FAMILY REUNION

They were here! They were all here! My whole family. My father, Christine, Rissa and even Thomas! I could also see my uncles! Uncle Fred and Uncle Leonardo! Everyone was here and they were all staring at me.

Before I knew it my feet were carrying me towards my father. With something between a laugh and a sob I threw myself at him. My father's hands fell limply at the side for a moment before they wrapped around my middle awkwardly but I didn't care. Instead I hugged him tighter breathing in his scent, Gods I have missed him.

"Have you been well?" I heard my father ask me.

I released him beaming up at him. "Of course and you?"

"F..fine as well." My father stuttered eyeing me with a look in his eyes but I was too excited to decipher it.

I turned to the rest of my family and smiled at them. "I'm really glad you are here but how? The journey must have not been easy for you."
