Are you my son's new girlfriend?

Jia and Zixin were talking about his new music before Mrs Lin barged into his meeting room

Mrs Lin had come with another list of socialites for her son to go on a date with but she didn't expect him to be having a meeting with a beautiful lady

"Mother!" Zixin wasn't expecting his mother

"Sorry Zixin I didn't know you were in a meeting" Mrs Lin smiled with a mysterious glint in her eyes

"Hello Mrs Lin" Jia greeted politely.... She knew the woman who came in was Zixin's mother when Zixin called her mother.... Besides Zixin looked a lot like his mother, no wonder he was so handsome

"Oh my goodness! you are so beautiful... are you my son's new girlfriend? I like you already, you guys can get married immediately, I will arrange everything for the wedding...." Mrs Lin didn't recognize Jia, she thought she was Zixin new girlfriend

"Mother! She's not my girlfriend... She's Enchantress, the musician am working with" Zixin said with anger evident in his voice, he didn't know what to do with his mother

"Enchantress! Am so sorry, I thought you were my son's girlfriend... Wait, you are Enchantress, the best female musician in America... Let's take a picture together.... Manager Hu come and take a picture of us.... Enchantress I hope you don't mind" Mrs Lin said excitedly

"Mother..." Zixin wanted to stop his mother but Jia suddenly cut in

"Mrs Lin it's fine.... and you can call me Jia, my name is Wu Jia" Jia was really polite

"Jia.... Call me Aunty Lin, Mrs Lin sounds too formal" Mrs Lin said as she handed her phone to Manager Hu

Manager Hu took a pictures of Jia and Mrs Lin.

Mrs Lin immediately posted the pictures she took with Jia on her We-chat circle with the caption; 'Met the beautiful enchantress today'

Her friends started commenting on her post

"Mrs Lin how did you meet Enchantress?... She's really beautiful"

"Mrs Lin can you please get an autograph for me?"

"It's really Enchantress, she looks so beautiful and simple"

"She's so beautiful... Mrs Lin I really want to meet her, can I please follow you when next you are meeting her?"

Mrs Lin smiled happily as she saw their comments...

"Jia I love you already.... If my son asks you out, please accept him, he's a really good person.... Let's hang out some other time... I will leave you guys to continue your meeting, have fun son" Mrs Lin said making everyone in the room speechless... Lifen almost burst out in laughter while Manager Hu tried to keep a straight face.... Jia was taken aback as she listened to Mrs Lin, she almost blushed... Zixin was completely speechless, his mother was something else

"Mother!" Zixin screamed in annoyance, he's mother was taking things too far

Mrs Lin chuckled slightly and blew a kiss towards Zixin's direction and left the room.

Jia smiled faintly... She found Mrs Lin attitude really funny but she loved her realness.

"Am really sorry about my mother's attitude" Zixin apologized faintly... He thought Jia was angry but she wasn't

"It's fine... Mothers are always like that..."

"Not my mother, she's hell bent on getting me married that's why she thought you were my new girlfriend" Zixin explained helplessly

"Your mother is really funny, I like her realness" Jia said truthfully, she hardly complemented people but Mrs Lin was quite different. Mrs Lin was straight forward, social, real and energetic.

Zixin was a little bit surprised, he thought Jia was going to find his mother's attitude annoying, but she felt it was real...

Zixin and Jia discussed for some time before they decided to end the meeting.
