　　Annette went to Roxanne and chatted with her happily for a while.

　　She had been in a bad mood due to all kinds of setbacks. Today, she finally smiled brightly.

　　Annette suddenly asked Roxanne, "If you had to give a man a present, what would you buy?"

　　Roxanne exclaimed, "What?"

　　"You heard me," Annette said.

　　"Why do you need to buy a gift for a man?" Roxanne asked.

　　Annette felt a little regretful. How should she explain it? She regretted asking Roxanne.

　　Roxanne held her arm and said, "Tell me the truth!"

　　"I have told you before that I have a brother. He helped me a lot, and I have to thank him."

　　"Alright. I'm good at choosing gifts for men. Just come with me. I'll take you to a nice place. I guarantee that he will like your gift."

　　Annette followed Roxanne to a jewelry store. Then, she returned to the Italian restaurant that Roxanne liked.

　　"Annette, I don't know when we will meet again after I return to my pack," Roxanne said sadly.
