"It won't be long before the other two come looking for her too."

'Other two?' Aurora felt herself frown. 

"How could you employ a demon to watch over her?" Marshall asked the chief.

"I had no idea she was one. Besides, I conducted a test two days before she was to come fully. I suspect they must have captured her and worn her skin. I always knew that maid was too good to be true." The chief grunts before he moves over to his office table, he squats down to pull one of the drawers. He pulled new bullets and stock them into his pockets. 

"I'm not coming with you." Marshall informed. The chief abruptly stopped and stared at him before he raised a question. "And why not?"

"Because everyone that walks under your shadow ends up being killed."
