93 Chapter 92: Epilogue

This marks the conclusion of the main story.

I was able to get here finally since my first post on May 2, 2017. I wanted to post the final episode exactly one year later if possible, but it didn't go as planned.

Now, let's move on to the epilogue.

Epilogue

September 1, 2016, King's Cross Station, Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.

Nearly twenty years have passed since the war that shook the British wizarding world.

As usual, this day is the day when many children set off for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Upperclassmen returning to Hogwarts, which has become like their own home after spending many years there.

Underclassmen who still don't feel it's their home yet.

And freshmen who are filled with anticipation and anxiety about Hogwarts.

Among those freshmen was a girl with golden, wavy hair. 

Her eyes were observing the surroundings with interest.

A girl in a maid's outfit with white hair following her spoke up.

"Miss, it's almost time to depart."

"I know! I'm going to say goodbye to my mom and dad!"

Saying that, she ran over to her parents.

"Dad! Mom! Rosalie Taylor, I'm off!"

The girl's parents are very young, too young. They could even be said to be underage.

And the people around them are watching them from a distance

Her father, Leonard, and her mother, Hermione, speak kindly to their beloved daughter.

"Rosalie, learn a lot of different things freely. If anything happens, contact Ku or us right away."

"Do your best. I'm looking forward to seeing how much you've grown when you come back."

After giving her beloved parents a final kiss, Rosalie jumps onto the steam train.

Ku had already secured a compartment and loaded the luggage.

The steam train departs. The students stick their faces out of the windows and wave their hands to say goodbye to their families. Of course, Rosalie is no exception.

"Take care of yourself! I'll send a letter right away!"

"Do your best. Ku, I'm counting on you to take care of Rosalie."

"Leave it to me! I will protect Miss with all my heart and soul!"

"I'm off!"

The steam train gradually picks up speed, and King's Cross Station is soon out of sight.

In the compartment, there were only Rosalie and Ku.

"Sister, thank you for the luggage! I'm looking forward to Hogwarts with you!"

"Yes. I'll be taking care of you for the next seven years."

Ku was fully activating her bodily functions and was careful not to let the water of life leak out from her entire body.

(Ah... Miss is becoming more and more lovely and beautiful every year. What an honor to be able to take care of such a sublime existence! Master Leonard, Madam, I will accomplish this!)

As Ku was secretly making her resolution, the compartment door was knocked on.

With permission, a platinum blonde boy with a pale face entered alone.

And then he knelt down as if a knight to a princess.

"It's been a while, Miss Rosalie. And Miss Ku as well. I'm Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy, I'm very happy to think that I can study together at Hogwarts from this year."

"Ah... It's been a while, Scorpius. I've told you many times, but can you stop using 'Miss'? I don't remember doing anything to you."

"Absolutely not! Your father, Leonard Taylor, is the savior of my mother's life! Therefore, it is a nobleman's duty to treat you with respect! Although it may be insignificant and unnecessary, I want to be your strength!"

Scorpius is probably trying his best to behave as a nobleman to the family of his benefactor, but somehow he lacks dignity, and in fact, he probably has feelings for Rosalie as an individual.

Rosalie wants him to treat her as a friend, but it doesn't seem to be getting better.

Ku was feeling warm and fuzzy watching the two of them interact.

Then a new visitor appeared in the compartment.

"Hey hey! Hello! I'm James Sirius Potter! I'm a new student entering Hogwarts this year, nice to meet you! I'm currently going around greeting all the compartments."

"Eh, yeah. Nice to meet you."

"Potter? Oh, the son of that Potter."

Suddenly appearing, Rosalie is a little taken aback and Scorpius has a slightly unpleasant look on his face

Ku doesn't even look at him, maybe she's not interested.

When James, the intruder, looked around the compartment and turned his eyes to Rosalie, his eyes sparkled.

"You're cute. Yeah, I like you!"

"What is this guy saying all of a sudden?"

