85 Chp 83.2 : Headless Horseman

31 December 1985.

'Ahhh, there's nothing can beat the warmth of the hot chocolate milk with marshmallow, watching my pre-recorded favorite shows, <Knight Rider>.

I'm confused why Al didn't like this TV series as much as I do. He said it was only an 'alright' show. He preferred to watch <Twilight Zone>, it gave me nightmare just by watching the first season.'

The doorbell of the front door rang, but no one seemed to want to busy themselves to open it.

"You get it, Toby," Drew said, she was still focused on watching the show with the other kids.

Toby who wanted to sip his hot chocolate groaned. Who the hell wanted to come into an orphanage in the New Year. They should go to a party, get drunk, and having intercourse or something.

As he opened the door, he was surprised to find that his brother's friend was there.

"Holla Toby, we brought you Doritos." Anthony smiled after the front door being opened.

"Max, Anthony, River, Keanu? What are you doing here? Wait, Keanu, aren't you too old to be hanging around with them?"

Keanu shrugged at his question, "Well, my acquaintance just asking me to go clubbing and to get drunk like there's no time tomorrow. But we always did that every day and so today was no different. Besides, hanging around with you all is more fun."

Toby turned to Max, River, and Anthony.

"Technically, I and Max are nerds. There's a party hold by cool kids, but nobody invited us, as for River. He said he was lonely."

River groaned, "Hey guys, I didn't say that. I'm just bored since Al was leaving for London. Just treat me as extra baggage will ya."

"Who's that Toby?" Came a loud voice screamed behind him.

"The Rascals Mom!"

"Let them in then, I've just finished baking cookies." He also heard a cheering sound from the TV room and little footsteps were fluttering the wooden floor.

"The rascals?"

"That's Mom called your gang. Mom said she was always called by the principal because of your pranks."

"Sorry?" Max and Anthony winced.

"Come in, let us entertain you oh lonely soul." He joked with a flat tone.

"God, please stop that silly joke. I don't want a second Al, Toby. Just keep become calm, serious, and broody like before okay." Anthony said.

Toby rolled his eyes and snorted, "Get in then."

As they were having a nice post-midnight cookie time and watching <Knight Rider> together, River who got curious finally asked Toby.

"Hey, Toby, where's Laura?"

"Oooh, somebody got a crush on her!" Drew who was watching with them teased him.

"Ah-no I-I j-just was uh, she didn't you know, I haven't been seen her for a while. I know she is beautiful so of course, any normal guy will be asking for her whereabouts. It's not that I care about her or anything." He was stuttering.

Drew just got a bullseye and her smirk widened to a teasing smile. Everyone else did too, so River just covered his reddened face from everyone with his hands.

"Really!? You had a crush on Laura, River? Oh my God! It's surprising, I don't know how Al will react to this."

"Please don't tell Al! I know he was a bit...uhm, protective to you all and I was afraid that he will beat me to a pulp." River began to excrete a cold sweat after he imagining what would happen if he really hit on Laura.

"I think Al will be grateful to you. Laura has a low EQ and average IQ, and seeing you are the one who will take care of her will make Al sigh in delight."

Toby flatly said, his eyes were still glued on the screen as the film reached the climax.

Then he added, "Oh yeah, Laura said she went to a slumber party with her friends. I think her name is Tracy Goldwhat or something."

"Wait! Did you said Tracy? Tracy Goldenberg."

"Yeah, that's the name. Is there any problem?" Toby suddenly got a bad feeling about it

"Yeah, Tracy is in Junior Year duh, she's the cheerleading captain, and the one who held the party was her! I heard there will be alcohol, drugs, and popular kids, especially jocks. The party she held usually famous for... you know, the place for a boy and a girl did that." Anthony said.

Now everyone's face was pale white. Alcohol and teenager's hormones were not a good combination of words to the parent's ear.

"Toby." Came a slow, heavy, and dreadful voice from Mrs. K that made everyone in the room had a simultaneous gulp. "Yes, Mom," His voice suddenly increase 7 octaves.

"As Al is not here today, would you mind bringing her back? And boys, can I have a favor to ask you? Please help him searching for her." She smiled sweetly, which meant that good things won't happen when Laura was retrieved back.

"This is the place? Damn, it's like a pig's den." Toby groaned.

"Welcome to high school party kid." Anthony grinned, "Now let's locate Laura and bring her back before anything bad happens."

