chapter 28: Going on A Date[I]

It was just an average morning on the weekends, and Shiro for the first time in a while had nothing to do, Sentinel had canceled training for the day for him to rest, and he could see why, he had completed half of his training in just a few months, and was getting really strong, the deities on the other hand, had decided to give Shiro a break, after he had a heart attack and a seizure during his training with Atlas after he was (well) basically tortured to near death, afterward, Atlas had been forbidden from training Shiro for a while, and the deities decided to give him some time off.

Sitting at home, he thought he would go on a patrol when suddenly he saw a tail, it was gold with a white tip, he stared at it peering behind the coach he lay on.

"A tail?" he muttered confused.

Then another, and another, until there were ten in total, all peering from the other side of the couch, now it had his attention, but his danger sense didn't go off, so he just stared until.

"BOO!!" a voice jumped out and shout, Shiro jumped off the couch, when he looked to see who it was, he was greeted by Inari in a goddess form.

She looked the same as before, with beautiful, black hair and amazing green eyes, filled with energy, but what was different about her was that she looked (fuller?) more voluptuous, and wore a very skimpy, barely covering kimono that was crimson with white and gold blossoms, plus, her most outstanding feature was that she had two fox ears and ten tails.

"Did I scare you" she grinned.

"Goddess Inari, you startled me" Shiro got up, blushing at her appearance.

"Booo, Shiro we've known each other for over five months, I was even at your birthday, why do you still refer to me as goddess?" she pouted.

"B-because you are?" he stuttered.

"Yes, but" she moved closer with insane speed and agility, "Don't you see me as more than just a goddess?" she whined, her face right up his and he was blushing hard, much to her enjoyment.

"I just feel like…we should get closer first" he mumbled, and she picked it.

"If that's the case, let's go on a date" She smiled and Shiro went tomato red.

"If I didn't know you were fine, I'd thought you were sick, you're completely red," she said surprised.

"Aaaaaa, d-d-date-e-e?!" he stuttered like crazy.

"Yeah, a date, you and Thyra have so much time together, it's not fair, why does she have you all to herself" Inari whined.

Odin had warned him of this, and if he was honest, he expected it to happen sooner, he had been told a lot of the goddesses liked him, and he had even confirmed with Orion's omniscience, but he didn't expect them to act on those feelings so soon, though they had left more than subtle hints.

Sothis hung out with him a lot, as he loved knowledge and visited her library often, she had been very affectionate, but Shiro was pretty dense and very innocent.

Bastet was one of the most obvious, every time Shiro went over, she was always in the bath, so he would arrive looking for her and always see her beautiful naked form in the bath, then he would pass out and have her tend to him, this process repeated about 4 times before Shiro didn't fall for it again (as I said, very dense and pretty innocent), but she still had the occasional trap for him, from changing in front of him, to super thin and transparent outfits, yeah, it really drove him.

Freyr, was weird, (but I guess the word Tsundere + Yandere), Shiro wasn't sure where to put her, she would act cold and uncaring, then when she did a random act of kindness (rarely), Shiro would thank her and she would go into Tsundere mode and deny having anything for him (even if he didn't ask), but when he was gone and she was alone, she would sniff everything he touched and pleasure herself for hours, calling out his name and apologizing for being mean, thankfully, Shiro does not know of this part.
