At the party

(Light shine at girls' hostel) 

Lisa went to open the door for her roommate who was knocking

" what taken you so long to open the door" Liz asked while she walked in

" Am I your maid for you to order me around" Lisa replied angrily

Liz walked to her bed and dropped her purse, Lisa moved to her back, folded her arms, and spoke out

" Why did Jay return your purse," Lisa asked even Liz was surprised that she asked a foolish question

" What did you mean" Liz asked 

" Jay return your purse, he said you forgot it in his room" Lisa explained

" Yes, thanks for that" Liz appreciate her effort but Lisa chuckle 

" And you are proud to say that even you know it wrong" Lisa raised her voice and turned to her 

" I don't understand...I want it clear" Liz said 

" You don't understand, you snatcher" Lisa raised an insult at her 

" Me snatcher, then" she folded her arms "Who are you to Jay, I believe everyone knows am her girlfriend friend then why your pictures are showing around Jay didn't know you existed until you met him today or are you telling me you are a snatcher, just because you saw him today," Liz asked disappointingly and Lisa chuckle again 

" Me showing in the picture or you" Lisa replied

" I don't understand are you telling me Jay is your man just for today, Lisa you are shameless, let me tell you, Jay is my man," Liz said while Lisa gave her a slap

" Jay is my man, we have been dating since the USA and I don't know why you are calling him your's even though he confirmed our relationship because he invited me to a party he was attending tonight so I don't understand if truly he is your man he should've invited you instead of me" Lisa explain but Liz was confused and she sat on her bed and begin to breathe difficulty, Bianca walk in she came to give her friend a new about her boyfriend but the situation she met her and her roommate doesn't allow her to say anything and she asked 

"What's wrong" but no one answered, Lisa walked away

" Liz why are you crying" Bianca asked and she sat beside her 

" Jay..... Jay...." It was hard for her to talk and she continued crying instead of her to explain to her friend

" What happened to Jay," Bianca asked 

" He cheated on me again....am just tired" Liz cried out

" With who," Bianca asked

" With my roommates" Liz explained

" Why he was so desperate...I thought he was serious with you when he knows he has a girlfriend, why was he playing with your emotions....am disappointed in him" Bianca was mad at him

" Bianca, what am I going to do, I love Jay more than my father...I don't want to lose him...am going to die" Liz cried 

"It's okay, clean your tears, your enemy is here" Bianca cleaned her tears

" My boyfriend wants me to come to a party with you, I want you to come with me so you won't be bored" Bianca explained

It was the same party Jay was invited to, Bianca sat with her friend with some guys 

" Hi" Bianca's boyfriend trying to get along with Liz 

" Am leez bi" that was his nickname 

" How are you doing, my girlfriend told me a lot about you," leez bi said 

" Yes...we are a good friend and thank you a lot for taking care of her" Liz said 

" No...she is taking care of me, not me," leez bi said jokey and Liz smile 

Light show on the m.c who was calling out for the celebrate, they celebrate came out with his girlfriend and the crowd made a sound with a clapped, after cutting the cake the musicians came out (that was Jay) when Liz saw him she was angry also sad that he didn't bother to tell her that he was coming to a party thought about her friend who his boyfriend invited her to a party, tears were about to fell on her cheeks and she takes an excuse to leave the crowd, Bianca know what was wrong with her but she kept quiet even she can see her friend being sad, after some minutes Liz came back from the washroom by then some guests stood up dancing also shouting some are even singing his song along with him after jay show ended a d.j started playing a song, leez bi took his girlfriend to the celebrate for an introduction even jay was there with Lisa when jay saw her she was shocked also scared for her not telling her friend but Bianca did like he doesn't exist

" Hi Matthew... meet my girlfriend Bianca" leez bi said 

" Oh...you are such a beautiful lady" he kissed her hand after introducing the celebrate, he Walks to Jay, as a superstar he wants to have pictures with him 

" Hi jay am one of your fans, can I have a pic with you and my girlfriend," Leez Bi said 

" Sure" Jay accepted but Bianca refused to take a pic with him

" Babe am okay you can have it with him, you know I don't like a pic moreover he is one of our students this is not my first time seeing him, if I need a picture of him I rather take it in school" she makes an excuse 

" fine babe" Leez Bi accepted and he took a picture with Jay alone, jay knew something was wrong with her after the pictures Leez Bi left with his girlfriend and Lisa walked to him

" Babe...." She said 

" Lisa I told you not to call me that....I have a girlfriend" Jay explain 

" Then that should be me," Lisa said 

" I don't have time for your nonsense maybe next time" he walked away

" What was he saying" Lisa kept asking herself and she walked after him

" Jay wait for me" she keeps calling him 

The light shines at Liz sitting alone and one of Leez bi friend walk toward her 

" Why are you sitting alone if you don't mind can I have a dance with you, well am alone," the guy said 

" No problem," Liz said and walked to the stage with him

Light shone at Jay calling Liz's contact in the washroom but the phone was not picked up, he was angry and hit the wall, at the party the waitress was packing waste cups and others and one of them saw a purse on the table she took it and take the phone that was ringing then picked it 

" Hello," the waitress said, when jay heard the voice he thought it was Liz and she scolded her for not picking up the call 

" Sir, it's not who you think, am a waitress, I saw the purse on the table and I determined to pick up the call" she explained, jay apologized for his reaction and told the waitress to tell him her location luckily it was the same party he was and he asked them to meet, the waitress directed him to where she was and he determines to see her.

