31 Chapter 31 Who is your crush?!

We settled at Himitus restaurant at camp bay, we decided not to go to any other place because it was already getting late, in fact, we arrived there late since we spent almost all the day at the art centre.

"Did you see the way Mabel was glaring at you throughout? It was like she wanted to devour you," Cami Smirked.

"Yes, I saw her but I don't care. What she was doing was wrong and so I had to do something. if she is angry, that's her problem." The anger in me popped out as I thought about it. She was so disgusting, how could a girl want to strip another girl, it doesn't make any sense. That only shows how worthless she is, her beauty is just a disguise...She is very worthless.

"I feel really good whenever I remember how Julian embarrassed her, now everyone knows that she is no longer his girlfriend. The feeling is just so warm" Cami smiled widely "Now let's see how she would boss people around."

"I wanna ask you a question but it might annoy you," Zia who has been quite like the rest finally spoke as her gaze diverted from her food to me.

"Go on," I smiled before I stuffed food into my mouth.

"Who are you crushing on?" She asked unanticipatedly and the food I was eating choked me.

"Mopmopmop," I coughed.

"Sorry, have this," Gabriel passed a full cup of water to me and I cursed inwardly as I poured it all into my mouth.

Did he need to be good at this moment?!

"More," I stretched the cup forward even if I was already alright and he poured more water.

"Are you alright? You have drunk almost a jug." Camella said and I could see a little mischief in her eyes.

"I'm fine, just one more," I said as I grabbed another cup.

"Ooooh," I sighed.

"Are you okay? Hope it wasn't the question that caused your cough?" She raised a brow.

"It was just too sudden. I didn't expect it." I adjusted myself ladylike.

"So do you have a crush?" Zia resumed her interrogation and their eyes all pulled out waiting for a reply.

And Gabriel's look was somehow as if he was desperate to hear the answer and even if he tried to avoid his gaze from locking with mine, I could still see that look in his eyes...Why did I feel like he was so concerned?!

But I guess his look affected me a little because I didn't want to say NO as if saying it would be bad.

"Well those aren't my kind of things, I don't fancy those things." 

"Really?! Meaning you have never dated before!!" She asked in disbelief.

"Hmmm," I nodded "I don't fancy things like that most especially at this stage. Nah!" I shooked my head just by thinking about how absurd it is.....

"So you are telling me that you haven't had a crush before?!" Zia asked. I knew she couldn't still believe what I just told her. Besides It was absurd for a grown-up girl to say that. I was absurd.

"Maybe I have but I don't take it seriously besides I am a boring girl," I sighed.

"I didn't expect that from a pretty girl like you," She smirked.

When we were all done eating, we headed back to the hotel since we weren't going to any other place due to time betrayal.

"Oooh my! That looks yummy~Who wants to eat," Camella licked her lips as she stared at the meat being roasted.

"Hey, don't you think that we've had enough already?!" I frowned as my palm rested on my stomach.

"But how can I resist this....don't you see how everywhere is filled with roasted meat. hmm," She bit her lips hard as she inhaled the scent.

"Geez.. you're such a glutton...

Meet me in the room when you are done," I hissed.

"Of course but are you sure you don't want to try it?"

"I'm not like you, I am full. Sometimes I wonder if you have a bowl in your stomach...What a glutton!" I smirked as I left.

I went to my room and was about to go to bed when I realised that I haven't spoken to Belinda...She must be really upset that I didn't call her to tell her about how everything is going because she pleaded with me to do so.

Without even thinking much I grabbed my pad and video called her and thankfully, I didn't have to wait long before she picked up the call.

"So you finally remembered me! Huhn! I can't believe that you forgot me just because you went on a trip... I shouldn't have even picked your call," She raved and was about to cut the call but I pleaded with her.

"I'm so sorry...Everything happened so fast. I am sorry, I have been so busy. Please, forgive me," I said hastily to prevent her from cutting the call.

"Are you sure that you were busy?" Her frown lessened.

"Of course, why else won't I want to call you?" My face flushed with a playful smile.

"Okay, apology accepted but you will have to explain everything in detail to me and don't keep me waiting," She told me and I began to narrate everything that happened starting from when I woke up late and throughout my narration she played the role of the thrilled audience.

"So you guys were all alone in that plane!!....OMG, it is more like a honeymoon for both of you." She giggled when my narration finally ended and my eyebrows creased

"Was that the only thing you could talk about?!" I frowned

"Ooh come on, don't act like you don't like what I just said cause I know that you do," A mischievous smirk made its way on her face.

"Yes, I don't. Now I need to get rest, so goodbye."

"Wait!! Is that all! You didn't even tell me when next you will call?" She glowered.

"I will call you when I have time" I smiled

"And if you don't?"

"Then I will tell you about everything when I get home," I said still retaining the smile on my face.

"Ooh, that reminds me. I forgot to also tell you about my adventure." The frown on her face a while ago was replaced with a big smile.

"What adventure?"

"Well, I am not at home, remember that I told you that we are doing our exams online this term, so I am spending my holiday at my aunt's place." She spoke as her face perked up.

"Aww, you guys are so lucky. I wish we also doing ours online," I fretted as the thought of her chilling while I was struggling with my papers flickered in my brain.

"Don't sweat it, just have fun and remember to take pictures because I want to see them," She smiled widely

"Of course, I will," I also smiled

"Okay, bye. I am feeling sleepy. You and your dearest should take care" She said playfully and I knew that she was talking about Julian but before I could utter another word she hung up.

Trash! My dearest indeed...

I let my body bounce on the bed and before I knew it I fell asleep.
