Year 2008, Kouh Academy, Japan

Spring had arrived, and it marked the beginning of a new academic year for the recent co-ed school, once exclusively for girls. For any young man lucky enough to gain admission, it was undoubtedly a paradise.

At around 9 am, the math lecturer began her lesson, saying, "Now, to calculate any potential rational roots for this cubic equation, we need to..."

However, as the teacher continued her lecture, it became evident that some of the students were not paying much attention, as they were engrossed in their own worlds.

"Hey bro, did see this latest porn I gave you? Let me tell you it's amazing~ " a brown-haired teen whispered with lecherous smile.

"Hehe~ I did, especially how the character moving her tits when she in that position?? It drives me crazy!" another teen with cunning look and square glass said.

"What's so great about tits anyway? I know that flat is justice!" A teen with bold head said with lewd smile...

As the three students continued to bicker, they remained oblivious to the teacher's growing frustration. The teacher's patience was wearing thin, and she could feel a vein throbbing on her forehead as she heard their whispers. Determined to set an example for anyone who dared to speak without permission, she scanned the classroom.

Unlike the trio of misbehaving students, her gaze fell upon a boy in the corner who was softly snoring. It was apparent that he hadn't slept well, and his snoring was grating on her nerves. Seizing the moment, she harnessed her knowledge of mathematics and aimed her chalk with precision. With a swift throw, she hit her mark, bullseyeing the snoring student's head. The sudden impact jolted him awake, and he shot up in his seat, wide-eyed and startled, as the rest of the class fell silent.

"OUCH! What the heck?!" The boy's head throbbed with pain as he shot up in his seat. He glanced around and noticed a few girls giggling, while the trio of misbehaving students appeared terrified. The teacher fixed them with a menacing look that clearly said, "You're next."

Confusion washed over the strawberry blond-haired, ice blue-eyed teen. 'What the hell? Today was supposed to be my day off, so I played Diablo 4 all night, and now I find myself in what seems to be a classroom I never even knew I had...'. He groaned, trying to make sense of the unexpected situation.

"Apparently, Hiragi Kai-kun doesn't seem to require my lecture today. Perhaps he burned the midnight oil studying. How about you solve this equation on the board to give yourself a little breather from your late-night cramming?" The teacher's smile held a hint of sarcasm, evident to the students that she was poking fun at his classroom nap.

Kai found himself in a surreal state of disbelief. 'Kai? Is that my name? This feels like a crazy dream... Did I somehow travel back in time to my teenage years?' He was still dazed, struggling to grasp the strange circumstances. 'But the overwhelming sleepiness I'm feeling now doesn't seem like a dream...'

"Hiragi-kun? Are you with us?" the teacher asked irritably.

"Bro, man up and apologize, maybe she will let you off the hook." The brown-haired teen who near him muttered to him.

Kai gazed at the boy in front of him, a sense of familiarity tinged with confusion. 'Hmmm, this kid looks familiar, yet not,' he mused silently. 'Fuck! I've lost my memories... those fanfics really misled me! Well, at least I still remember Japanese,' he cursed inwardly.

Turning his attention to the chalkboard, Kai spotted the cubic equation. 'A cubic equation? No problem,' he thought to himself. 'Even though I graduated from high school nearly a decade ago, having an engineering-based degree makes it difficult to forget how to think.' With newfound confidence, he prepared to tackle the mathematical problem at hand.

"Fine, Sensei, I'll give it a shot," Kai replied in a sleepy tone, which surprised both the students and the teacher.

"F-fine, then go ahead, Hiragi-kun," the teacher stuttered.

Kai walked up to the board, his drowsiness seemingly forgotten, and looked at the equation. After a moment of contemplation, he began to write. As he solved the problem, the mocking looks on the teacher's face slowly transformed into surprise, and then shock.

"It's correct... but how... we just started this subject today..." The teacher was at a loss for words, her disbelief apparent.

Kai couldn't help but feel a sense of unexpected satisfaction at the shocked expression on the teacher's face. With a playful tone, he asked, "Did I get it right, Sensei~?"

A faint blush of embarrassment colored the teacher's face, and Kai's satisfaction grew even more as he observed her reaction.

Kai couldn't help but feel increasingly perplexed by the bizarre sequence of events. He muttered to himself, 'Again? Is my mind bugged or something?'

"Ahem, it seems Hiragi-san is familiar with advanced material. How diligent..." The teacher spoke with an embarrassed smile. "Hiragi-san is setting a fine example for the other students. You may return to your seat."

Kai responded with a cheerful smile, his earlier fatigue vanishing as the satisfaction of turning the tables on someone who had tried to embarrass him felt refreshingly satisfying. "Why, thank you, Sensei."

Kai remained intrigued by the unfolding pattern of events; his interest piqued. 'I'm seeing a pattern here... interesting,' he thought to himself as he took his seat. The boy next to him leaned in, whispering excitedly, "Bro, you really made Haruka-sensei so embarrassed! I always thought of her as a strict, mean teacher, but seeing her all flustered just made her look way hotter!"

Kai blinked in uncertainty at the enthusiastic teen. "Uh... thank you...?" he replied, not quite sure how to address this newfound acquaintance.

