1 Prolouge

Rain poured down on the city as broken buildings loomed over the world. The light pitter patter of each drop soothed Issei's ears. His mind was disturbed as he for once found himself in Rias's shoes, holding her dead in his arms. She looked up into his eyes with love in hers, an obsessive kind. There was once a time where he was repulsed by the sight of her, yet now he strokes her face as he holds her close to his chest. Rias can feel Issei's beating heart as her's starts to weaken. "Issei my darling, just run". Issei looks around to find the city empty as more rain showered onto the concrete street. "I don't wanna leave you, not again." Rias sheds a tear as she grabs his collar and pulls him closer to her lips. "You think I want you to?" She asks rather aggressively. "I want you alive!" The sudden stomp of a giant gets closer and closer as one looms over the two. Issei looks at it aggressively as he feels the soft touch of Rias's lips against his neck. Her body grows cold as her eyes remained only half open. She doesn't let go of Issei's neck as her pulse grows cold. Issei then hears the roaring laughter of a man flying above him and the giant. "Should of just let her remain as Riser's slave. Oh what an act of Mercy." The laughter grows colder and colder as Issei felt his eyes water. His eyes rage a horrible red as he looks up into the sky to see Satan himself laughing with delight. The memories of mockery fill his mind as he relived his entire life. Issei then raises his arm as his forehead conected with Rias's. "I'm so glad Issei, you finally know how much I love you."

"All I wanted was a respectable reputation. To get away from what people perceived me as." Issei spoke. "To never hear the name Grabbin Dragon associated with me, yet instead I only shoved the people who loved me away." Issei looks down at Rias's face to find her smile gone. She rarely would go ten minutes looking at him without sneaking in a little grin. Her face was stone cold and dead, and this was real. "RIAS! RIAS!" Issei screamed as the devil roared with delight. Issei then looks up as he cradles Rias in his arms with his gauntlet out. "I'll never stop trying! Even if I have to do this forever!" The prince of darkness looked down to see Issei gritting his teeth as he prepared to snap his fingers. The giant reaches it's arm to grab Issei, but before it's hand can close Issei smiles with delight as his fingers click against each other. Satan loses all pleasure as a loud roar begins to emit from the red iron glove. Suddenly a shock wave of color decimates everything before a white light blinds all that can see.

"What a dream that was" Issei said as he woke up from his bead. "Yet I can't remember anything, crap." Issei then began to walk out of his room as he smelled the fresh scent of breakfast waiting for him.
