A-Grade Dungeon (Part 2)

Azaroth whistled as he shrugged his shoulders, giving a smile as he quickly sliced through the first tiger.

The Monster Slayer made killing monsters easier but not only that, It also added a considerable amount of buff to his own stats.

That's why whenever Azaroth was with the monster slayer, he was able to weave through the monsters with impressive efficiency.

"It's almost like I'm an assassin type," Azaroth said and steadied his hold on the dagger, letting energy flow into his veins as his eyes landed on the remaining tigers that were circling him.

His gaze went back to the Helltiger that was unable to move, and as he expected, the delayed strike was initiated- this time crimson flames bursting to life and roasting the Helltiger entirely.

The gazes of the other tigers stiffened as they dedicated all their energy to killing Azaroth but if that was such a simple feat- He would have been dead long ago if it was that easy to kill him.

Azaroth propelled himself forward, moving at a speed the tigers couldn't comprehend and he slashed their heads off easily, exhibiting raw speed and aggression.

"Would have played around more but it seems more guests are here," Azaroth said and began advancing forward, as he entered the next room, he was met with Golems and a special kind of monster, similar to an oversized cat.

'GOLEM'

'TERRORZA'

Yet Azaroth's gaze was unwavering as he gripped his weapon, holding the hilt to his satisfaction and bringing it up to his face.

"Let's go," Azaroth said as he moved forward, there were about 5 Golem and 5 Terrorza which made ten monsters in total- but Azaroth was anything but afraid… Even amidst being outnumbered, he couldn't help but crack a smile.

Azaroth flipped his Dagger to his right hand and a golden spark of lightning covered it's figure, Azaroth's eyes went to the Golems- but the Terrorza should not be underestimated as well.

Ultimately he decided to utilize 70% of his speed to slay the Golems and then deal with Terrorza- he had encountered them in B grade dungeons before, their eerie screams that seemed to increase his fatigue was a special trait he was afraid of

And as he concentrated on releasing 70%, Azaroth's body sped up vanishing from sight- the monsters were caught off guard by Azaroth's movements but they didn't have time to waste as Azaroth appeared in front of the closest Golem, his monster slayer tearing through each layer of rock easily-

The Golem was swiftly split in half but Azaroth wasn't done, his eyes letting off a soft hue as golden bolts of lightning surrounded the Golem…

Azaroth's eyes went for the next Golem and his body moved forward, responding to Azaroth's thoughts. He sliced through the air and cut off the Golem's rocky hand quite easily.

'Like a knife through butter,' Azaroth thought.

The Monster Slayer might have broken a long time ago but every day Azaroth had enhanced the steel that crafted it with Haki, so much that it actually increased the Dagger by a grade.

Azaroth quickly stabbed the chest of the Golem and golden sparks of lightning travelled into the body of the Golem.

It started heating up and steam billowed around the oppressing figure of the Golem. Only for the Golem to fall backward and begin melting away… it was rock after all.

Azaroth had implemented a rather powerful use of the BOT (Bolts of Truth), utilizing the Monster Slayer as a transmitter- he was able to channel the energy into the Golem. The heat within the attack wasn't enough to actually destroy the Golem from the inside because that wasn't Azaroth's goal.

His goal was simply to learn the melting point of Golem which was quite high, it would have been harder if he pushed flames into Golem's body though.

Another Golem brought it's hand forward and punched Azaroth but the fist never made contact- Azaroth was on top of the fist of the Golem and his eyes were flickering in an ominous manner as he stabbed into the head of the Golem, brilliant bolts of lightning were instantly channeled into the Golem's head and it fell over, it's body covered by billowing steam.

Like the first Golem, this one was also melting and Azaroth couldn't help but smile on seeing a notification.

[You have Leveled up!]

Azaroth was addicted… to that feeling of strength renewing and pulsating through his veins with each level up, Azaroth was barely at the peak yet he had gotten so strong.

'I feel… alive,' Azaroth thought as his eyes went to the other two Golems, life seemed to stop as Azaroth pushed forward once again- his body moving through the air slowly.

He was in a world of his own, everything seemed to move slowly- including himself but Azaroth couldn't stop seeing the glowing lights which were at their chests,.. those were his targets.

And then he vanished as the world regained it's color and time… Azaroth appeared behind the Golems, he clicked his tongue a little as he brandished his Dagger.

Almost instantly, the Golems collapsed onto the ground- their pale figures exuding an inhumane steam but his eyes were fixated on the Terrorza, they had spread out in the battlefield in an attempt to corner him but little did they know that it was impossible…

Terrifying roars escaped from their lips as the ground beneath Azaroth crumbled, but Azaroth stood undeterred, his fingers twirling his dagger as he let the shockwaves hit him.

They dealt no physical damage but they did damage to one's mentality as they rose fatigue- Azaroth quickly bent backward and pushed off the ground, toward the closest Terrorza, he was a blur of movement- The Terrorza could not keep up with him as it was quickly impaled by the force of the blade, right on it's head but Azaroth wasnt done yet.

His finger tips let loose golden sparks of lightning as they touched the fur and turned to flames, black thick smoke filling the air as Azaroth slashed the Terrorza once again- causing it to slump over lifelessly as the others paused their movements.

"Is that all?" Azaroth questioned, his tone sounding taunting.
