6 Akari Faulkner’s Coffee Shop

Koneko and I, who had fun in bed since morning, eventually got up. Despite the impulse to indulge in our desires, today's plan involves a date outside. It wouldn't be good to casually change plans.

"You're quite serious, Denji-kun."

'I like that about you too," Koneko said, blowing air into my ear. Even though I felt the urge to fuck her for another round, I resisted and got off.

Putting on clothes and tidying up quickly, I noticed something sexy about Koneko's gaze as she changed alongside me. And for some reason the way she was looking at me was way too lewd. I was glancing at Koneko too, but her gaze was mixed with desire.

I dressed in a simple outfit—a hoodie and loosely fitting chinos. This attire provided a sense of comfort, allowing relaxation. Not particularly stylish, but my natural appearance didn't demand dressing up. If I did dress up, I'd probably attract more attention of those horny women outside.

In contrast, Koneko wore an outfit with more exposure. Her short pants give a clear view of her attractive thighs. She had on a slightly flashy T-shirt and a loose belt around her waist. A necklace hung from her neck, and she adorned accessories on her hands.

Perhaps my perception of her as a modern youngster is because my mental age is significantly older than my actual age. Nonetheless, it suited Koneko incredibly well, and no matter how many times I looked, I couldn't help but think she was cute—a testament to the wonderful existence of a beautiful cat girl.

"What's up? You're staring so much."

"Oh, it's nothing."

"Really?"

Koneko wore a mischievous smile. It seemed evident to Koneko that I had been admiring her. Despite struggling with expressing emotions, it appeared Koneko could see through me, suggesting her knack for observing others.

"It's nothing, really. Anyway, shall we go soon?"

To avoid further questioning, I left the room with Koneko. After securing the door and ensuring everything was fine, we stepped outside through the front door.

It was already past noon, so naturally, the sun was high. My oversleeping and subsequent events had thrown our plans off quite a bit. Originally, we planned to have lunch, watch a movie, and then enjoy some shopping around town. It seemed necessary to make adjustments to the schedule.

"Can we watch the movie some other time?"

"Yeah, sure. As long as it's with my lover, Denji-kun."

Saying this, Koneko took my hand, intertwining our fingers as we walked. She was still as assertive as ever, and I was relieved that we managed to change plans smoothly. We decided to postpone the movie and instead have a slightly late lunch and do some shopping today.

Though it was past noon, it was Sunday. There were many people out and about. Women were particularly noticeable, while the number of men seemed relatively small, hinting at a special sentiment towards male-female interactions.

Feeling like prey being targeted by carnivores, but it was too late for that feeling. This was normal in this world. Overthinking it wouldn't do any good. The disparity in numbers between men and women was just the way it was.

We walked through the city, disregarding occasional glances directed at us while holding hands with Koneko. Our destination was set—a coffee shop I had seen good reviews of online, and I had wanted to visit for a while. As we headed there, Koneko and I engaged in small talk, mostly revolving around our childhood friends and school stories.

"So, about Sona Sitri—"

The person Koneko mentioned, Sona Sitri, was her childhood friend. I recall her last name being Sitri. I had seen a photo of her some time ago, an atmospherically beautiful girl. Perhaps she had a reserved personality, as her picture portrayed a somewhat difficult or cool demeanor. She is the third most popular girl at the Academy, behind Rias and Akeno Himejima.

Sona is very a dedicated girl to her dream of opening a Rating Game School that is open to everyone either human or non-human, and learn more from the other beings, especially at this safe-world, she's also enjoy singing, often frequenting the Occult Research Club, but much more lately. 'Sona didn't seem shy and appeared to be someone who actively pursued her goals.'

'Even though Denji hadn't met Sona-san yet, Koneko was accumulating information about her. She secretly told me that Sona-san had a cute side, being fond of cats. But was it alright? I couldn't really say anything about others, as I had also shared information about Rias with Koneko.

As we chatted while walking for a few minutes, we stepped into a shopping street, and our gaze caught sight of a particular shop.

"Hatch Potch Coffee Shop, owned by Akari Faulkner." It had a good reputation based on the reviews I saw. Not just for coffee, but desserts like cakes and meals like curry rice were popular too. According to reviews, the curry had a secret flavor, something they urged people to try at least once.

Despite the time, there was a decent queue outside the shop. It might have been a bother if I were alone, but having Koneko with me made it less of a hassle.

"By the way, did I tell you about Kuroka?"

Being with Koneko ensured that there were no awkward silences in our conversation.

"Kuroka? Talking about coffee?"

"No, no, not that. She's my older sister. She's a big eater too and knows a lot of different places. There's a bakery nearby that she highly recommends. How about we go there sometime when we get the chance?"

I haven't really visited the bakery much, but for some reason, when someone recommends it, it piques my curiosity.

"Sure, let's do that another time."

We'll visit when we have space in our stomachs on our next date. While easily deciding on plans, we continued our conversation. Amidst learning about new shops, I absorbed information about a girl I hadn't even met yet, feeling tantalized by the aroma of food wafting from various corners of the shopping street. Perhaps I should explore the street next time. These thoughts occupied our conversation while we waited.

Eventually, the line moved, and new customers queued behind us. After seeing satisfied faces of customers leaving the shop a few times, it was finally our turn.

"Thank you for waiting! Next, please!"

"Ah, yes, let's go, Denji-kun."

We were called by the staff and entered the shop. We were led to our seats and looked around the interior. Though we could see inside from the window, it had a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff, wearing the shop's apron, was a charming long black-violet hair with an endearing smile. Her genuine and soft demeanor seemed to perfectly match the ambiance of the shop, giving off the impression of being the shop's poster girl.

"When you're ready to order, please call me."

The girl placed glasses of water and menus on our table, then bowed before attending to another customer. She seemed busy, yet managed her tasks efficiently, handling a workload that didn't seem fitting for just one person. She appeared well-practiced. Was she indeed the poster girl for this shop?

"What are you looking at, Denji-kun?"

"Whoa!"

Suddenly, a voice sounded right next to me, and I shifted my gaze back from where I was watching. There was Koneko, leaning over the table, her face just inches away, giving me a sharp gaze. It was evident I had been observing the staff girl.

"Just thought she seemed nice."

'Not just Sona-san, Koneko's childhood friend, but there seemed to be too many beautiful girls I might be interested in. How should one approach getting into a relationship with any of them? Perhaps working here part-time, getting to know them, and enjoying meals together might be an idea worth considering. I felt a spark of anticipation thinking about it.

"Denji-kun is such a dick, isn't he?"

Koneko said with a hint of amazement but also a hint of delight. She sat back in her chair, smiling seductively at me. There seemed to be some mischief brewing in her expression.

"What's up?"

"If you're that hungry for girls, how about I introduce you to Kuroka next time? Kuroka's appetite versus Denji's sexual desire. I'm personally curious who would win. Plus, Kuroka said she wants to her virginity with a cute boy."

What do you think? Narrowing her eyes. Those eyes are the eyes that are full of eagerness to have fun together. It was the face of a female reveling in the pleasure of sharing a delicious feast with others, especially this time it was her dear loving sister. Given Koneko's social nature, if I consented, she'd quickly arrange everything.

"I'll give you an answer next time." Says Denji, but the answer is already known.

"Sure thing. When it happens, we'll both milk you to the fullest, alright?"

Koneko teased, sticking out her tongue and licking her lips. Her seductive gesture almost made me feel more desire than hunger, so I hurriedly grabbed the menu, trying to avert my eyes from the cravings and focus on the list instead.
