The thing is they all thought it was over once his body was tossed but little did they know a demon would be born from their actions of greed and power. He was reborn as Ray Ryjin and what would transpire from his past to now would be quite the journey. Ray’s end could be his beginning- or something bigger? ‘I knew I was dead, at least in that life but no one had really come back to tell people what was far beyond death in the Split World. Back together

Ray even though he wasn't present in the room, had listened until he heard his father's footsteps enclosing towards the door. With effortless concentration Ray focused his magi through his body to disintegrate his pigmentation. This allowed Ray to lean on the wall just next to the door invisible as his father walked out unknown to his presence.

Over the 8 years, Ray had grown accustomed to his new power that he had absorbed from the demonic dragon. But it wasn't always as like that.

"MY BABY!" Screamed Martha as she collapsed next to her youngest in panic her tears that would create rivers if not stopped, poured. She scooped up Ray with shaking hands as his blood stained her dress while she rocked back and forth trying to heal her boy.

The king, Ray's father watched on with a grim expression. 'It was never going to be easy, no matter which child had bore the stigma of the demonic dragon.' He thought with a tight facade. But this had been passed his expectations on what would happen after.

"HIS WOUNDS AREN'T HEALING DRILON" came his wife's sorrowful shouts as Ray's father then bolted towards them, his facade now long broken as he too attempted to heal his youngest. As both poured their magi into Ray, they could feel the power of the demonic dragons stigma distorting their sight on their sons foundation and condition he was in.

Both parents simply poured in all the magi they had, as Ray was pretty much dead in his mother's warm embrace.

Ray on the other hand was experiencing something he'd seen briefly after his death, the tunnel with many orbs and lights. But he remained suspended in between and didn't move as two magi strings seemed to pull him back slowly. He knew what this was, they were his parents desperate pleases to keep their son alive.

= Later that day =

Ray had not woken and his mother denied to leave her babies side, as Ray looked peaceful in a magi encasement of both his mother and father's strongest 'solidifying' spell to help strengthen Ray as much as possible.

Ray's father sighed as he watched his wife sing a lullaby of the winds, an old song sung to the weak, poor and ill. There wasn't anything anyone could do but wait for Ray to wake up. Ray's father had sent all their children away if they hadn't left already on their own accords. He didn't wish for them to know about Ray's condition as he made sure the room Ray stayed in was fortified with an illusion spell of the highest level that no one would be able to find it.

His cover up was that his wife had taken Ray for a long journey to the kingdom of Saliuna to negotiate trade on his behalf as he was busy working with otherworldly's.

= Present =

'My father hid the secret well of my stigma, even went as far as giving me a gauze scarf for my 3rd birthday while I was still unconscious'. Ray walked down the corridors of the castle wearing that exact scarf around his neck. He'd forgotten it earlier this morning and his father had asked him to wear it until everyone had returned for him to discuss what really happened.

But Ray knew what happened, that, and other things- his eyes glowed an intense red as he thought of the man in modern clothing of his time.

'It wasn't just my stigma he was hiding, it seems that my father unknown to mother has left out some key points of what he's really wanting to achieve with inter- dimensional trading' gritted his teeth and clenching his fists, Ray couldn't stop seeing red. If what he was thinking was true, could he have been reborn in the Split World himself?

The next day was uneventful as Ray had stollen/borrowed a trading list of magi crystal orders within the last 5 years of trading.

The dates that aligned were not that relevant except one which was done during his bedridden period.

'Father you dirty dog.' Ray spitefully thought as his anger had him burn the list within his right hand. 'All secrets are going to come out tonight of this kingdom and what exactly was up with the inter dimensional trade.

= That evening =

That evening all of them were present, it seemed news had traveled fast from the twins as Sythornand Sythen sat equally with their arms crossed. As Rose, Macey, Lance, Ash, Viola and surprisingly Xion sat across from Ray and the twins. Father and mother however sat on either end of the large dining table, no one had touched their food except Ray who's knife and fork clattered echoing around everyone. 'Funny how louder something sounds when no one else is joining' Ray sweat dropped in thought as his Father sighed.

Now that Ray had a closer look at his older siblings. Rose was more beautiful then ever, her red curls now extended down to her back as she had her mother's green emerald eyes with the tint of red. Macey next to her had similar features yet Maze's hair was a copper brown almost with red strands here and there, her eyes too resembled their mother. Viola was next, she had peeked over in the neighbouring kingdom. Much like their mother now, she had that air of 'kingdom will come first' but knowing her, she'd still take care of her loved ones. Her hair was the closest to Ray's with a tint of brown to a shade of white although Viola's was a shade to a very light red. Viola's eyes were a very deep brown that the tint of red could barely be seen.

Next to Viola was the 4th oldest Lance, who had peaked nicely body wise, you could see the hard training that the academy drilled into him. Same with Ash but he was more on the slimmer, rather than bulk side, both of them sported just grey hair almost with red tips at the bottom. Their eyes like father's a brown with a red tint.

Xion was still as quiet as ever however he now had facial hair! That baby face he had in the past was no where now. His eyes were a mix between father and mother, as one eye was brown and the other was emerald, they both however had the red tint. His hair was quite long too compared to the past when it was just cut short. He had it tied up in a small pony tail, that sliver-ish red almost (Red hair with sliver/grey strips). His body was bulked out a bit, but nothing like Lance or Ash's.

Then of course you had the twins, both of them were broad and muscle defined enough. Their just brown hair with one strip of red at the front had many think they were majestic. Their eyes too took after their mother as Ray took another bite of some herbed steak.

'Tonight is going to be one hell of a night' Ray thought with the tense magi in the air.
