19 Chapter 18

It as been exactly one week since I was accepted as her disciple.

During this brief period I gained a new insight in the art of torture. I was treated like a ragdoll.

Anyway during this period I was made to train without the use of my [SEVEN DEADLY SINS], so that I can hone my skills, and learn to fight with a technique to improve my movements.

She agreed to be a part of my peerage if I manage to kill her, and free her from the contract that she is bound with.

In the process, I was made to choose a weapon and with trial and testing I chose a spear.

And now my last day of stay was here, since the vacation was about to end and the Holy Sword saga was about to begin.

In a large training ground stood me and Scathach, both of us wielding our weapon.

"Disciple, I allow you to use all of your tricks, to fight this Scathach and keep your end of the promise to free your master from her prison.

This fight will determine whether this Scathach will join your peerage, so I advise you not to hold back. "

After which she gave the signal and launched at me will her full strength from the beginning, fighting with the intention to cause me as much pain as possible to either make me give up or pass out from pain.

I responded to this attack with activating Sin of Sloth and becoming immune to her attacks.

She didn't expect this because I didn't use it before. And that small window of surprise was all I needed and I stole her skills with the Sin of Envy, and then parties her attacks from then on.

Sorry master, but I hate hard work, but why would I do it if I can copy your skills.

The only reason I spent a week to train was to get close to her and increase my chance to recruit her.

Think this, I lunged her with the spear, which she responded with side stepping.

Time to take things up a notch,, and I activated Sin of Pride which erected a barrier around us.

And seeing the familiar barrier she realized she has to take me down fast, and blitzed at me.

Which I responded with a full counter navigated by her skills.

It was reflected with full force which she quickly tried to dodge but it still dealt quite a lot of damage.

It resulted in formation of a storm cloud around us, from which she came and tried to behead me which I sensed a little too late, and was forced to sacrifice my lift arm for it.

This attack was too fast for me to counter.

After reeling back from pain I was slashed by her, over and over due to difference I physical prowness which was slowly closing due to Sin of Pride.

After, a while of beating I was in tatters and even Scathach looked a little out of breath.

But since I had my powers supporting me I recovered better than before and I struck at her which now causes her to crash over a distance.

Upon standing up she looked at me and said,

"This Scathach will admit that you truly have a formidable power, and as long as you don't pass out from pain, no one can best you in a direct fight. "

Hearing which I maintained an impassive face, but gloated on the inside. Then I attacked her with the butt of the spear, which she parties and then kicked her in stomach and then followed it with another kick.

Now Scathach was on her last leg, but refused to give up.

Determination to go down fighting still burning in her eyes.

Which I gave respect with attacking her with all the strength I could presently muster.

This resulted her body to be slashed in two halves.

Seeing that it was over, my barrier dispelled and my strength reset to the original while I retained the skills.

Then I walked over to her body and then leaned over and bought the two halves together and casted a boosted healing spell with [TWILIGHT HEALING] at her which caused her body to reattach while she remained dead still.

Then I summoned my [EVIL PIECES] and upon looking at the set in the box, from which I saw 3 pawns and 1 king missing.

I picked up the queen piece and placed it over her body, which then shone with a dazzling golden light and floated up in the air.

After a while the light faded away and it was replaced with the body of Scathach, who looked over and then understood what had happened.

Seeing this I went near her and said,

"Congratulations on being freed from your duties master.

And I welcome you in my peerage as my queen. "

"Ara~

If you say things like this in front of the rest of the girls they will misunderstand your intentions~ "

"No they won't, because my intentions are clear. "

"So, me in your peerage wasn't enough and now you are planning to have me as your partner as well. "
