The upper district in Anspia might be the poshest neighborhood on the continent and it was home to many opulent individuals from various backgrounds. Numerous mansions with large gardens were beautifully lined up. The roads were wide and properly maintained, and guards continuously patrolled throughout the day. This district also had a compact business area that exclusively catered to the peculiar needs of those who lived here.

At night, the many lights from the buildings assisted the countless stars illuminating the obsidian sky, creating a gleaming scenery. However, even though they lived in a dreamlike neighborhood the interactions between neighbors were dry and lacked warmth, as each household was busy with its plans and activities.
