1364 Dishing Out Dog Food

Jiang Ying Yue was unable to speak for a long time. She continued staring at the man standing in front of her while processing his confession.

Lin Yehan didn't mind. He was already satisfied with this progress. At least Jiang Ying Yue didn't run away. He hoped that this meant that she didn't dislike him. 

"I…" She began to speak after what felt like forever. Her face and neck burned hotter under the man's gaze. "Let me…uhm, think about this first."

He smiled. "Of course, Miss Ying Yue."

Afterwards, the flustered Jiang Ying Yue returned to the playroom to check on her son before running to find her friends in a hurry. She needed to talk to them to help process her turbulent emotions.

Lin Yehan didn't follow her. He was willing to give her some time and space to consider him as a potential lover. The gentle smile on his face once again transformed into a pleased grin.
