037-Marauder's Map

After the game was over, George and Fred didn't even attend the celebration. They couldn't wait to find Ivan, and the three gathered quietly in an abandoned classroom.

Ivan quickly piled up fifteen golden gallons that they earned, as well as a large number of sickles and knuts on the table.

According to the previously negotiated profit agreement, Ivan took 40% of it, a total of six gold gallons, nineteen silver sickles, twenty-eight copper knuts, and the rest belonged to the Weasley brothers.

Ivan's gains didn't actually include the bet against Malfoy...

"So much?" George looked at the money on the table and said excitedly.

"I solemnly swear that I am up to no good!"

Delicate ink lines suddenly spread from the tip of Ivan's wand, spreading like a spider web, connecting and spreading to every corner of the parchment, and then green squiggles appeared on the top:

"Messrs. Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs are proud to present the Marauder's Map."

Ivan's eyes swept through all the names on the map.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione's names were in Gryffindor's common room. Ivan guessed they were celebrating the Quidditch victory. Ivan tried to find another name, and he saw Peter Pettigrew not far away in their dormitory.

Ivan always felt it was very strange when he read the book in his previous life. Why did the Weasley brothers, who used the map all the time, didn't discover that a fellow named Peter Pettigrew was following their younger brother for several years.

After getting the map and looking at how chaotic all these names were he realized that this map was not omnipotent.

Or maybe the parchment was too small, and Hogwarts was too huge, it could only roughly distinguish the approximate area where everyone is located, plus thousands of names of students and professors are mixed together, dormitories and common rooms have clusters of names, and Peter's name didn't pop out at all.

Ivan immediately found Quirrell's name, wanting to see if the words Tom Marvolo Riddle appeared next to him.

Soon, Ivan found Quirrell in his office, but unfortunately there was only his name on the map, maybe it was because Voldemort was not a living person right now.

While Ivan was thinking about it, the Weasley brothers were shocked by Ivan's usage of the map. When they first got the map, they had tried a long time before managing to successfully crack it.

"Ivan, have you used something similar before?" George asked.

"No, I just happen to have know something about the creators of the Marauder map."

"By the way, how could you give me such a precious thing." Ivan curiously asked. The importance of the map to the Weasley brothers who are keen on doing pranks in school was self-evident.

It could be said that with this thing, the Weasley brothers did not have to worry about being caught in the school for anything.

The smile on George's face narrowed slightly, looking at galleons on the table.

"Fred and I don't know what you want so much money for, but we guess you would have to get out of Hogwarts to use it. We have already written down all the contents of the map. Maybe in your hands, it'll be more useful than ours! "

"Yeah, we don't want any accidents to happen to the special adviser we just found." Fred patted Ivan on the shoulder.