"What, man... don't tell me you don't know my name yet... we've been classmates for two weeks!" the teen exclaimed, appearing somewhat dejected.

Kai cleared his throat and smiled. "Ahem, sorry, man. I've had a lot on my mind recently. Can you remind me?" he asked politely.

The teen chuckled, brushing it off. "Haha, don't worry, man. I'm just messing with you. I'm Hyoudou Issei! And I'm going to be the Harem King!" he declared with an excited smile.

"Hyoudou-kun, it appears that you've also delved into some advanced material, or you wouldn't be so preoccupied. Would you be so kind as to solve this equation for the class?" The teacher had regained her composure and resumed the lesson, but she overheard Issei muttering something inappropriate, which fueled her determination to set things right, especially after her previous lesson had been disrupted.

"Ah- well..I .." Issei began to stutter, unsure of how to respond, eliciting laughter from the class. The teacher smirked, feeling a semblance of her dignity restored. "Well, it seems you're not quite ready to share. Perhaps some extra lessons after class can help," she added with a hint of authority before returning to her lecture. Issei sat down with a dejected look, even his friends couldn't help but laugh at his expense.

Amidst the classroom drama, Kai's smile froze, and a realization dawned on him. 'It's Issei! I knew I knew him from somewhere!' he thought in a sudden burst of clarity. 'I'm in the Draconic Dues Universe, or DxD for short! But you can't blame me for not knowing... the world doesn't look like an anime at all...'

Kai couldn't help but observe his surroundings. He looked at the students around him and thought, 'They don't look Japanese at all, at least not how I remember. It's as if I'm in a cosplay world, but every cosplayer is a freaking model...'

As the grim reality set in, Kai continued to reflect, 'It seems I'm just a background character here. I don't recall my existence in the novel at all. Worst of all, I don't remember anything from my life here...'

Anxiety began to creep in, and Kai's drowsiness had completely disappeared. He realized that this world was filled with gods and devils, and threats seemed to lurk around every corner. 'The best course of action is to lie low, keep a low profile, leave the country, and head to Tahiti to enjoy the rest of my days...' Kai's mind swirled with thoughts on how to survive the impending events, all while desperately trying to recall more about his situation.

Kai's thoughts raced as he pondered the situation. 'Wait, I didn't check that!' he thought, but he couldn't recall what it was called. "LP?" he wondered aloud, and suddenly, a small number screen materialized in front of him.

Fascinated by the appearance of the number screen, Kai pondered whether he could interact with it. As he instinctively moved his hand toward it, his hand passed right through it. 'I think it... how would I imagine clicking on it?' he mused, trying to figure out how to interact with the screen.

Then, Kai closed his eyes for a moment, concentrating on the idea of clicking on the screen with his imaginary finger. To his surprise, as he did so, the screen expanded, revealing more information and options.

Kai couldn't help but feel a mix of unease and curiosity as he contemplated the concept of Life Points (LP). 'I definitely shouldn't let it go past 100 in any case.' he thought, determined to keep a close eye on his LP. 'But it's such an interesting concept... It looks like a system, but it's not.'

Kai realized that the concept of Life Points (LP) aligned with his recent experiences. 'This explains why I gained LP when I felt satisfied witnessing the teacher's embarrassment' he thought. He glanced at Issei, whose face had turned red with embarrassment, and noted how simply looking at him brought a smile to his own face, further reinforcing the connection between his emotions and LP gain. It was becoming clearer how this unique system operated.

Kai marveled at the incredible potential of the abilities he had discovered. 'This is definitely like a cheat,' he thought, still puzzled about how he acquired these powers. However, he decided not to dwell on that mystery for now.

'Let's create another skill,' he mentally said, determined to further explore and harness the unique capabilities at his disposal.

After taking a deep breath to compose himself, Kai reflected on what he had just learned. 'Well, nothing too exciting, I suppose,' he thought. 'It actually resembles my life a lot. No siblings, parents always busy, and using the internet and video games as a coping method. No friends, much less a girlfriend... very typical.'

However, a playful thought crossed his mind. 'It would be interesting to see how the Greek Gods would react to the new God of War game I used to play all night,' he mused, chuckling inwardly.

Kai then reached for his flip phone to check the time, but before doing so, he decided to turn this everyday action into a skill, recognizing that even mundane tasks could have their place in his newfound arsenal of abilities.

Kai watched as a timer appeared in the corner of his vision, displaying the current time. He acknowledged its presence and thought that it would disappear when no longer needed.

'But most of the notable events seem to happen here, and the best chance to increase LP is to interact with the cast. Besides, with most of them being women, it would be a shame not to take full advantage of that opportunity.'

Kai recognized the potential benefits of remaining in school and engaging with the characters in this unique world, even if he wasn't like some of his fellow students with more lustful intentions.

Kai then contemplated the idea of becoming a devil in this world but quickly dismissed it. 'If I didn't have this cheat, maybe it would be worth considering,' he thought. 'But every advantage devils might have; I can replicate it using my skills one way or another. So why should I become someone else's servant?'

He couldn't help but chuckle at the thought. 'Besides,' he continued, 'it should be fun to see their reactions if a mere human like me can best them.' Kai let his imagination run wild as he considered the possibilities and challenges that lay ahead in this world.