"Damn! I wish big bro was here, he could have the solution from all of this." He shook his head.

Then he added, "Wait guys, give me time for preparation." They saw Toby left them and about 20 minutes later, he was back.

"What are you doing?" Anthony asked.

"Soon you'll know, let's go." He hardened his tone.

As they came uninvited, some jocks saw Max and Anthony, the two nerds were coming and tried to make a problem for them.

Luckily they brought Keanu here, although he was as civil as a panda, but with his 187 cm stature and his maturity, he could look at these jocks in the eye and planted fear in them.

"Dude, that's awesome, are you an assassin or something?" Anthony joked.

"Not important, let's find Laura." Keanu ignored them.

Finally, they found her, in a state that they have feared. Her cloth were all scrambled, leaving her with only her short skirt and bra.

Her face is flushed and her eyes were half asleep, she was drunk, really really drunk. What's worst was she was doing a lap dance and twerking while she was being groped by a large black man wearing a football team jersey.

"Damn, these white chicks sure can dance! Girl, your getting my black pole tonight."

"Just take her Aba, she was an orphan and nobody will care about her if we dump her on the lake." The one who said it was Billy, followed by laughter from his teammate.

That stroke the nerves from Toby and everyone else. Max and Anthony knew Toby would do something and tried to stop him but Toby didn't care and just blurted, "Hey asshole!"

The person name Aba heard Toby calling him an asshole and immediately enraged. He stood up and showed his 195 cm fat body built for the linebacker, in contrast to 175 cm tall Toby.

'Damn! His big, I wish Al was here.' He thought but suddenly he realized something.

He can't always be dependant on Al because someday he will be facing a bigger problem without him on his side. Besides, his sister's chastity was depended on him.

So he braves himself, took a deep breath, and releases it. 'You can do this Toby, Al could be easily dealt with this and you also can.' He convinced himself.

"Your calling pipsqueak, mad that I touch your girlfriend?" He mocked.

"You're touching my sister asshole!"

"What can you do huh," He put his hand on his shoulder and began excess weight on Toby.

"This," He kneed his groin as hard as he could, jabbed his liver with his left fist, and once he bent over, he punches his jaw with his right hand as hard as he could.

This way he won't receive much trauma but his body was too shocked to respond to his strike.

This was what Al taught to him when he faced a bigger enemy, surprise, no mercy, cheats, use tools if necessary and the most important thing, punch 'em on the liver, the rest is improvised.

"Guys, grab Laura, and run!" Toby said with everyone still shocked how Toby could take down Aba easily.

River jumped first to take Laura on firemen carry and ran away. Right before they were chased by dozens of football jocks, they suddenly disappeared from anyone's face.

As they ran as far as possible, they finally stopped their escape and leaned the drunk Laura on the side of the road.

Laura has grown so much, at least she was 176 cm in height, complete with curves that could rival Victorian Secret's supermodel, that was why they took turns to carry her.

"I shorrrrry, I whont gho to pwaaaarty anymooorre." She slurred while holding to a lamp pole. She held it so tight that she even bulged when they pulled her.

"Come on Laura, let's go home. Mom is worry about you."

"I dhont wantt, Mommy must bhe angrrry." She cried in her drunkness.

Didn't have any choice, they decided to wait for Laura to sober. A few minutes passed, there's no sign Laura stopped crying.

Toby suddenly blurted, "I don't know how I'm gonna tell this to Al, he must be mad at us to let her go to that stupid party."

"Al!?" They heard that it was Laura who said it.

"Holy shit, why the hell is I here!? Oh my God, I was drinking something and suddenly everything blurred! Al must be mad if he knew I was drunk! Oh my God, forgive me. I need to go home to mom and call Al! ASAP!" She suddenly stood up and run, leaving boys behind.

"Did-did she just sobered up because she heard Al's name?" River asked.

"Yeah, I think Al had scarred her deep to her soul. She really afraid of him, in a good way I mean." Toby confirmed.

"Hey, I'm confused about one thing, why they didn't chase after us with their ride?" River suddenly said.

"Ah, about that. Al told me that in a war, the most important thing is how you move your troops and supply. So before we enter the party, I flattened all the tires parked there."

"So that was why you said to give a time for preparation! Damn Toby, you'll soon follow your brother's footsteps as a prankster." Anthony praised him and followed everyone's laughter.

Toby smiled, "Thank you, Tony, let's go back."
