Kuoh Academy

Two beautiful black haired and bespectacled young women walked out of the Kuoh public library. these two young women were naturally Sona Sitri and Tsubaki Shinra.

Tsubaki had come to the library to check out some books she might need in the future and memorized where they were as she was a second year now and being prepared was always a good idea. Her friend/master, Sona had accompanied her since she wanted to play chess on a computer and challenge herself since no one had beaten her in chess.

She looked at her master, Sona who seemed to be happy. Although Sona had a neutral expression as always, but she could somehow sense that she's happy.

"Did something good happen?" Tsubaki asked.

"Uh? Nothing happened, why do you ask?" Sona replied.

"Nothing, you just seemed happy but it's fine."

Sona tilted her head in confusion as thought "Wasn't I happy before?" she questioned herself before dismissing the very thought as if it's not important.

Sona herself could feel that she was happy but couldn't pinpoint the reason why.

But deep down she knew the reason. The reason was obvious, she could finally teach someone how to properly play chess and not those arrogant nobles who think they can play chess when they can't. But with Ben, she could groom him to be her equal in chess, maybe even beat her. Constantly, winning was getting boring.

"Wait if he beat me wouldn't that mean I'd have to m-marry him?"

She stopped walking as she contemplated on the idea of marrying Ben. Then, she suddenly had a brilliant idea.

"Ahh! Of course, instead of patiently waiting for someone to beat me, I can just find the person I like and teach him to beat me at chess plus Ben is extremely handsome. All I have to do is find out his character. Ahh! Sometimes my genius even surprises me."

"Is something wrong?" Tsubaki asked Sona who suddenly stopped.

"Nothing." Sona said and started walking again as a small smile appeared on her face.

"Oh Sona, I suspect Ben is not a normal human." Tsubaki said

"Why do you think that? Sona asked as she raised her eyebrows.

"it's just that I can sense some magic power in him but i couldn't measure it well. Even so, that's not what concerns me." Tsubaki passed before saying, "I saw a weird watch on his left wrist. Although I couldn't see it well because of his jacket, but I was getting an ominous feeling coming from it."

"A sacred gear?" Sona questioned

"Yes, I think so."

"Strange, I couldn't sense anything coming from him. Well, we'll have to investigate him, I will have to inform Rias about this."

"Let's hope he's not part of an opposing faction." Sona thought as she continued walking with Tsubaki while the culprit was concentrated on his work.

(Ben Pov)

After spending hours searching for any titles I was looking or anything similar. I finally came to a conclusion that the works of my old world does not exist here.

After finishing what I intended to do, I left the library with a satisfied look and saw that it was already dark.

"I better get going, besides, I have school tomorrow." Saying so, I sighed and starting walking while hoping someone attacked me. After all, he have a lot of anger against truck Kun and I need something or someone to vent. it out on.

****The Next Day

In the student council room of Kuoh academy, Sona Sitri, the student council president can be seen behind her desk, writing some documents. There were other people within the room which were Tsubaki and the rest of her peerage.

"Momo" Sona called out

"Yes." Momo answered like a obedient student when the teacher takes attendence.

"Could you take this to the principal's office. It contains this year's budget plan and some changes I made concerning the second years trip and sports day."

Sona explained as she gave the papers to the white haired girl known as Momo.

"Yes." Momo said before taking the papers before leaving the student council office.

"Tsubaki. Let's go watch the new students." Sona said leaving the office with Tsubaki.

(Ben Pov)

"What a drag." I grumbled as I walked towards Kuoh academy. No one should underestimate the boiling heat of the morning.

"Aw, so hot… Damn." I grumbled again. I was naturally wearing the Kuoh academy's male uniform. Additionally the surroundings were full of students with the same uniform.

"Girls have it good… They get to wear short skirts."

My attention was suddenly shifted to my front and I suddenly rolled my eyes.

"Oh Yeah, We're finally here." An unknown brown haired boy said to his friends.

"Here comes the pervert trio. Can't wait to see the kind of beating, they will get." I said with a small smile.

"Yeah, look at all this babes." A bald boy said with an unpleasant grin.

"Indeed, one of us is bound to get a girlfriend during our three years of staying here." A boy wearing glasses deduced their chances of getting a girlfriend. He was right, of course since one of them was the protagonist. "Was"

"What are they talking about?" A random girl asked as she heard a bit of their conversation.

"Ignore them, look over there." Another random girl said and pointed towards me. I must look like a rare candy to you guys, huh?

"Omg, he's so handsome."

"I know right, it seems like the prince of Kuoh have a rival now."

"Or a love interest maybe." A random girl as she literally drooled at the idea.

What the heck, Woman? Looks like this girls have unique fetishes. I literally Shivered upon hearing that.

After greeting the perverts, Sona sees Ben approaching the gate and patiently waits for him. "No need to start rumors by approaching him."

"Looks like your date is here." Tsubaki said

"W-what, what nonsense are y-you saying. Don't be ridiculous. We're still at school so we can't d-date." Sona said with a small red blush on her cheeks.

Tsubaki just smiled upon seeing her reaction.

"Good Morning Ben-san." Sona greeted Ben forgetting she is not supposed to know him.

"Good morning Sona-san." I returned her greeting forgetting I'm not supposed to use her first name.

"No way, Sona Kaichou knows him and he used her first name." A random girl said. While that sucks, now rumors will spread.

"To think he's already in a relationship with Kaichou." another random girl voiced out.

"Sorry about this." I said as I scratched the back of my head.

"Don't worry about it, rumors are just rumors." Sona said with a small blush, seemingly embarrassed.

"Oh, good morning Shinra-san." I greeted

"Good morning, Oliver-san." Tsubaki returned my greetings with the same stoic face.

"Alright let's go in, shall we?" Sona said before we entered the school grounds.