"Huh? You're rude. You're not well-bred."

"Don't make fun of the Malfoy family!"

"Malfoy family? Oh, the family of dark wizards who are only in Slytherin. Is it former? You don't have to be with such a guy. Let's go to my compartment. I definitely want to get closer to you. Of course, that includes your beautiful sister."

"No thank you. I don't need someone like you."

"Oh, really? That's cold. My dad is Harry Potter, the famous Quidditch player and the boy who survived."

"Oh, really? Well, my father is Leonard Taylor."

The moment he heard that, the color drained from James's face.

"And one more thing. If you want to get close to me, you have to get approval from my father."

"Ha... ha ha. That's fine! I'll make a big splash at Hogwarts and make you and your dad recognize how great I am!"

She left the compartment as if to escape.

Watching the situation, Rosalie had an intuition that various things would happen in her life at Hogwarts from now on, but she was convinced that she was looking forward to including such things.

The steam train, carrying new students, kept moving forward.

Ahead of it, Hogwarts was waiting, filled with daily excitement, but without a trace of dark magic.

After seeing off their daughter, Leo and Hermione returned home after having dinner with their old school friends.

It was refreshing to meet up with the Weasley twins, Neville, Luna, and several others after a long time. All of their friends have families and children attending Hogwarts. They also asked them to get along with their daughter, Rosalie, who will be joining them from now on.

"I wonder if Rosalie will do well? Will she make friends? I wonder if any bad bugs will stick to her? As soon as she leaves home like this, I suddenly become anxious."

"Ku is with her, so it should be fine. Besides, I'm more excited than worried about how Rosalie will grow from now on."

Rosalie and Ku were not at home, and for the first time in over ten years, they were alone.

Just by reducing the number of people by two, it feels like the house, which has been expanded tenfold by space expansion magic, has become much larger.

But Hermione had been holding back a little because her daughter's eyes were on her, but she was also thinking that she could now fully indulge in her love.

"Hey, Leo. Can I spoil you to my heart's content for the first time in a long time?"

"Have I ever said no? ...Yeah, maybe a few times."

"Ei!"

Hermione hugged Leo tightly.

The warmth, the smell, the touch, the taste. She savored all of them.

"I'm going to hug you every day for the next seven years until Rosalie graduates."

"Hahaha. Does that mean I have to stop my magic research for a while?"

"Is that okay?""Is this okay?"

"I don't mind. We have a long time. Unless the universe is destroyed, we won't disappear so easily. And..."

"And?"

"I think I told you when we became lovers that I'm the kind of guy who thinks about magic all the time. I often prioritize magic over you. But now, I love Hermione just as much as I love magic. So it's only natural that I prioritize you over magic."

The two of them embraced, with the blue, glowing Earth in the background.

"I love you."

Leonard Taylor and Hermione Taylor.

The two of them once again vowed to walk side by side with the person they love for the rest of their lives, for eternity.

Magic is a world where there are still many unknowns that have yet to be solved.

It may not be possible to unravel all of them.

Even so, Leonard Taylor was convinced that there would never be a dull moment with the one he loved.

Their journey may be endless, but surely a world filled with hope and love awaits them.

This concludes the main story! Thank you so much for reading this far! As of the time of writing, there are over 1.2 million total UAs and over 7,000 favorites! I honestly didn't think it would get this far. I thought maybe 100 favorites at best. And several times it made it into the rankings, which was more than I expected. I'm a little proud that this work has become one of the few completed works in Hameln, where there are only 18 completed Harry Potter original works as of now.

At first, it was just a fantasy in my mind, but after reading various works, I thought I'd try to spit out my fantasies and started writing a year ago. The fact that I was able to continue posting at a pace of 1-2 times a week and reach completion is thanks to all of you who read it. Other than the original main character and the fact that he ended up with Hermione, what I wanted to write was:

Volume 1: The original main character upgrades the Philosopher's Stone trap

Volume 2: The past and setting of the Basilisk

Volume 3: Original magical creatures

Volume 4: Stadium bombing

I thought I would write about these things.

