1 『Chapter One』

A new kind of love story with unimaginable twist and a Baby!?

Zachs Pov

My name is Zachary Nixon Brady. I'm seventeen years old, I just moved to Chicago from Texas with my family. I'm 5'10 with a lean body type structure with dark brown naturally curly hair and light freckles litter my face, with cocoa colored eyes.

Right now I'm lying under the covers of my queen sized bed staring up at the plain white ceiling. Thinking about life, sigh.

I'm suddenly taken out of my thoughts by a loud cry. I smile as I move the cover away from my body. I stand up from my bed and stretch popping my neck in the process, I then look over at my clock seeing it's 6:13 am.

I make my way through the sea of boxes covering my room. before I could reach the door I trip over one of the boxes and hit the hard wooden floor with a loud thud. "Fuck" I curse getting up from the floor and open the door heading to the room across from mine.

I quietly open the door of the room going inside, I walk over to the grey wooden crib that's placed in the middle against the back wall. The crying turns into sniffles when my daughter Allie notices me as she is standing up clutching onto the bars of the crib.

I reach down and pick her up, bouncing her in arms as she leans her head of messy curly black hair on my chest with her thumb placed in her mouth.

I began to hum "moon river" as I walked over to the the changing table. I lay Allie down and change her soiled diaper then powder her before putting a fresh diaper on her.

When Allie is all nice and changed I go over to her dresser and pick out an outfit for her to wear today. I end up picking out a maroon onesie, floral tights and a large maroon head band.

When I'm done dressing Allie in her outfit I pick her up and start heading downstairs to the kitchen.

When I reach the kitchen I see my dad leaned against the counter with a cup of coffee in one hand and his phone in the other smiling down at his phone.

"What's got you smiling this morning" I ask my dad while I set Allie down in her high-chair.

"Good morning to you too," he says looking up and smiling at me, then he walks over to Allie kissing her head. "Good morning Allie" he says in a sweet voice as Allie starts giggling.

"Why don't you go wake your brothers and wash up, I got Allie" my dad says sipping some of his coffee.

"Okay" I say heading upstairs. I first walk to Lucas's room and knock on his door yelling at him to wake the hell up, then I walk to Jacobs room which is next to Lucas's and knock on his door, I was about to yell when he opened the door.

"I'm up" he said before slamming the door. Well someone's mad.

I head back into my room this time watching out for the boxes.

I walk to my bathroom which is connected to my room. I proceed to do my morning ritual. ಡ ͜ ʖ ಡ

When I'm done I walk into my walk-in closet and pick out a pair of jeans and my OSU {Oaklahoma State University} hoodie.

I set the clothes on bed and go to one of the boxes that had  T-shirts on it and pick out a random shirt putting it on then putting on the rest of my outfit.

When I'm all dressed and have my shoes on I grab my backpack from off the chair by my desk swinging it on my back. I go over to the table by my bed grabbing my phone of the charger.

I walk out my room closing the door behind me. I then walk across to Allies nursery and go over to her dresser and pick out a pair of white socks then I walk over to a white shelf with shoes aligned on it. I shuffle over to the rocking chair by the crib and pick up Allies diaper bag putting it on my shoulder.

Once I got everything that's needed I head out closing the door and walk downstairs. I walk back into the kitchen seeing that Jacob and Lucas are now up and eating breakfast or should I say cereal.

Lucas is on his phone while Jacob has Allie on his lap and feeding her pieces of dry cereal.

I set my backpack and Allies diaper bag on one of stools and go over her and put her socks and shoes on her tiny feet, tickling them in process causing her to irrupt into laughter.

"Good morning Jacob, morning Lucas" I say walking over to the fridge pulling out a bottle of smoothie. "Good morning" they reply at the same time.

"Dad had to leave for work early and he said he was sorry he couldn't say goodbye" Lucas says as I take a swig of the fruit flavored smoothie. I nod my head in acknowledgement.

I then glance over at the microwave seeing it's 7:37 and we have to be there at 8:00.

"I think we should start heading to school" I spoke to my brothers after I finished the smoothie. I  went and picked Allie up from Jacobs lap. They sighed in return and got up grabbing their bags from the living room.

I grab ours bags too, and walk to the table by the front door grabbing my keys out of the bowl to my Honda Accord, while they grabbed the keys to their shared Buick.

I got Allie situated in her car seat. Then I waved good bye to my brothers even though we were going to the same school since I'm a senior and their juniors.

I got in the car starting it up and began the fifteen minute drive to my new school as I watched Allie in the rear view mirror play with some toys I gave her.
