Maria's POV

I sat in the car thinking about how my new home looked like. l knew that my new dad had company and my new mom was a nurse at the most classiest hospital where only the rich people in the country go for medical check-ups and other things related to health. So did that mean that they were rich. Was their house huge or small. I was still in her train of thought when Mrs Lynn began a conversation .

" I so happy that you are now my daughter , we will go on shopping , go for ice cream and do other things together."

"Mom I am the happiest person on earth , I never knew that I would have a family o my own but today you made my dreams come true "

" awn she called me dad and called you mom " Mr Harrison who was reading a magazine said

They were still in the conversation when the chauffeur said that they were home .

Maria couldn't believe her has she turned and looked at Mrs Lynn who gave her a knowing smile.

The house was big not even bid but huge and magnificent. About twenty cars were packed in front of it , with a fountain in the middle, the was a garden on the left of the house. This house was two times bigger than the orphan. l stared at the house with her mouth wide open. Mr and Mrs Harrison just smiled at her reaction , a maid came out of the house and helped Maria with her luggage . When they entered the house , Maria couldn't hide her shock.In the house members of the Harrison family were waiting for them.

Mrs Lynn introduce me to everyone.

" This is granny my mother , Nick my brother so he is your uncle , this is Amber Nick's daughter the girl glared at Maria and l thought l would die from that glare , this is Melissa Nick's wife and this is Selina she will be your personal maid "

I said hi to everyone and went upstairs with my mom is too me to my room . I just couldn't believe this was my room . It was really huge , pink in colour my bed sat in the middle of the room the was a door to the left , I opened it to reveal a bathroom it looked really flashy . I opened it to reveal a walk in closet .

OMG She had bought me flashy dresses and shoes .

She told me to take my shower and come for dinner with the family.

I took my shower and wore a baggie trouser and a black crop top after that I went down stairs to have dinner with my new family . The table was filled with different kinds of food , I could feel some one was staring daggers at me ,I knew that it was Amber but I didn't care . l just came here and she already did not like me , this girl was something else. We ate in silent after which my parents tucked me in bed . I found it difficult to sleep on the huge bed so I spread my blanket on the floor and drifted to sleep.
