"Maybe I'm in the stigmata space?" He murmured again as he thought back to the space created by the Herscher of Corruption to torture Sakura in order to possess her body

He looked at the message as he decided to satisfy Kazuma's curiousity
"It's-"
[Schizophrenic spider: BEHIND YOU!]
Adam instantly side flipped and turned his head to see what attacked him
The location where he was previously in was pierced by a white and pink spear
His eyes widened when he looked at what attacked him
"A honkai beast!" He shouted in both surprise and a slight fear
Actually, Adam had already sensed it with his Magic (honkai) perception
It was quite inconspicuous as it radiated a lot of honkai energy, but he didn't make a move as he wasn't sure if it was real or an illusion

'It's a chariot? No a knight maybe?' He tried to identify the type of honkai beast that this was
This was the first time he was facing a honkai beast, so he had no idea about what class it was exactly
Of course, he could pull information out of his memories from the game, but he didn't pay much attention to honkai beasts below emperor level when he was playing honkai impact
His combat experience was limited to practising martial arts and the beasts he slaughtered with Rimuru in the Tensura verse

And as expected, nothing came up. He should have expected this, honkai beasts are not biological creatures, they are silicon based

The honkai beast didn't wait any longer, it directly lifted up the spear and ran towards Adam's direction trying to pierce him or run him over with it's huge size

He shifted his hand as the thread pulled him over the honkai beast
In the air, Adam stared at the honkai beast as he flicked his other hand and a high pressure water blade launced from his limp towards the beast's weak spot
Surprisingly, the water blade cut it's head like a knife through hot butter
Adam landed on the ground as the honkai beast collapsed behind him
When he raised his head, his eyes shifted from brilliant blue into noble golden as [Great Sage] analyzed this phenomenon
"So weak?" Adam said in surprise as how fragile it was
He watched as the honkai beast dissipated into air

He didn't pay attention to the messages as he felt multiple presences in front of him
And sure enough, he saw a lot of honkai beasts appearing in front of him
'It seems the Herscher of Corruption detected me and tried getting rid of me' Adam concluded
