"Rimuru, it's time for me to go" Adam said to the slime with a regretful tone
After their eventful and unforgettable bonding bath, They continued their original goal and reached the front of the gate for the exit to the outside world from Veldora's cave
They reached the entrance/exit sooner than he thought

Adam looked at the future Demon Lord with a wry smile as he closed his eyes
When he opened them again, his bright golden orbs shifted to glowing blue
With his silver hair and now blue eyes, combined with his toned body and bishounen face that added a special and otherworldly charm to him, few women could resist his looks
But he just smiled towards the slime "You have your own dream to fulfill, Rimuru. I, as an outsider have no business interfering" He said in a gentle tone as he took a golden card in his hands out of nowhere
"Besides, it's not like we will never meet again. I will visit you in the future, and you can do the same. So you don't have to worry, wifey" Adam reassured the slime and teased it at the end as he tore the card in two
"By the way, you are in a world where power matters the most" His demeanor suddenly changed as he said seriously as the card he tore disintegrated into nodes of golden light
"Learn and understand how your power works, why they work like that and how you can improve them" He continued as the bright golden nodes surrounded him
"Don't rely on Great Sage for everything, because ultimately, it's a skill. You should use it and get it's help, but in the end, you are the owner of your abilities and skills. If you can't use your powers without any help, then you are not deserving of them" He finished with a serious look in his eyes as he looked sharply at the slime in front of him
"Keep that in mind. Goodbye for now, wifey" His serious look was gone as soon as it emerged, replaced by a teasing smile as the golden light engulfed him and he finally disappeared from Rimuru's vision
"...." The slime was looking at the place he disappeared with a thoughtful look on her face
Not that it was visible, as it is difficult for a slime to change expressions

But in front of Adam, this thing was as docile as a kitten. Instead of going out of control and devouring anything, it curled up into a ball
Of course it was, this phenomenon was the effect of [Gluttony] after all. And no matter how dangerous it was, it was just a skill waiting to be used by it's user
As the abyss cyclone faded, a modern phone emerged from it
Adam opened the phone and synced it so it could tell the time right
'It's as expected' thought Adam as he saw that the time was the same as before he left the world
His eyes slid to the Chat Room, more specifically his points

He spend a total of 200 points for his trip to the tensura verse. He needed to travel to that verse, and return to his home world
Of course, Adam signed in every day when he was the Tensura world, and he also didn't forget to remind Rimuru to do the same
It was an expensive trip, but it was worth it considering he got more powerful by getting unique skills
Speaking of...
'Great sage, are you there?' Adam questioned the presence of his skill
[.... Affirmative]
'Wha-how!? Shouldn't you need to unsurp the voice of the world to communicate with me?'

'Then how are you communicating with me? There is no way the voice of the world can reach as far as the honkai multi verse' Adam exclaimed, surprised
He was really surprised, Great sage needs 90 days to establish itself. Until then it could unsurp the voice of the world to communicate with its user
But there is no voice of the world here. And if there was, the Imaginary Tree would not take too kindly to that
[Unsurping the creature know as "Prometheus 17" to communicate with the user]

"Hehehe" Adam suddenly started giggling
"HeHAHAHAHAHA" Adam started cackling like a madman without any reason
"Hehe... Alright, I'm calm now" Adam quickly restrained himself from continuing to laugh like a mentally unstable person
'Just to make sure, did you hack the Will of Honkai?' He curiously asked his skill
[Affirmative. By using the honkai present in this world as a medium. It is possible to communicate with the user]

