11:00 pm at Jin Chen Hotel..

A handsome young man with a refined jaw was eating together with an old man in mid 50's. Aside from the two man eating, there was also many bodyguards in the room.

The handsome young man came with only one bodyguard while the old man came with 3 bodyguards. The atmosphere is kinda tense.

"Master Rossetti, i know that my granddaughter made a little mistake by trying to drug you but, i hope that you can spare her some mercy for old time's sake."

The old man said as he stared intently towards the young man known as the 'Devil' in business world, Alaric Rossetti.

This 'Devil' was known to be ruthless to any gender but the old man guessed that he'll spare his daughter for 'old time's sake'.

Alaric scoffs and sips the wine from his glass and swirl his glass slowly. Then he stare at the old man.

"Mr. Hansen, you're old, but i'm not. So what do you mean by old times sake?"

Alaric's bodyguard, Beckett Smith, almost laugh when he heard what his master says then he maintained his usual expression when his master glanced at him.

Heh. This young master of his really do use this card whenever some people used the old-time-sake card. Though, the old time sake is not entirely useless when it comes to other people. Especially when your grandpa is friends with them.

Ronaldo Hansen was instantly infuriated but suppressed it when he remembered his real goal for today.

"Ehem, what you said is true but, aren't you afraid that I'll tell this all to my friend, your grandfather?"

Mr. Hansen said as he look at the young man in front of him. Almost everyone in their country knows that this "Devil" loves his grandfather the most.

"Heh. Then be my guest. Afterall, I've already seen many crybabies that directly complain to their elders."

As soon as Alaric said that, it made Beckett to slightly turn sideways stifling his laugh. He don't dare to look at the face Mr. Hansen was making because he won't be able to stop himself from laughing by how funny his face were.

Mr. Hansen turned red from anger and embarrassment. If it's not for the sake of his granddaughter, he wouldn't have to be here talking to this young man in front of him.

"Master Rossetti, it seems like you don't plan to take things seriously." Mr. Hansen said gritting his teeth and glaring at him.

"Mr. Hansen, it's in fact your granddaughter's fault for trying to mess with me. You should be thankful that I've shown you mercy for your oh-so-called 'mercy'."

Alaric said as he emphasize the word mercy. He really couldn't understand this old man in front of him. Shouldn't he be thankful that he just send his granddaughter to jail and not beat her? That's already the mercy from him.

Mr. Hansen becomes furious when he recalled what his granddaughter looks like when he visited her yesterday. Her hair look dishevelled and her clothes looks dirty and messy. She also have a lot of bruises in her body because she got into fight in the jail.

As Mr. Hansen was about to pull out his gun and shoot Alaric, Beckett was a lot faster than him and point his gun on him.

When Mr. Hansen's bodyguards saw that their boss was being pointed by a gun, they immediately want to pull out their gun and point it to Beckett but he manage to stop them.

"Whose hand do you think is faster? My hand or yours?"

Beckett said playfully as he saw that the bodyguards was about to pull out their weapons. He even said 'Pah pah' while repeatedly pointing his gun on Mr. Hansen.

Alaric who was previously sitting down, chuckled and slowly stands up.

"Oh Beckett, don't scare them too much. Mr. Hansen here might pee on his pants."

Alaric smirked when he saw the anger and humiliation in Mr. Hansen's eyes then walked towards the door slowly and then he suddenly stops.

"Oh btw, please be prepared for the charity that i might be holding tomorrow. Ciao."

Alaric said as he teasingly wave his hand goodbye and walked towards the door with Beckett following behind him.

"Boss, you really know how to piss people hahaha."

Beckett said as he remembered how his boss pissed the people inside the room just now.

"Piece of cake."

Alaric said as they walked towards the parking lot. While walking, Beckett's phone suddenly rings.

Beckett looked at his phone to see who the caller is.

'Trix calling..'

Although Beckett really wanted to answer it, he still have a job to do. So he rejected the call and instead message the caller.

"Why? I can't answer you right now. I'm with my boss outside."

It just takes a few second before there was a 'ding' again.

"Brother, I'm coming home this weekend! Mind picking me up?"

Beckett suddenly widened his eyes and he then feels excited. It's been years since hee saw his twin, so he really missed her a lot.

"Okay, okay. Tell me the moment you got off the plane and I'll come over to pick you up."

Beckett texted and he got a reply, "Okay, Brother! Take care, love you!"

Beckett smiled at how sweet her sister is, then put his phone on his pocket, when he look up, he then saw his boss staring weirdly at him.

"Ehem, that's just some random someone trying to prank me but well yeah, i get rid of it."

Beckett lied as he doesn't want anyone to know that he have a twin. He might put her in danger and that's the last thing he ever wanted to happen.

Alaric raised his eyebrows then nodded before proceeding to walk again.

Finally, they soon arrived where they parked the car and the driver immediately opened the door so that his boss can enter. And then Beckett went to his motorbike.

Usually when they went out, he'll be guarding his boss from the outside using a motorbike. His boss only has 2 people in the car, his self and the driver. 1 motorbike was following and 2 other cars.

When they're near in the tunnel, Beckett suddenly had a bad feeling about it.

"Eagle, slow down the car!"

Beckett commanded through the earpiece. Eagle was the driver their boss.

When Eagle heard what their Alpha said, he slowed down the car causing Alaric to frown and observe the surroundings.

"Tell our boss that I'll just check something so I'm taking the lead."

Beckett commanded again and he then speed up his motorbike so that he'll be ahead of his boss' car.

Eagle then relayed the message to their boss and when Alaric was about to say something, they suddenly heard an explosion.
