his mind from being overwhelmed.

Even without going through all of that trouble, that version of Kiana is so overpowered that some people in his previous life even thought that her power level reached Outerversal….Even without that, knowledge would help her even more, especially so with the power of the Herscher of Reason multiplied how-many-times-fold