Adam had no words
This was incredible, however unexpected
It made sense though, the will of the honkai is basically an advanced artificial intelligence who hacked the imaginary tree with the help of the smartest people from the previous era
Why couldn't his Great Sage do the same? Even though he can't access the imaginary tree, the will of honkai is naturally reacheable through the honkai that is naturally present everywhere in the world
Not to mention, maybe Prometheus allowed his skill to do this. It was designed to prioritize defeating honkai, and maybe it saw him as someone with the potential to help in reaching that goal
'Are you sure that won't backfire on us?' Adam asked with a little wariness, even though he knew Great Sage wouldn't take a risk concerning his safety
[Negative. There was no defence response]
'Well it makes sense' he thought to himself
The Will of Honkai was created for the purpose of awakening Herschers in the same order as the previous era in order to give a better chance to the new generation
Adam doesn't think that the flame chasers from the previous era would ever expect another 'AI' to hack into the AI that hacked the imaginary tree
Still, even if they did, it wouldn't do much. The Will of Honkai is severely limited and doesn't have much power on it's own
And he already stated previously that maybe Prometheus allowed him to do this
'... I'm proud of you Great Sage' he complimented his skill

Of course, his skill didn't respond to him. He didn't expect it to
'But first..' He thought back as he remembered an interesting piece of information about this city
Presumably, Nagazora city was built upon the old yae village, the village that Kallen Kaslana visited and met Sakura
The same Kallen Kaslana that Otto is obsessed with and is willing to do anything to revive, including all the tragedies that happened in the plot of the game because of him
That doesn't particularly matter, what matters, is that the Herscher of Corruption of the previous era is sealed inside a black box with Yae Sakura
Even if Adam is satisfied with all his skills, why not go for more. There is such a great opportunity that no one will miss, so why not go for it?
There is also the fact that Yae Sakura is someone that he pities. He thinks that among the characters of honkai impact, Yae Sakura had the most tragic backround and ending
As for that guy Kevin?
He is not a beautiful woman, and it is common knowledge that men never have a good ending in the Honkai universe
As for finding the black box? Well, it's like finding a needle in a haystack
But repurposing magic sense for honkai energy isn't that difficult as Adam already has access to honkai energy
He closed his eyes as he felt the honkai energy in the whole city. Although range would normally be a problem, but with such huge amounts of honkai fluctuations, it doesn't matter if Adam couldn't see it clearly. What matters was that he could see the general direction
He could feel a a good amount of honkai energy in one direction, but it's like it hasn't awakened yet, it feels like it's waiting for the right moment to wake up and spread chaos
That should Raiden Mei
He could also feel a lot of honkai power in the direction of ME corporation, but it's not a specific spot that has it, it's more spread out
That should be weapons involving honkai, and whatever else Anti Entropy has ME doing for them

Adam couldn't find what he was looking for
Maybe that was why no one else, including Otto who wouldn't let something like this in the open, could find it until now
Or maybe it was because he wasn't looking for the right thing
But Adam wasn't one to give up
So he pushed his Magic(honkai) sense to the utmost limit while also activating thought acceleration
'Great Sage, help me with All of Creation' Adam told his skill even though he wasn't sure that it would work

Then he felt it...
With his magic(honkai) sense straining to the limit, and with the help of All of Creation that surprisingly worked, he found it
It wasn't a massive honkai energy that he thought, but it was fluctuating wildly as though it was an active Herscher continuously using their powers
And that's exactly what he was looking for
Adam opened his eyes and looked straight at the location of the black box, it was as if his glowing blue eyes could penetrate every obstacle and gaze straight at the sealed Herscher
And in a way, he could
'It's once again time for a power up' thought Adam as he begun making his way towards his goal

On an unrelated note, have you ever become so obsessed with a game/anime/manga that you wanted to consume every piece of content that exists on the internet related to it?
Because I'm once again going through such a phase. I first went through this when I first played DDLC, it also happened when I started playing Honkai impact, and now it is also happening with Re: Zero
Honestly, SI-OC/reincarnation/transmigration/isekai Re: Zero fan fictions are as rare as Honkai Impact ones, either that or I'm not looking in the right place
Could someone suggest such a Re: Zero fan fiction? Of course I would prefer the MC to be on Emilia camp, I neither want him to be with a greedy purple haired or a stupid yellow haired loli, nor a dense green haired woman or a Gilgamesh rip-off girl
Anyways, sorry for ranting like that, but I hope you enjoyed the chapter
