The Forsaken Heir
A destructive rebellion tore the great country of Merucia apart, cleaving the country into two. The youngest of the three princes was stranded in the territory controlled by the rebels, which later became a separate nation. The prince was still a child as he fought, killed and bled to stay breathing. Through the help of a demon imprisoned in a pendant, he became a killer, a hired blade, an assassin, and survived and to thrived. Fearing himself, he never returned back to his family, even after crossing the border back into his country. He had built himself into a trained assassin, known to the world as the Hollow Assassin. He was living his life, taking lives in lieu of gold, but it was interrupted when he killed the wrong Lord. Now the entire kingdom, he was born to, wanted his head, including his father, the King.