Light shone outside the party, jay and the waitress met 

" Thank you so much" he appreciates

" Jay....am your big fan I don't know you are the one talking to me on the phone I will have come to give you the purse" the girl explained 

"It's okay...I also appreciate this" Jay said and he brought cash out of his wallet

" Have this...I hope it's enough for one mouth" Jay said

" I don't need your money but it will be okay if you can help me," the girl said

" Okay, what is it," Jay asked 

" I want to work in your house," the girl said 

" But am a student I don't have a house" Jay replied

" It will be okay if I work as your PA, anytime you have a location I will also be there" the girl insists 

" Okay I will let you know, let me give you my contact so you will keep informing me," Jay said as he gave the girl his business card and Walk away 

Jay entered the party and he searched for Bianca, luckily he saw her at the bar and walked to her 

" Hi Bianca," Jay said and she tried to avoid him

" You don't need to avoid me...I know she is here" Jay said 

" Then why are you here to see me, are you here to scold me for bringing her here" Bianca asked angrily

" Where is she" Jay asked

" Find her yourself" Bianca hissed and walked away, jay was angry and he walked among the dancers searching for her after roaming around she saw Liz talking to Leez bi friend at a Conner, he was jealous of seeing them together and he Walk there and pushed the guy away 

" Jay what are you doing here" Liz asked angrily

" Or I should asked why you are here with this stranger" Jay yelled at her

" Excuse me who are you" Leez bi friend asked her

" She is my girlfriend," Jay said 

" Ooo....am sorry," the guy said and walked away

" John, John" Liz called Leez bi friend by his name but he didn't wait and she was angry 

" You saw what you did" Liz raised her voice

" He is a stranger and you have to come with me," he said while holding her hand but Liz refused to follow him

" Just go and meet your girlfriend the one you came with," Liz said 

" She is not my girlfriend," Jay said 

" Keep the explanation to yourself, " Liz said and she tried to walk out but Jay held her hand and pushed her to the wall almost kissing her 

" Tell me you are jealous," Jay asked

" Am not jealous," Liz said with a soft voice 

" Then explain why you forgot your purse on the table is it because of that guy" Jay asked

He was with me because am alone" Liz explained 

" I don't want to see you with any other men...." Jay said with a soft voice and he proclivity his head to kiss her because he was taller than her, suddenly a voice appeared in their head that was calling Jay, the voice sounded familiar to Liz and she turned to see the person but her ear won't deceive her, it was her devil roommate who interrupted, she walks to them and pushed Liz away from him.

" Jay what are you doing here with her, we came together but you are mingling with my roommates" Lisa raised her voice 

" And you told me she is not your girlfriend" Liz was disappointed

" Liz trust me she is not my girlfriend" Jay explained 

" Jay what are you saying I love you," Lisa said 

" I told you countless times that I have a girlfriend" Jay yelled at her

" And you keep saying that in front of this snatcher" Lisa was disappointed 

" Excuse me, I can't stand this," Liz said and she walked away 

" Liz....Liz..." He called her but she didn't listen 

" You saw what you induce," Jay said 

" Jay you are hurting me," Lisa said 

" Lisa stop this nonsense, that lady you just saw is my girlfriend," he yelled at her and walked away, Lisa was disappointed and also speechless, she lay her back on the wall.

Liz was the only one at home and she walked to the door and opened the door to her surprise it was her boyfriend 

" What are you doing here" she asked then saw her roommate beside him

" Sorry, you are here with your girlfriend," she said and turned back to leave but Jay stopped her 

" You can't just go because you need to give me the answer," Jay said 

" Which answer," she asked 

" Where did you go after you left the party, did you go back to that stranger" Jay asked 

" Why are you inquiring about me when you are with your girlfriend " Liz replied 

" Ahh" he chuckle 

" My girlfriend" Jay recited her words

" You are asking why am at the party same goes for you, I had it from her that you are going to a party" She pointed her finger at Lisa while she was talking 

" I don't understand why you are yelling," Liz said 

" You mean am yelling after dancing with a stranger," Jay said 

" Also you going out with a stranger" She leaves the door and walks to her bed 

" You are here with your girlfriend just go after a discussion with her I don't want to shout again," she said and lay on her bed 

" You allow that stranger to touch you" Jay continued yelling at her and Lisa walked in and shut the door, jay was angry while he continued hitting the door 

Inside the room 

Lisa clapped and walked to Liz where she was sleeping

" You mean...." Lisa said and Liz raised her Duva

" What did you want" she asked 

" Now he forgets me all because of you " Lisa breakout

" Lisa I Know it's yours you can have him and stop behaving like a devil," Liz said 

" Jay loves you and he is ready to do anything for you....and it makes me feel bad, we have been dating since we met In the USA and now he has forgotten me because of you" Lisa explained 

" Can you just get out of my side" Liz raised her voice
