166 Chapter 166: Another Blonde Ponce

In the next day, what was expected to happen, happened. Rias Gremory had all of her peerage gathered in their club's room to talk about the situation that she was in. In the room, together with Rias and her peerage members was an extra guest, a beautiful maid with ice-blue/silvery hair and a frosty complex. It was Grayfia Lucifuge and she was there in her capacity as the chief maid of the Gremory family and, for now, just as an observer. Conversations started quickly with Rias announcing without much winding that she had told Issei about her situation with the arranged marriage and he had convinced her to bring the situation to a meeting with everyone to discuss possibilities and solutions. The sudden change in heart of her King caught the old members of the peerage by surprise, but they were happy with it and secretly thankful to Issei for convincing the stubborn girl to talk.

The trading of ideas started with everyone going over the problem and the possible solutions for it. Valerie nonchalantly suggested murdering the fiancee citing that there would be no marriage if there was no groom, just to be remembered by Rias that the guy was a member of house Phenex, meaning that the guy was basically unkillable with his high-speed fire-based healing factor.

As the conversation started to go into a fruitful venue, they were rudely interrupted by the appearance of an orange magic circle at one side of the club room. It was a transportation magic circle. A few seconds later, a slim and tall blonde guy wearing a red suit without a necktie and with the top buttons of his shirt open appeared in the room in the middle of motes of orange light.

*sigh*

The first thing that the blond guy did was let out a tired sigh.

"It had been a while since I came to the human world."

The blonde guy said and turned to look at Rias.

"I came for you, Rias, my love."

The blonde guy said with a condescending tone in his voice. From the first moment that the magic circle appeared, Rias Gremory was already standing from her seat and had a serious look on her face that changed to a disgusted one when she heard the man's words. Issei Hyoudou, always being the one to take the precipitated decisions, jumped in front of her King and took a defensive position.

"Who are you to just appear inside our club room?"

Issei asked in a loud voice and without a hint of fear in it. The answer didn't come from the man but from Grayfia Lucifuge.

"He is Rizer Phenex. A pureblood Devil from the Phenex family and the third son of the current Lord."

Grayfia said in a voice that everyone could hear.

"Phenex family?"

Issei repeated the information with his eyes widening a little as he made some conclusions.

"Exactly. He is also the fiance of the heiress of the Gremory family. Meaning that he is Rias' fiancee."

Grayfia finished saying, making the eyes of every member of Rias' peerage go wide with the sudden information and visit.

After the pleasantries were done, Rizer Phenex was invited to seat on one of the sofas while Akeno started to prepare some tea and the other members of Rias' peerage stood to the side standing. Akeno then served the tea and Rizer took a sip from it.

"Ahhh. Rias' Queen's tea is delicious."

Rizer Phenex said in a haughty tone. Akeno gave him a robotic smile and a small bow.

"Thank you for the compliment."

Akeno said, thanking the blonde guy. She then walked back to her tea cart but she could feel Rizer's lecherous eyes on her body. The guy not even had the job of hiding his lecherous look. Proof of it was that everyone could see it. And that disgusted Akeno to the extreme, reaching a point where everyone in the room started to smell ozone in the air. Akeno's holy-lightning heritage was crawling under her skin, imploring her to be released and deliver divine punishment. Feeling the quick change in the mood of her Queen and the snaking hand coming in her direction, Rias stood up from her seat abruptly.

"Enough, Rizer. What are you doing here?"

Rias asked while walking a few steps away to keep some distance from the blond guy and look him in the face.

"Is that how you treat your future husband, Rias? I am here to see you and bring you back for the marriage, of course."

Rizer Phenex asked in a mock hurt tone and then explained the intention behind his visit.

"Marriage? I already told you, Rizer, I am not going to marry you. And even so, that was not what was agreed upon."

Rias asked and then reinforced her position of not marrying.

"But Rias, your family is not in a position that it could choose, is it? It is being pressured by all sides. You are not in a position to be selfish or you are going to disgrace your family."

Rizer Phenex replied to the redhead girl in a tone that one would use when talking to a stubborn child while trying to play the 'family honor' card against Rias.

"I will not disgrace my family, Rizer. But I WILL marry only a person of my choosing. I already made that information very clear a lot of times."

Rias said to Rizer Phenex while using a tone that indicated that she would not be made to change her mind about that.

"The entire Devil world is trying to preserve the pureblood Devil lines after the last war transformed them into something rare. Our fathers arranged this marriage for the greater good of our race, Rias."

Rizer Phenex said again in a very 'Dumbledore' manner, insinuating that their marriage would be the thing that would save the Devil Race from extinction.

"My father is rushing this in the wrong way. I already told you, Rizer: I will not marry you."

Rias replied to the blonde guy, ignoring all of his arguments, while again using the tone of someone that would not have his mind changed. As she finished speaking, she was surprised by Rizer Phenex's fast movement. In an instant, the blonde guy stood up from his place on the sofa and approached Rias, putting a hand on her chin. Holding it up, he raised her chin until Rias was looking him in the eyes.

"You know Rias, it is cute that you think that you have a choice in this matter, but I am the face of the Phenex family, and I will not let you stain my honor."

