41 Remembrance

Another rainy morning. Another gentle cool breeze. A grey day for a grey moment in time. With a sigh Mallory scrabbled out of bed and into the shower to dress herself in an oversized hoodie and a pair of dark blue jeans. Her hair messy and stuffed under a beanie.

The dark circles were clearly encompassing her eyes but she did not hide for this was simply her. She was a mess that was able to make herself presentable but not today. It been a couple days since her meeting with Winter as well as the revelations surrounding Valerie but this were just a fraction of the darkness that had slowly begun to swirl around in her mind.