Below are the future of each character and so on.

- Leonard Taylor: 

Currently residing on the moon for magical research. He is still in love with his wife Hermione. He adores his beloved daughter Rosalie. He is making history by making various reforms in magical research. He will continue to live with his beloved family as always.

- Hermione Taylor (formerly Granger):

 Continues to support her beloved husband. She helps with magical research, childcare, and other things. Although she is a non-human, she remains physically young, or rather underage. But if she wants to, she can go into adult mode.

- Ku: 

Still working as a maid. Recently, her hobby is admiring her young lady. It's getting hard for her to suppress the runaway of her cells all over her body when she is called "big sister" by Rosalie.

- Rosalie Taylor: 

The only daughter of Leo and Hermione. She belongs to Gryffindor. Physically, she is a human. However, she basically has high magical power and healing ability. Her whole body is overly protected by Leo's special magical tools. So even Dumbledore can't hurt her. Whether she becomes a non-human or lives out her life as a human is something she intends to let Rosalie decide. She doesn't inherit things like "eyes", but she is intelligent. She says she wants a man stronger than her father to be her lover. It's an impossible game.

- Jilnitra (Leo's modified dragon): 

After training, she challenges Leo again → loses → trains → challenges.... She is repeating this cycle. But she is satisfied as a person (dragon). The aftermath of this battle is a factor in moving to the moon.

- Erskine Taylor, Ferris Taylor: 

Alive. Erskine has fully recovered and returned to his position as head of the Dark Repellent Bureau. He is working hard as a demon head. Ferris is supporting her husband.

- Hermione's parents: 

Alive. They adore their granddaughter Rosalie. They feel a little complicated about their daughter not growing physically. But if she's happy, that's good enough.

- Harry Potter: 

After graduating from Hogwarts, he became a professional Quidditch player. He is a popular player. He grows up mentally as an adult and becomes respectable. After that, he marries a teammate and becomes a father of one child. His son seems to be becoming like his father, who he saw in Snape's memory, and his stomach hurts. His fate is different from the original, but he is happy with his life.

- James Sirius Potter:

Harry's only son. He got his name from his grandfather and godfather. He is in the same grade as Rosalie because he was born in a different year than the original. He belongs to Gryffindor. 

He is a playboy and admires his father. He has a rivalry with Scorpius over Rosalie.

- Ron Weasley: 

He used his father and Percy's connections to join the same department as his father, the Department of Detection and Confiscation of Counterfeit Defensive Spells and Protective Objects. He wants to do something useful like his father. He is currently dating a Muggle woman.

- Weasley family: 

- Molly is still a strong mother supporting the family. 

- Bill's attack on Fleur is finally showing effect. But they are not married yet.

- Charlie is single. Dragon is his lover. He was moved to tears when he saw Jilnitra once. 

- Percy is steadily advancing in his career as an assistant to the Minister. He is even said to be a future Minister.

- Fred married Angelina Johnson and they have one child.

- George married Katie Bell. They don't have children.

　All four of them are thriving in their prank product specialty store.

- Ginny got a job at the Dark Repellent Bureau. She is single. She is training every day under the head of the department, Erskine. She is said to be the next head of the department.

- Malfoy Family:

- Lucius could have fully recovered his body, but he chose to leave it as it is as a form of atonement. He is now using the rest of his life for the future of the wizarding world as the head of the Sacred 28 families.

- Draco became a healer and worked hard for many patients. During this time, he met Astoria Greengrass, became her lover, and later married her. Astoria's curse could not be lifted by various methods and eventually relied on Leo. After the curse was lifted, the Malfoy family from Draco onwards swore loyalty to the Taylor family.

- Astoria Malfoy (née Greengrass): 

Her "blood curse" manifested as in the original work, but it was easily lifted by Leo. She is still alive.

- Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy: 

Draco's only son. He belongs to Slytherin. 