Rizer Phenex said in a very serious manner while looking Rias in the eyes.

"I will bring you back to the underworld, even if it means that I will have to burn all your servants to ashes first."

Rizer Phenex said, threatening Rias at the same time that he released some of his demonic power. As an answer, Rias immediately released her own demonic power just as her peerage took batling positions, but, before things could escalate more, a voice interrupted them.

"That's enough."

Grayfia Lucifuge said in a calm voice that would take no-nonsense, making both pureblood Devils retreat their auras and look at her.

"Heiress Gremory, Mr. Phenex, I am here at orders from Lord Lucifer and will not stay still while the both of you fight."

Grayfia Lucifuge said, again in her no-nonsense tone. Rizer Phenex then let go of Rias' chin and raised his arms in a surrender position while turning to face Grayfia Lucifuge completely.

"When it is the strongest Queen of the Underworld speaking, even I get scared."

Rizer Phenex said smoothly in a tone that had some mockery hidden in it.

"Lord Lucifer predicted that something like this could happen, and so I was tasked to use the last resource if no agreement was reached."

Grayfia Lucifuge said, explaining in a smooth voice.

"Last resource? What do you mean, Grayfia?"

Rias asked as Grayfia was explaining.

"Yes. Last resource. If you insist on not marrying Mr. Phenex, you are invited to solve the problem with him with a rating game."

Grayfia said, making the eyes of everyone in the room, aside from Rizer's, go wide. Rating Games were a competition between Kings where they would fight while using their peerages. It was something very popular in the Underworld as a sport and as a way to solve problems between High-Class Devils. Since Rias Gremory's dream was to become the Rating Games champion, all of her peerage members knew what Grayfia's words meant. The marriage situation would be solved by the result of a rating game between Rias Gremory and Rizer Phenex. The blonde Guy then turned and looked at Rias like he was her superior.

"I already played the game a lot of times and won it a lot of times too. While you are not even an officially qualified player yet, Rias, and have no experience in it whatsoever."

Rizer Phenex said in his 'better than you' tone, making Rias grit her teeth at that. But the guy was not done yet.

"Rias, just to be sure, but this is your entire peerage, right?"

Rizer asked while looking at the small group of five reincarnated Devils with some disgust present in his eyes.

"And what if they are?"

Rias asked back. Rizer then let out a condescending chuckle/laugh.

*Hehehe*

And snapped his fingers.

*snap*

At the snap sound, another orange magic circle appeared on the other side of the room. Seconds later, fifteen young women of varying looks appeared in the middle of motes of orange light.

"I have fifteen!"

Rizer Phenex said and walked to the front of the group. He then grandly opened his arms.

"Meaning that I have a complete set of pieces!"

Rizer announced again grandly. Seeing the fifteen beauties that were part o Rizer Phenex's peerage, Issei could not resist himself and started to cry due to the strong emotion. Here, in front of him, was another man that had realized his dream. Rizer Phenex noticed Issei's cry.

"Oe, Rias. That peerage member of yours is crying while looking at me."

Rizer Phenex said in a haughty tone, thinking that the boy was crying because he was scared of the future fight. Rias let out a sigh at that. She, of course, knew of her paw's dream, after all, she thought that it had been the information that harems were common in Devil's society that convinced the boy to accept the invitation to join her peerage.

*sigh*

"It is because he has the dream of having his own harem too."

Rias replied to Rizer Phenex, who now had a look of understanding on his face, which was soon replaced by an evil smirk.

"I see. Yubelluna!"

Rizer said and ordered. From behind him, a bombshell of a woman stepped out of formation.

"Yes, Master Rizer."

Yubelluna said and walked to where Rizer was while demonstrating all the s*xyness that she had in her curvaceous body. When she arrived in front of the blonde man, he raised her hand and, just like he had done with Rias, took her chin with it. He then raised it and, without any warning, pulled the woman for a deep kiss. Yubelluna's answer to it was just to raise her arms and wrap them around Rizer Phenex's neck. All over the room, the Devils had different reactions. Rizer Phenex's peerage showed no reaction whatsoever as if for them that was a normal thing that happened every day. Rias Gremory had some rage in her eyes, while her peerage showed some signs of rage too. The man was there, in front of her supposed fiancee, making out with another woman just to spite a companion of theirs. Grayfia Lucifuge showed no reaction to it too. At least not externally. Internally, she was seething with rage. What Rizer was doing was a disrespect to the Gremory family, the same family that she was part of and was the chief maid. Just as people thought that things could not get worse, Rizer Phenex stopped the kiss and went behind Yubelluna. Grabbing the woman by one of her huge tits, he turned her to face the place where Rias' peerage members were standing.

"Ahnn~"

He then raised his right hand and, with his pink finger, initiated the action of taking wax out of his right ear.

"Is that it?"

Issei asked Rizer Phenex while Yubelluna's moans continued to fill the room. The blonde man looked at Issei's reaction and frowned. That was not what he was expecting.

"Because if it is, let me tell you this: I already did something very similar to that and I can surely tell that you have a very poor breast fondling technique."

Issei said in a deadpan voice that hinted at his disappointment in Rizer Phenex.
