Prologue

"You got a problem or somethin' man," two large thugs entered an empty, unlit classroom, keeping their distance by staying close to the door.

"The hell, you don't scare us!" one of the two shouted. Their cautiousness somewhat contradicting this statement.

His anger was directed at a purple-haired schoolboy who stood with his back turned, in the centre of all the desks. This boy was wearing a black high collared-shirt and black school pants, which gave him an almost priest-like look. In his right hand, he held a metal cube with a cross design, with which he was fiddling with, unaffected by the two intruders.

"Hey, don't ignore me bastard, you think we'll forgive you after you walked into our territory like it's no big deal, huh!" The other thug snarled, brandishing a small knife from his back pocket.

The two moved closer, causing the boy to turn his head sharply, revealing his blue, luminescent snake-like eyes.

"So loud," he declared coldly. The delinquents instantly flinched back and froze in place. They were paralysed by his cutting stare as well as the feeling of immediate death that was coming from his body. Then out of nowhere, a blue light started forming beneath their feet.

"What the hell?" The deliquent exclaimed.

It was coming from the metal cube: the boy had already thrown it beneath them before they could even react. Their fate was sealed as soon as they decided to approach him. Losing interest, the boy faced away from them, as their bodies were engulfed by the blinding bright blue light.

BOOM!!!

This sort of thing was common at Diablo academy, fights aren't rare, and the types of people you associate yourself with are what give you power and influence. Assault, theft and gang activity were all commonplace in this school.

Even so, there are still ordinary students who attend this academy, despite the aggressive environment.
