This Qing Chu was sipping down, his tea, while looking at the jade hairpin, "Hmm, I don't understand why I was given such a thing."

"Your majesty, Empress Dowager is here." A servant reported.

This Qing Chu closed the box, hiding under the pillow, before standing up, "Your Son greets Imperial mother."

Empress Dowager sat down, "Imperial mother is worried, you haven't been bothered to visit the harem, and when you do—you have no luck upon having children."

"Imperial mother doesn't have to worry." This Qing Chu explained, "In the future, this family shall flourish."

"This Imperial mother heard you went to the interesting shop and gained a valuable gift. This Imperial mother wants it given to Us." Empress Dowager remarked.

"Truthfully speaking." Su Chen spoke, "That hairpin can't be given to women, let alone a woman like yourself. Also, don't worry, she can't even see me."

"Why can't it be given to her?" This Qing Chu inquired.

"Ah, she's a human who killed her sister in two of her past lives, Tch, if she ever knew what that jade pin can do, do you think you would exist as well?" Su Chen explained, "Better if she's given this instead, would save everything in full turn."

Su Chen pulled out a red shiny coral pendant, "This is much more apportioning to this matter."

Su Chen chuckled.

This Qing Chu handed Empress Dowager the red shiny coral pendant, never expecting to see utter shocking fear upon the face—fainting at that very moment.

"Revenge is best served cold, sweet, and with a little bit of Oreo New York-style cheesecake." Su Chen remarked, "This is utterly yummy though."

An Imperial physician was summoned, "Your majesty, Empress Dowager seems to be in a state of utter shock, I don't dare suspect how long she might be in such a state."

"This Emperor understands." This Qing Chu remarked, "You can leave then."

An Imperial physician left, Su Chen became visible, "It allows the victim to exist in a hell loop, an eternal loop of living out their worse memories until they finally realize they're in a dream."

"How cruel indeed." This Qing Chu remarked, "I suspected your hanging around the other version of myself when I'm far too busy to keep you entertained?"

"It's actually an interesting place." Su Chen explained, "I think you would like it there."

"How interesting indeed." This Qing Chu replied.
