''Damien, why don't you go upstairs and do your schoolwork? Mother wants to speak to Grandfather.'' Isla suggested with a smile. She did not waste time in expressing that she wanted to speak her father urgently. There were many things that she needed to know now.

Damien stared at his mother, and then at his grandfather, before he nodded in agreement. Upon seeing that, Finn let him down and ruffled his hair with a doting smile. ''Grandfather will play with you after speaking with your mother. Okay?''

''Hmm..'' Nodding, Damien smiled in return. He knew there were some things that his mother and grandfather needed to discuss, and their words were not for him to hear.

Once Damien left the kitchen, and Isla made sure he was out of sight, Finn had already settled down on the dining wooden chair, and Isla went to sit in front of him.
