309 After Story 2: Chapter 6

"Loupie, do you want me to read a story before you go to sleep?"

"Yes, daddy! Please read Loupie a book!"

"Alright. Choose the story you want and I'll read it for you."

"Okay!"

Little Penelope gets down on her bed for a while to get the storybook she wants her father to read before they sleep. When she returns, the little gives the book to her father before climbing up on her bed again. Clementine raised a brow when he noticed the book he was holding is somewhat unfamiliar to him.

"Loupie, where did you get this book?" the Duke asked.

"Oh. My handsome uncle gave that book to Loupie as a gift." Penelope explained. "He said that book will give me a happy dream if Loupie reads it before going to sleep."

"...I see."
