113 She's Back!

It was evening. Vincent is seated on a couch reviewing the contract from Davies Group while Tim is making a simple dinner for them. The guy checked his phone frequently to reply to a message. 

"Timothy Cheng!" Vincent bellowed and berated his assistant. "I could hear every time your phone vibrates on the table."

Tim turned his head, and he awkwardly smiled at his boss. But he reasons out, "Boss, I am following Miss Hailey's instructions to make your favorite beef teriyaki."

Vince raised his head and watched Tim's back. He put down the folder on the table and stood from the couch.

Tim looked at his boss with worry. 'What's wrong with him now!?' Beads of sweat form on his forehead, not from cooking but from fearing that his boss would get irritated at him. 

Tim remained silent, watching his boss picks up his phone and casually browsing his WhatsApp and reading the messages he exchanged with Hailey. Afterward, his boss frowned.
