Seeing HER

I don't say anything to Ms. Aiko who was sitting beside Shimizu and crying while asking me why did I kill him.

I nod towards Hajime. He understands my gesture and follows behind me with his group. I walk towards the town and grab Will, the guy who we were supposed to find. I push him towards Hajime who asks Will to get in his car.

I ride my bike and wait for Hajime's group to ready up. I use this time and take out my Status Plate.

I look behind me and see Hajime talking with his old classmates. After they were done, Hajime got into his vehicle and we started our journey back to Führen.

After that I shifted my attention back to the road.

All of us were sitting down inside one of the rooms of the Führen Adventurers Guild. The opened and Ilwa walked in hurriedly and grabbed Will.

"Will, are you safe?!", Ilwa asks Will, to which Will apologises for being stubborn and for not listening to him. After Ilwa sends Will to meet his parents he sits on the sofa infront of us.

"Thank you for bringing him back to us. To be honest, I had almost given up at one point. Though luck might play a part in this, I guess most of it has been done by the 'Goddess's Sword', who had killed more than 30,000 monsters."

"We didn't do anything, we just created the wall. The one killed all of the monsters was Welt over here."(Hajime)

"Everyone thinks you did it 'cause you had created that big ass wall and they couldn't see what had happened. Anyway, so I hope that the quest is completed?"(Welt)

"Yes. You are going to be upgraded to Gold Rank and Hajime, I will upgrade you to Silver Rank instead of Gold."(Ilwa) I hand Ilwa my Status Plate and he puts in a small machine. He presses a button on the top of the machine and then takes out my Status Plate. He hands it over to me and I see as a Gold Colour stripe has been placed on the back of the Plate.

"Can't you make me into a Gold Rank too?"(Hajime)

"I can make Welt a Gold Rank because of his Status as one of the summoned."(Ilwa)

"Oh..."(Hajime)

I get up from my seat and wave towards Hajime while saying, "So this is goodbye for now. I think we will meet soon again anyway. And hey Ilwa, I will be going to complete a dungeon. Might take me two weeks. See ya~"

After Welt exited the room, everyone let out a heavy sigh.

"What do you think? Can you defeat him?"Ilwa asked with a wry smile. He was curious about what Hajime would say about Welt's strength.

"I don't think so. He is extremely powerful and also he seems to be discovering new skills everyday. And also did you notice it?"(Hajime)

"Are you talking about the presence he is emitting?"(Shia)

"Yes, after he killed Shimizu, he seems to be emitting a deadly aura all this time. And I don't think he has noticed it himself. Also, he grew a lot stronger after he killed Shimizu, as if something was unlocked from within him. The source of the power was so strong that I activated my prosthetic eye on instinct. And I saw that all his power was coming from somewhere around his chest."(Hajime)

"From his chest?"(Yue)

"Yes, something is giving him power all the time. And he also seems to grow even stronger from the death of others near him."(Hajime)

After exiting the Guild building. I head towards the nearest inn to stay the night in. I don't feel like going on another journey right after I have arrived from one.

I enter the nearest inn and ask for a room.

They give me the key and I enter my room. I open the windows and see the outside. I don't know how considering the technology level of this world, but they have quite tall skyscrapers over here.

Hey Sirin, why can't I create the God Keys of Void and Reason?

'You have the God Key of Haste and Serenity to help you control the powers. When the Gems will upgrade to actual Cores, you wouldn't need the Keys anymore.'

Oh? That's interesting. So, I can replicate all the uses of the respective God Key with my Core? Then why don't I have the Void Archives with my first God Key?

'You have it, just not developed enough. Where do you think the information about the mechs and the bikes that you created comes from?'

So, can I create a God Key that can be used for every single power of mine?

Hey Sirin, till now I've been trying to make a God Key based on the Gems that I have. Can I do the opposite?

If I use the Mimicry ability from the Core of Reason to temporarily create the God Key Star of Eden. Then I copy the way the God Key works and try to create a new Hercherr Core.

'That is impossible! Even the Welt Yang was not able to do that. And he possessed both the Core of Reason and Star of Eden!'

Why cannot be better than him? Who knows maybe I will be successful?

'No! He was the Herscherr of Reason, and he himself wasn't able to do it!'

Then I don't anything better to do right now anyway. And I should atleast give it a try. Who knows it might just happen.

I get out of my room and go down to my Bike. I drive myself a few kilometres away from the city and stop in a completely empty patch of land. I store my Bike inside the Ring and then store my Ring inside the small pocket dimension I created to store my Status Plate.

I take in a deep breath and then close my eyes. I then access the memories of Welt Yang and search fir everything he knew about the Star of Eden. And he knew a LOT, which is natural considering it was his own God Key. I circulate the Honkai energy through my hands and then initiate the Core of Reason. Thousands of blue strings come out of my hands, they start moving in different directions and slowly forms the shape of a hand-sized orb. Cubes of colours fill up the insides of the sphere. The end result was a red and pink coloured orb. This is the replica of the God Key Star of Eden, though weaker than the original it has the exact same abilities and structure of the actual God Key. I can only keep this copy for about only two minutes.

Now comes the hard part. I memorise every single detail of the God Key. Molecule to molecule and atom to atom, I see everything that this God Key is made up of. But this was just the container of the actual stuff. Now I am about to examine what makes the God Key the... God Key.

In the middle of the orb I "see" an extremely small crystal. And in the middle of the crystal is a small sphere.

No, that's not just a sphere. It's a small Black Hole. A singularity.

I see the circulation of Energy in the Black Hole and realised that the energy is coming from somewhere else.

I observe the source for a few moments and suddenly see a thin thread of energy. I try to "touch" the energy and the next moment I in a completely white space. I see my body has turned transparent and gas-like.

I look forward and see a white throne on which a white female figure sitting down on.

'My God.' I hear Sirin say in my mind.

"My... Goddess..." I don't know why but the words unconsciously came out of my mouth. I don't know why but I feel an extreme amount of fear and reverence from myself towards HER. I feel that SHE is my everything and the only reason I exist is to serve HER.

I see a smile on HER face before SHE starts speaking,

Slowly after the pain goes away, I open my eyes and see that SHE was about to place her hand on my forehead. But suddenly, someone grabs her hand. I look towards the one who did it and saw a man wearing a white business suit with a creepy smiley mask. He speaks to HER in both a jovial and threatening manner, "Only give him what he needs. Don't make him a slave to you."

SHE has a scared expression on her face but quickly composed herself. The man then grips HER hand even harder before answering, "He is a mortal chosen by me. And my people are slave to no one. Understood? Or do I need to show what happens when you anger me?"

SHE thinks about what he said for a little while before SHE placed her hand on my forehead. Immediately, I feel something forming inside me, but not inside me in the same time. It is forming somewhere parallel to me. The moment the process ended, I was again back in my own body with the Star of Eden in my hand.

The moment I returned to my body, the two minute time limit for the God Key ended but the Star of Eden was still there. I examined the Star of Eden again and realised that the Star does not have a Core inside it anymore. But I feel a new presence in my body. I manipulate that presence which causes a black and red aura to come out of my body. The aura gets absorbed by the Star of Eden and the orb starts glowing.

I will for the orb to dematerialise and it does. I will for it to appear and it does.

Hey, didn't I tell you that it was possible?

'You got the help of our God.'
