Stay away from Joshua
I let go of Freddy's hand and silently walked out of the cafeteria heading to the class, I sat down to clear my head when Mia and her friends came over and stood in front of my table staring at me but instead I just looked elsewhere completely ignoring her presence Mia became furious.
"hello girl". Mia said tapping my desk.
"hey, I have a name and it's Ariana". I said still not looking at her face.
"well I didn't come here to know your name but it's an order stay away from Joshua". Mia glared angrily at me.
"and who are you to tell me that". I asked making Mia boil with rage.
"I'm his childhood friend and also his girlfriend, you bitch". Mia hissed which made me chuckle a little and the girls stared at me giving me the "what's making you laugh" look.
"or you mean ex-girlfriend, you see your "boyfriend" didn't tell me of anyone being his girlfriend because if you were he wouldn't be flirting with Olive in the cafeteria,so you're just fake". I said laughing at the raged Mia in front of me.
"how dare you say that about my boyfriend? you bitch I'll make you pay" Mia yelled when suddenly a voice interrupted.
"whose making who pay, what's going on her?". Joshua asked staring at I and Mia. Mia who saw Joshua at the door immediately adjusted her uniform and sashayed to the class door grabbing Joshua's hand which had already let go of Olive.
"Joshua tell her I'm your childhood friend". Mia pouted making puppy dog eyes.
"em..... she's actually my friend". Joshua said using his hand to rub the back his neck.
"friend or more like girlfriend". I laughed looking at the two in front of me.
"but seriously I don't care about your silly affair Mia or what the hell your name is, you see people like you disgust me and tell your shady friend to stay away from me". I said turning to leave when I turned and saw everyone staring at me.
"and don't forget to take good care of "YOUR BOYFRIEND". I teased and finally left. Mia who had never been insulted in her life clutched on Joshua shirt but Joshua just pushed her away and left her staring at who knows what.
The days went on by smoothly and soon the weekend came I would be able to see Dad and my best friend(Sara). I couldn't wait I was standing at the porch of the hostel waiting for the driver to pick me up when I saw Freddy and Joshua jogging towards where I stood? to be honest they were both handsome in the matching tracksuit they both wore but I immediately shifted my gaze to the phone in front of me which was ringing. I picked up the phone placing the airpods on my left ear. the caller spoke.
"where are you honey". a farmilar voice asked.
"dad is that you, I'm so happy I'm waiting outside the hostel, just go straight and take a turn by the water fountain and you will see me". I said and hung up not waiting for Dad to continue. A few minutes later Dad stopped the car at the porch as he rolled down the glass and the door was opened by the driver.
"OMG! Dad I'm so happy to see you". I said and jumped to hug him.
"me to baby, so how's school and friends".dad asked me and I replied and got into the car with Dad. The one hour thirty minutes drive to the house was fun dad and I talked about his business trips and I told him about the incident that led to me attend Royal high but instead of him scolding he just laughed his heart out as the driver rolled the car into the vacant compound.
So you might be wondering what my parents do for a living so, my dad Alexander Watson is a CEO of one of the top three biggest companies in the city. He deals in hotel management and construction projects and my mum Eva Watson is an actress and a model but she also she owns her own clothing and cosmetics company or should I say industry while I'm just me.