He has a good relationship with the Taylor family due to the connection of saving his mother. He swears loyalty to Rosalie Taylor as a noble, but he has feelings of love in his heart. He is expected to become a rival with James Sirius Potter due to this relationship.

- Hogwarts Students:

- Neville Longbottom: He gained confidence and skills in Leo's special classroom and grew rapidly. Eventually, he became a Herbology teacher as in the original work. He is still not good with Professor Snape, but he has become able to interact properly.

- Cedric Diggory: 

He ended up with Cho Chang. He is active as a Quidditch player. He is a good rival with Harry.

- The other students at Hogwarts have not changed significantly.

- Hogwarts Teachers and Staff:

- Albus Dumbledore: 

He is still the headmaster of Hogwarts after the epilogue. He is terrified that the stress will attack him again now that Leo's daughter is enrolled. He is also thinking that he needs to find a successor soon as his life is nearing its end.

- Minerva McGonagall: 

She is still the Deputy Headmistress and Gryffindor House Head. She is in charge of Transfiguration.

- Filius Flitwick: 

He returned to work after his injuries healed from the threat of darkness. He is in charge of Charms.

- Pomona Sprout: 

She is still the Hufflepuff Supervisor. She is currently teaching Herbology with Neville,

 but she is thinking about retiring soon.

- Severus Snape: 

- Slytherin House Head and in charge of Defense Against the Dark Arts. He visits Voldemort, the enemy of his beloved Lily, on Lily's death anniversary to punch him. His feelings for Lily are a secret he keeps to himself for life. He plans to remain single. He still favors Slytherin and dislikes Gryffindor.

- Horace Slughorn: 

He is in charge of Potions. He contributed to the reconstruction of the wizarding world by utilizing the connections he gained from the Slug Club. He still holds the Slug Club. He will probably take a liking to Rosalie.

- Sybill Trelawney: 

She is still useless in Divination. 

Dumbledore is troubled about how to deal with prophecies because the prophecy about Harry and Voldemort was wrong, and only the prophecy about Leo made later was correct.

- Argus Filch, Poppy Pomfrey, Irma Pince: 

They are still reigning as the demons of rules, infirmary, and library, respectively.

- Rubeus Hagrid:

He is still the keeper of the regenerated forest. He still loves animals, but he has become afraid of dragons. He is not a teacher of magical creatures.

- Order of the Phoenix: 

The survivors are living peacefully. Moody is old but still paranoid.

- Sirius Black: 

His body has recovered, but he remains single. He is extremely sweet to his best friend's grandson. He even tried to hand over the key to the Black family's vault.

- Remus Lupin: 

After his body recovered, he married Tonks and had a child, as in the original work. Since he is no longer a werewolf, he was able to have a child without any worries.

- Ministry of Magic: 

With the decrease of pure-blood supremacists, there is a good trend towards Muggle-borns and half-bloods.

- Rufus Scrimgeour: 

He is still the Minister of Magic. He wants to hand over to his successor soon, but he is asked to stay because he is competent.

Dark Wizards, Death Eaters:

- Voldemort: 

Imprisoned in Antarctica. This is unlikely to change. Snape comes to hit him once a year, and Dumbledore occasionally comes to check on him. Other than that, no one comes, so he is gradually being forgotten by people. When Snape and Dumbledore die, he will truly be alone in an eternal ice hell.

- Bellatrix Lestrange: 

As in the original, she became pregnant and gave birth to the child of the Voldemort. Bellatrix and her child try to cause trouble afterwards, but that's another story.

- Peter Pettigrew: 

He actually survived quietly. He will probably end his life as a rat.

That's about it. I'm surprised that I was able to keep writing this far. The main story is now complete, but I'm thinking of writing extras such as what happened afterwards, IF, and perspectives from other characters. If you have any requests, please let me know in the activity report. I will refer to it.

I have decided on the next work, so I will write about it in detail in the activity report.
