Jordy clenched his teeth and retreated his glare from Harold.

However, when he spoke again, he sounded helpless. "Karen, do you think it is still suitable for you to go all the way here like this?"

Karen did not want to listen to him. She was also full of excitement.

"If you don't want me to come, then why don’t you do as I told you. Did you do it? If not, how come you can still ask me this question so blatantly?"

As she said that, Karen glared at Jordy and gave him a fierce, blaming look.

Yet, Karen did not intend to waste her time here on Jordy.

She looked around but she didn't see Gloria. She immediately asked, "Where is Gloria?"

Jordy answered, "She's in the bedroom inside. I'll go call her."

Although Jordy was angry with Karen coming here, he could not deny that her presence could become his excuse to see Gloria.
