Chapter 7
Stacy stood outside Mrs. Wong’s house and pressed the doorbell.
Mrs. Wong, who was expecting her, opened the door, with a wide grin on her face. Stacy thought that perhaps she had some good news for her, looking at the telling grin.
They sat down at the kitchen table to have their chat. Mrs. Wong offered Stacy a cold drink.
Getting to the crux of the matter, Mrs. Wong enquired, “Did you experience the flashback when you got home this morning? I must add that the blackouts can be very dangerous for you.”
“Yes Mrs. Wong,” answered Stacy, I was about to go to the library when I had a terrible headache, after which the flashbacks returned, and then everything went black. I was in a semi-conscious state for a while, until totally exhausted and fell asleep right after.”
