10 Chapter 10

Athena blink her eyes several times as he woke up and noticed that Michael was just a few inches away from her face. Her eyes got widened and Michael Angelo noticed how close they face were, he immediately sat properly and looked away. His ears turned red. "W-we are here" He stuttered. He open the driver's door and turn around to open the other side of the door.

"Thank you" she mouthed. He just responds with a smile. He held Athena's hand and guided her on the yacht.

"Wow." She said under her breath. She looked around the yacht, she frowned as she saw someone's looking at them. Yohan slowly walk towards them.

"Hmm Athena this is Yohan my friend, he owns this yacht."

"Nice to finally meet you. Michael always talk about you." Athena blushed at what she heard.

" Stop it Yohan will you! Go back to your work." Athena slapped Michael Angelo's arm which made Yohan chuckle.

" Okay lovebirds I'll leave you two here. Enjoy." Yohan waved his hands as he walks out in front of the couple.

"He's funny." Athena giggle.

"TSS…" Michael Angelo hissed. "Anyway let's not ruin our night. Come here." He said.

"Thank you" She smiled as Michael guided Athena to her chair. They both seated, as if on cue the music starts. The waiters served their food.

"Wow I didn't know that there is this romantic side of yours." She chuckled.

"Well Yohan actually help me prepare this." He said as he held his nape and felt embarrassed.

"Still, the thought of you, inviting me for a date is more romantic." She smiled genuinely. Michael Angelo felt his cheeks heat up and his ears turned into red. She giggled. They finish eating and Michael Angelo invited her to dance.

The yacht is filled with music and laughter. They dance together with a sweet music, Yohan secretly called someone to start the fireworks display, and in on cue, the sky lit up and filled with colorful fireworks while the two couple are dancing in the middle of the sea. They stopped dancing and look at the beautiful scenery.

"Wow. It's so beautiful" Amused Athena mouthed as she saw the fireworks in the sky. She can't take her eyes away off the sky.

"Very beautiful." Michael Angelo smiled while looking at Athena intently

Athena look at him, only to find out that he was staring at her all the time... They looked at each other, eye to eye. " Athena, I'm sorry for what happened years ago. I… I just didn't know what to do then. The day you came in to my life, you made me feel my worth. Even how fat or ugly I was, even some of our classmates stays away, from me, you didn't leave me. We became friends, my best friend until one day our parents told us that they arranged our marriage. I will tell you the truth, I am happy that you were the one whom I tend to marry with. For I know, I have already like you." Michael sighed. "I... I studied abroad to get away from you, because you might just be forced to marry me. I was so hesitant that you might not like our set-up, cause who am I but a fat, cowardly and nerd man and then suddenly I will marry you ... you who are beautiful, cool, and sexy." He bowed.

Suddenly, Athena held his chin up, and they stared each other. She leaned closer to Michael Angelo and kiss him on his cheeks. " I am happy that you'll be the one that I will marry, because I have known you… And I like you." she smiled.

Michael hugged her tight. "Thank you." he smiled genuinely.

"Athena, I know that we are already engaged, but I just want to ask you formally." He kneeled down in front of Athena. "I love you Athena Will you marry me?" He fished out a box from his pocket and opened it. The small box contains a diamond ring. Athena gasps and tears fell down to her cheeks. She nodded and mouthed 'yes' to him. He immediately put the ring on her finger, stood up and hugged her tight. "Thank you." He then cupped her cheeks and give a peck on her lips.

"And I love you too" A wide smile plaster on his face and hugged her again.

Yohan and the crew applauded and congratulated them.

"So you guys are officially a couple now. Congratulations to the both of you." Yohan said. They say thank you in unison then they but chuckled.

After their date at the yacht, they walk together hand in hand and looked at each other with full of love. Michael Angelo drive her home. " Shall we are going to tell them about this?" She was referring to their parents.

"Yes, and I'm sure they will be glad." He proudly said.

"I'll go ahead." She smiled and kiss Michael on his cheeks. "Good night." She said.

She was about to open the door when suddenly Michael Angelo grab her hand, held her face and kissed her on her lips. Furthermore, she automatically close her eyes and kiss Michael Angelo back. Their kissed stopped as they gasp for an air. They both smiled at each other. "Good night" Michael Angelo reached her hand and gently kissed the back of her palm. Athena stepped out of his car and waved goodbye to Michael Angelo. She went inside their house as she saw Michael Angelo drove away. She was smiling the whole time while entering their mansion.

Furthermore, she immediately entered to her room and dive in to her bed. Furthermore, she looked at her hands with a ring on her finger. Not only that, but she held it and kiss the ring.

In three weeks they will get married. And he is excited knowing that Athena loves her too. But what if Athena will know about his job as an agent? Will she accept it? And what if she will be in danger because of his job? He will rescue her for sure but how, if he didn't tell his hidden identity. Those were the questions that troubled his mind.

"I will protect her at all cost. And keep my identity to her to keep her safe." He said to convinced himself.
